Its hard to believe that a company this big is so unorganized. I was here 3 weeks ago to pick up a load. Sat for 24 hours waiting to get loaded before I was informed that the product was unavailable. Back today to deliver. First guard sent me to the other guard shack who sent me right back to the first one. I was given a door and after waiting an hour, I was told that I was at the wrong door. Sent me to another door and that was the wrong one as well. From now on, I will refuse any load picking up or delivering here

Be careful of and stay alert of the drivers of their yard hustler company New Beri trucks... most unprofessional rookies driving 18 wheelers... showing off their 2nd grader skills...Watch out for your own safety and your truck safety.If anyone needs a video of their super baby dangerous skills, please feel free to reach me.

Only 8.5 hours from check in to check out. Thats all I have to say about that.

Load not ready on time. Parking on street. No room for two trucks to pass each other. Loaders more interested in smokin and joking than doing there job.

You would think that a company with the resources of Pepsi. And the volume of trucks they handle here, we would not have to wait out in the street for hours on end to get loaded.

Took me early and loaded pretty quick.Now the bad is waiting almost 2 hrs to bring out my paperwork.

It would have been better with no snow and ice. Get off onto Brighton Ave. and go down to 38th. Turn right and gate is on the right. Both turns very tight. Be prepared to make traffic back up. Guard shack tight right turn. Management are Yankees, but friendly.

Terrible warehouse for truck drivers to deliver to. Massive warehouse in the center of the city recieving hundreds of deliveries a day with little or no regard for the drivers keeping them in business. I would recommend staying away from this massive warehouse that doesnt even have a hand sanitizer for the large number of trucks forced to park in the streets of Denver. Frustrated and displaced truckers from all over the country have no other choice but to litter and loiter in this otherwise beautiful city because of the neglect this company has given them. Not Driver Friendly at all...

Ive been here waiting to get loaded for 17 hrs... The Lady in the guard shack claims I gave her a different phone and blames me for her mistake. Ive had the same phone number for 20 yrs...

Fairly easy, guard has paperwork when load is ready. Go in, drop trailer, pu trailer and go back to guard shack for paperwork and leave. No scales on premises.

No bueno!.. have to wait in the street by the coloseiem where theyre are homeless ppl wondering around 😕 with little space to park and take a chance getting side swiped!.. no rest rooms, and to top it off have to back into the building on the side

I go here from time to time, its okay if youre doing a drop & hook, you may take an hour to get in and out. If youre doing a live load it may take as long as 3 hours. There is no on-site partner

Came on time, but had 2 pallets that bent not fall but just slightly bent. Was told to go stand in street on side... call some one to come and repackaged the two pallets. Got in street made call, now 3hours past... nothing... I had next load now got to cancel... 🤬

Go check in with your truck, scan the code at the gate or at the check-in window, fill out the Covid form with your phone, they will break your seal and check the load. Once you checked make left, left and get out of the warehouse Drive up to the stop sign at the end of the street and make a U turn. Come back and park on the side of the road behind the trucks. They will call you, break the seal, open your doors and tandem to the back.The check in guy is cool and polite, missing just a real parking. They gave me a door in 5min waiting in the parking. Was 30 min before my appt. Cool😎Unloaded in 30 min. Very fast. Fully loaded. 42000 lbs

I’ve never had a major issue here. The staff are accommodating and my unload times are always decent. It is a little tight to maneuver in and the docks directly off Arkins court are a tricky back but overall doable.

I deliver there about three times a week!! Everyone is absolutely helpful and always smiling!! Even when things have gone wrong at no fault of theirs.They handle everything professional!!One of my favorite stops!!!

I in the lineabout 1 hour at the gate employee told I needed to turn around and get in line again, because I used the left side of the entrance for Pepsi trucks. I did this to clear the intersection behind me. because of this, I lost another hour. the staff in this place are not competent, polite and terrible

My appointment was at 10AM checked in 6:30AM. Still didnt get a Door at 10AM. At 12:45 PM they gave me a door. I was reading the reviews if they have good benefits and good pay. They should work (Faster and Harder) so truck drivers will not wait 4 5 6 hours to get unloaded.

This is a loading zone only,no accessories at all,be prepared to wait for the line to get in the place,then wait over two hours for your load,then wait in line for the check out.not a happy place for truckers.but they give you free bottles of water. Yay.

