We had a large basket of flowers sent to us as a present which only took about a day. The flowers are fresh and look beautiful!The lady who delivered it even came all the way to the door in our apartment building which was a feat as it is HEAVY.Can definitely recommend this place especially since weve had some bad experiences with florists delivering.

Cant say enough on how amazing this place is. My husband is deployed and cant be here for our anniversary so he ordered me flowers. The driver text me to make sure I would be home unfortunately I work during the day asked if they could leave it at the leasing office and they did for me. Ive had flowers from other companies delivered and they always look wilted or not fresh well this was just the opposite. Im in awe at how beautiful the bouquet was. I have purchased here many times. Save one time, my expectations have been exceeded. Most recently, I ordered the deluxe or premium version of the deal of the day for a very special relative. The flowers looked okay upon arrival. There were many stuffed into a vase; however, my relative advised that the roses never opened and died within 4 days. Perhaps it was my fault for ordering the deal of the day. Maybe those flowers arent as fresh.

I had placed an order for delivery for a new born baby involving flowers and chocolates. Unfortunately, the chocolates were not delivered. I called and advised of the situation. The individual looked up my order, confirmed that my delivery was missing the chocolates, and was told that the chocolates were not included in the order and was ensured it was out for redelivery as we were speaking. This was not the case and was lied to by Ed Moore, as they were never redelivered. Called a second time regarding the item the next day. Was told that they were delivered upon the first delivery, that I was speaking to the manager who made the delivery and they were attached to the order itself. Advised that’s not what I was told by the shop the previous day or the recipient (who mind you asked the hospital staff regarding the delivery on more than one occasion). Even the picture from the recipient does not suggest there was anything attached to the bouquet. To have to ask a new mother not once, not twice, not thrice, but multiple times if she received the full order, is utterly embarrassing. I am ashamed I even ordered flowers at this point. Having the manager attempt to argue with me on the status of the chocolates for an extended period of time, is pretty embarrassing for Ed Moore florals and speaks to how they handle their business. This order was for a brand new mom who had a million other things to worry about than if Ed Moore could fulfill the delivery I paid them good money to complete. This is the designers choice petite. You can make your own subjective determination on the value and esthetic look of these flowers. I personally was not pleased, when seeing some of their other work I thought more attention to detail and care would be placed with my order. Overall beyond disappointed and dissatisfied in the service, professionalism, and quality provided by Ed Moore. As previously stated, I would have been better off just not ordering anything.

Ed Moore Florist far exceeded my expectations as a flower shop! I reached out to them for floral arrangements for a bachelorette party I was hosting and Im so glad I did. Not only did they provide such lovely arrangements for decorating our Airbnb (at extremely affordable prices!), they facilitated a flower crown making class! We had a private room to ourselves where we played music, drank wine and poured our creative energy into making the most lovely flower crowns to wear out celebrating. It was the PERFECT girls activity and I highly recommend them for birthday parties, bachelorette parties or girls nights! The tastefully decorated room and flower shop was the perfect backdrop for photos as well. Jenny and Kendra went above and beyond to make it a special event and I will definitely be going back to the shop for all my floral needs!

I was a little behind in preparing for Valentine’s Day, and worried I had messed this up again this year. I drive by a florist in the Park Hill / Colfax area of Denver every day on my commute, so I stopped into Ed Moore Florist. A really helpful person behind the counter asked me a few simple questions about my wife’s style and design aesthetic, then helped me find and customize the perfect boutique. When I picked it up on V Day, I was absolutely blown away by how beautiful and perfect the bouquet was!!! It way more unique and cost less than those 1-800 “deals” which have all those add on fees. Bottom line, my wife was thrilled and I managed to win another Valentine’s Day!

Such a life saver! After deciding to buy balloons for my 8th grade grad at 5:30pm last night, I was able to place an order easily on line for 9am pick up this morning along with chocolates and a flower ring. All nicely prepped and ready to go before I arrived. I am now a loyal customer :-)

DO NOT SHOP HERE.Im extremely disappointed with the service provided by Ed Moore Florist. I placed an order for a bouquet of flowers a month in advance on January 14th so that they had ample time to prepare and prioritize this order so that it could be delivered on time on Valentines Day. In the description, I explained that this was going to an office (located at the Community College of Aurora) and that the person there works from 8-5 PM. Id like to note that I purchased the Be My Love Bouquet with Red Roses for $69.21. However, I could have purchased a dozen red roses, which is of better value than the Be My Love Bouquet, on 1-800-Flowers for about $45. I chose not to do so, because I wanted to support a local flower shop.The college these flowers were to be delivered to is about 10 minutes away from Ed Moore Floral, so it seemed reasonable to expect them to be able to deliver these flowers well between 8-5. At around 1:30 PM today, I called to check the status of the delivery because I was starting to get concerned. I spoke to a woman on the phone who seemed discouraged to be speaking with me (which I forgave because I understand Valentines Day is stressful) and she stated the flowers were on the delivery truck and that she couldnt give me anymore information. When I tried to say thank you, she hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence. Two hours passed and I had my mom call, because I felt uncomfortable calling again. The same woman I spoke with told her the same answer and that they were doing the best they could.Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered or if they somehow were, the person receiving them has already left for the day. By the time he gets back on Monday, they will be wilted. This was an order for my boyfriend and Im not sure if this poor service was provided because its an LGBT order. Not only did these flowers not deliver on time, but the service I received was very poor. At this point, I would like a full refund of $69.21, and I do not recommend anyone purchase from this location.

