One sales person promises to take care of you and when you go back 4 days layer because it doesnt work, even though he says hell help, someone else said no and I walked out with my still broken vape pen.They are liars and dishonest. Visited this store twice in the same month. I was referred to this mart from another store I frequent. Each time I purchased a box of zig zag wraps. There is no price list available, so you cannot determine what the total cost of the purchase is. You have to ask the staff there, and I was charged a different price each time. One for $20.90 and the other time $21.54. There is no way, that the item went up $0.64 in the same month. I do not appreciate having a theft committed on my credit card. I will not return to this establishment ever again. I will not subject myself to thievery. If you are in the market for a store where sketchy staff works and like to quote prices off their head, then this is the place for you! If you would like to steer clear of THEFT, then I would not recommend this shop!

Says its open at 9, I arrived before nine and waited 30 minutes called gentleman on the phones says yeah were open at 9. Didnt show up and open doors until 10:08!! Then asks me if I called.. Yes I called when you were supposed to be open, he had nothing to say. So I walked out.

Im a local store owner I have been a customer here for years! Historically u have to check every item on every invoice everytimee u go or it will be different every time main reason y I stopped shopping here. So this morning I needed one particular item so I stopped in to see if they have it and instead of helping me find the item I need they push me to another item that is obviously trash they know I dont want repeatedly after I get annoyed they want to then have an argument about this particular item and the particulars of the line and all this b******* instead of just giving me what they know I wanted (swisher sweets) they knew I was trying to get Swisher sweet blunys instead theyre trying to give me some trash that is dry and falling apart all over the counter (that I guess is also made by cigarello) Ive been coming here for years I know there game after today I will never ever step foot in that place again I advise you to go somewhere thats a little bit more professional I know when I get a customer requesting something I do my best to find it for that customer I really dont get the way these guys do business they act like theyre doing you a favor when theyre ripping you off and pushing crap on you anybody but these guys because they are very unprofessional and would rather sell you what they have instead of what youre looking for and we already talked about the pricing issue

Cheap Chinese glass broke when I set it down gently on the table and you could clearly see how thin the glass was and very inconsistent.

Prices a bit high but has just about everything you need!
