Good parts store and the employees are very knowledgeable . I didnt have to waste a lot of time to find what I need .

Such a hidden gem! I needed a new handle for my stove and found this place through the Frigidaire website. They support all brands. If you need a replacement part for an appliance, give them a call. They also have in store pickup.

I needed a new bake ignitor for my oven. They didnt have the exact part but helped me find one that worked perfectly and even ended up saving me about $100 that I would have spent if Id hunted down the OEM part. I was able to swing by for the part and fix my oven same day. Thank you Dey Distributing for being so helpful!

Super friendly and thorough

I needed a new ice maker for my fridge. I was confused as to what exactly I needed since my online research produced a few options. After calling around, Dey was the only place that had the part in stock. So I pulled out the mechanism and took it up (from Highlands Ranch) so I could match it up. I got there close to their closing time but Fern didn’t act annoyed and took the time to make sure I had the correct part and was happy. Fantastic service and I’m looking forward to ice in the morning!

I ordered a part from them which was not what I needed called back thinking it was gonna turn into one of those back and fourth blame games it’s not our fault conversations which usually happen when a company try’s to screw you out a few buck but completely opposite . I was helped by a man named fern who didn’t get frustrated with my lack of stove knowledge didn’t try rushing me off phone and didn’t transfer me to anyone else he stood on the line with me very patient and most importantly seemed committed to finding my part and resolving the wrong part issue. I was refunded all my money for first part ( since all I did was open box and noticed not correct part) and he ordered the correct part all in one easy very helpful phone call. It’s nice to know there are still company’s like this with people who actually help and care . I will definitely use them again and refer anyone I know with appliance issues.

Super helpful staff. Bill helped me find a replacement part that wasnt the exact part but worked just the same and was $40 cheaper! Appliance is back up and running.

Im putting a 1 star on this comp. I came in and there was a lady there sitting by the door, nobody else was up front and I couldnt see anyone else available. I wanted to order a part for my washer and she looked like her eyes were dilated and she acted like she was hyped up, she had a bad additude and she was freaking mocking me, so I left!! Really guys have her checked!!Never returning, Ill go elsewhere

The counter staff helped me IMMENSELY with a Thanksgiving emergency. I could not be happier with the service they provided. They went out of their way to make sure I got the bake element I had ordered earlier that morning at another distributor and needed as soon as possible. Thank you so much!!

If you like gross incompetence and pure frustration this is your place.They never have anything in stock and usually you have to wait a half an hour in line to find out they don’t have it in stock and you could never get a hold of anybody on the phone like I said give this place a try if you feel like vomitingBlood infrustration

Needs to open back up standing out in sun for parts is not cool or ok when in hot houses working good parts place though I have got 100s of parts from this place

We called at exactly 8am to ask about a dryer belt, they said they had it in stock, just one, I said wed be right down. When we got there a 8:35 they said they didnt have it and they could order it. Turns out that it was a person in Minnesota, who shouldt have told us that or asked where we were. So, heads up, ask if its the Denver shop. Nice people.

I have been here a few times, I like that it is local to me and I can simply stop by when I am near downtown. They have always have the parts I need when I need them and are helpful. I will be going back :)

Bought a washer belt. I did NOT use it but simply took it out of the package. I ended up not needing the part. I tried to return it and the person behind the counter told me since I opened the package I could not return it??? What? That makes no sense. Then he started to get upset that I was even questioning his reasoning for not accepting the return. I do NOT recommend Dey Distributing

I called on a Friday reference a wash machine safety switch. I showed up on Monday 80 mile round trip to be told its not in stock,but they could order it. The web site listed that the item was in stock before I left. It might be in stock somewhere in the United States but not at the warehouse in Denver.