What I got was meit....My wife was still happy and surprised although, this typo completely highjacked the entire moment. Everyone at my wifes office joked about what the word meit actually meant. They googled it and tried to find the meaning/definition. Its now an inside joke at her office and as sweet as the gesture appeared, all anyone could talk about was MY apparent inability to spell the word melt.Im a bit of a grammar freak in the first place... Im always double checking my spelling and grammar before I post something online or write notes to co-workers. Evidently, someone didnt do their due diligence and I got the phrase You make our hearts meitIm not sure if this is on you Ed Moore or if this is on From You Flowers but someone dropped the ball.My wife recieved the bouquet. It was beautiful. Its sitting on the shelf at my house right now. But that ridiculous card is standing right next to it just glaring at me.I spent almost 70 dollars...😑Im sure youre detail oriented when it comes to flowers; clipping them, cleaning them, arranging them, and working towards nailing other genetic flower intricacies. So I hope youll also take time in the future to confirm other important (non-flower-related) details like proper spelling for private messages.

When I came in to order flowers for my brothers funeral I just didn’t know what to get or how to even keep it somewhat cheap.. one of the ladies was so kind to help me out and find me something not to expensive but doesn’t look cheap either... I got my brother a cross, reef with his picture in it, and a half casket flower set and it stayed under 400. She didn’t only help me pick out beautiful flowers but my brother would of also loved them!!! My family also love them I would suggest Ed Moore to anyone

I called in to order flowers for my 4 yr old granddaughter who was in surgery. I was asked to call back, “later on, we are busy and short handed.” So I called back and was told again, “we are just too busy to take your order, call back or try the website.” I explained I was in a hospital waiting area, I had no computer access and it was a “no cell phone” area.I’m happy you’re busy, business must be great. However, turning away customers seems like an interesting business plan?! How about YOU offer to call customers back when you are able to take their orders?I did not try to call back a third time, did not try the website, will not recommend this florist to anyone.

I ordered a small flower arrangement for my mom as she was recovering from spinal surgery. I requested mostly red flowers and Gloria delivered. It was beautiful. So many different varieties of flowers gave the arrangement such a unique look. My mom loved them and they are still alive and well a whole week and a half later!

I needed a bouquet for promotion celebration. I had no idea what I wanted. I pointed at some stargazers. The result was one of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen with stargazers and roses. I dont know that i would have ever put those two together, but it was absolutely stunning.

My mom bought me a beautiful bouquet of purple long-stemmed roses from Ed Moore. It was a lovely arrangement, but the roses died within two days (received on Monday, roses were dead by this morning). I know roses die quickly, but this seems unreasonable given the price tag.

We used Ed Moore Florist for our wedding at the Denver Clock Tower this past June and were very pleased with the results. My mother helped me out with this detail and worked with Lydia and Mary. We were planning the wedding while we lived in Houston and my mother was helping from California, so communication was occasionally a challenge, but everything turned out beautifully.Our ceremony was simple and we wanted flowers to help set the simple, yet classic theme, so we went with calla lilies. The arrangements were gorgeous and the price was even better! They even went out of their way to find clock accents to each piece in addition to grabbing some clock finger nail embellishments (at no charge) for me just because they found them! They got the flowers at a great deal and passed the savings on to us, making even more elaborate bouquets than we had originally ordered. Everything arrived on time to our venue and presented well.We were very pleased with the work and value from Ed Moore Florist and would recommend them for your special event.

The person I spoke with over the phone was very helpful and polite. The flowers were a surprise and the delivery person went above and beyond to keep the secret. The arrangement was gorgeous and the flowers remained fresh and beautiful for over a week after the surprise which was a day after the delivery.

I rarely write reviews, however, I wanted to add another 5* to Ed Moore Florists! I live in Illinois and was in search of a florist in Denver so googled local Denver florists and saw several. Ed Moore had the most reviews so I read them first and then looked thru their website hoping to find a zen garden arrangement which they did. I spoke w a Kevin who couldn’t have been nicer and actually told me it was his favorite! They actually make them to order! It was delivered next day! They also emailed me advising delivery was made! My niece sent me a picture of it when she thanked me and it is exactly what I ordered even better than the their website photo! I’ve put them in my contact info for future use!!! Customer service like like Comcast.I ordered a dozen long stem red roses for Valentines Day. She received a bouquet of purple and white that didnt have any roses at all. When I called about it they were polite and said they would send another correct areagement. Then I got a call back from someone who was snotty to me saying that I should be happy with whatever was given because they are probably worth more than what you ordered anyway. After my initial shock the woman on the phone said well if you dont like them then we can just come pick them up from your girlfriend where we delivers them. At which point they asked for her number and I refused because I didnt want anyone that rude calling her on a day thats supposed to be special.The two stars instead of one is because the arrangement was average even if the service was horrible.

Worst flower arrangements ever! I lost my mother a few months ago & we decided to check out another florist to see if we would find a better selection other than the arrangements that were provided by the funeral/cremation place we used for her services. We chose this place hoping theyd go all out (referred by my husband) or have a better selection...I made the mistake of sending my little sister on her own because for one; they charged 3 xs the amount than the funeral home did and for two; the flowers arrived wilted & I was sooooo embarrassed, the arrangements looked like they were done by a 5yr old!The church actually had extra flowers that were left by a previous Memorial Service they held 2 weeks prior that were still beautiful & fresh looking! They offered to let us have them Thank God! We wouldnt have been able to use the arrangements ordered from this place (had we buried my mother & had a burial service for her) because by the time we got them home half of them had lost all the petals from the old cheap ass flowers they used! Paid $400 for garbage!

Been here several times and the staff here is always willing to help and help inform customers, giving guidance whether it be arrangements Im making myself or making recommendations when Im having one made by them. Gloria is always particularly helpful, glad I made the decision to shop at Ed Moores and I will continue to do so!

On two different occasions my boyfriend surprised me with arrangements from Ed Moore Florists. The first was a succulent garden that is amazing! The second time, a gaint bouquet was delivered to my work from a member of their team. Not only was I surprised and happy with their delivery service, but Ive never seen such a full display of flowers. Theyre beautiful aggranged and unique. Their floral designers are by far the best! The tall Irish bells are my favorite and sure make it stand out. Thank you sooo much for the beautiful flowers.

I live in Portland oregon, the woman that has captured my heart lives there in Denver, like most women loves flowers, especially orchids. My first order from Ed Moores was for orchids, at the time the very nice lady that helped me was not sure they had any, she made the extra effort to go find some in the back and made a beautiful arrangement for me, they were delivered on time as promised, ive since ordered Christmas flowers from them which my friend adored and both arrangements lasted weeks, Im very impressed with Ed Moores, and Ill order for Valentines day next, thank you for outstanding services.. I have ordered and had delivered three sets of flowers over the past several months and they have all been as described or better.

Bizarre delivery policy. If you arent there, they deliver it to a neighbor--in my case, someone I dont know who wasnt home when I received the notice and went in search of my flowers and who sent them. After an unapologetic explanation, I got to go pick up my flowers myself. What sort of florist does this? I would never trust them with a delivery I paid for.

I always call a local florist in the zip code of the delivery, rather than call teleforla because I know that the local florist pays almost half of the flower order to teleforla. This is the first florist to want to charge me a extra delivery fee, plus tax too, on top of full price for the same $50 flower arrangement as what they charge from teleforla. So...I pay MORE than teleforla, get the same, and they make an extra 50%.When I pointed this you win, I lose, out, she told me we would really have given you the s ame as a $30 arrangement if you ordered from teleflora.Nice to know...you screw EVERYONE who orders from you...on line or local. I said nevermind, if I have to pay more, Ill just get them from another local florist .

I am a bit disappointed with this last order... I ordered the Basket Full of Wishes however it was more of Basket Wishing more Flowers to Bloom. The online pic showed two big open Lilies, five open Roses and six plus open Gerberas however our Lilies hadnt bloomed, only two of the Roses had bloomed as well and the only two Gerberas that had opened were the Main Flowers of the arrangement...I called and chatted with Ann about it and she explained that the Creator tried to match the on-line photo however lilies are seasonal and will open in a few days along with the roses and Gerberas. I am aware that they will be beautiful in a few days and hopefully my explanation to Ann of wanting a Big Beautiful Basket Full of Wishes Today for my Beautiful Senorita...not in a few made sense and I didnt come across as a D!(&.They are picking up the flowers in the morning and I am certain when my Senorita receives them back they will be as nice as the on-line ones and the ones in the past.(next day update)... I was shocked and disappointed that not only did they not pick up the flowers ... the replacement flowers didnt arrive before my Lady left @ 3:45 for the day. They were beautiful when she finally received them this morning...WOW... Unacceptable Customer Service.