Ive never seen this worst ! Only the guard check takes an hour and go back to street and wait for a phone call forever and then check in their shipping office. 5~6 hrs takes time. Hard to believe that. Can feel what the rude means.

Called 4 days ago for a pick up order because I missed my window for a delivery. Offered to drive all the way from Boulder to Denver to pick up because obviously I messed up by forgetting when my delivery order window closed. Was told by the woman who took my order to call the distribution center an hour before arriving to which I did but no one could transfer me to the correct person even after 6 different transfers. Finally called the order line back and spoke with a supervisor who told me I didn’t need to call and that she had in her notes that I’d be picking up my order today at or after 12pm at the distribution center in Denver. I confirmed the address with her as well. I drive all the way to Denver and arrive at the distribution center around 12:15pm, announce what I’m here for and am told they will find my order. A supervisor comes out to ask me what I’m waiting on and I tell her the company I work for and the order I’m waiting on. She responds with a huff and a puff “well I don’t have anything for you”. Finally I gave her my order and she responded with “I’ll see what I can get for you” and another huff and puff. Clearly there is no communication between the ordering line and distribution center. And the customer service is a joke. Who huffs and puffs at someone that’s helping make your paycheck?! After sitting there for quite some time I’m told that they’re working on getting my order ready to bring out to me and it’d be a little while. At this point I would’ve been better off going to the grocery store and buying cases from there. Absolutely ridiculous!

Drivers, avoid this company. Crazy detentions

So, if youre unloading here, your load will probably have shifted and youll need a lumper to fix it. Make sure you have plenty of fuel, because likely you will wait/park on a hill that slopes to the right. If youre low on fuel, well youll have to call for service. Good luck and hopefully, your experience will be better than mine.

Seriously horribly tight docks if you go across the railroad tracks. Its a blindside with very very little room. Took an extremely long time to unload as well

Unloaded here. 14:00 appointment. Checked in 1 1/2 hours early at shack on Atkins Ct. In door right on 14:00. Empty 40 minutes later.Lots of overnight street parking.Good place to drop.

Great experience for me employees and management helpful.

Drive to garage check first, they will check your treiler and app time. If you on time probobly you will get door if not they ask you to park on side of street

Horrible shipper, total lack of respect for drivers, appointment times are a joke, you show up on time, go park in the craphole lot and wait 10 hours. Show up late? Forget it, come back another day. When they tell you your product hasnt been made it is a lie, they mean other trailers get it first, you dont count. Trucking companies that book Pepsi loads dont care about their drivers at all.

Need hire outside lumper contractor no Pepsi employee they are not ready for receiving and shipping is a disorganized no comunication

They could care less how they load it because they make you sign full responsibility. Very time consuming at delivery when you have to hire 3rd party service to restack what shouldve been loaded properly to begin with. They wont allow driver to oversee the loading. Place not worth hauling for.

Dont know what happened to my last review but this one is the same. This place is a logbook killing cluster$%#&Edit: DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR LOAD CONFIGURATION!!! They load two skids straight down the middle with an airbag between the last skid and trailer wall.Coming down 77 from through La Grange Texas I hit a 8% hill with a double s curve. Even at 10 mph every skid slid to the wall. No rubber on the floor no air bags. Since they make you sign the BOL before you pull away from the dock. You are accepting a bad load configuration that will slide given enough lean on a hill. Insist they stagger load the product and put more air bags. Im stuck for the weekend in Hallettsville Texas,until THEY can get a crew out here to handstack the load. I will never pull another Pepsi load again.

Appointment was at 3 pm but they don’t care about it. 3 hours for getting a door and almost 4 hours for unloading. I don’t have any words to describe this company only curse words.

6 hours to be loaded

There were literally 20 trucks still waiting to get a dock door. Dispatcher told me mine was preloaded, but Pepsi said it was a live. After reading about the long wait times and loads that shift I left, what a big waste of time.

Whoever delivers Pepsi to King Soopers and Safeway in Golden is intellectually challenged. Every week Diet Pepsi is sold out by Sunday. All other Pepsi items are full on the shelf. What does it take to see that whoever it is cannot see that he is not delivering enough Diet Pepsi to these stores.

Appointment times mean nothing. Sit and wait 5 hours. Never again!

They should restructure their shipping department because shipping here is disorganized. The employees in shipping have attitudes, there is no staging parking area to wait for a dock, and no facilities. You have to park on the streets or against the building.

They never clean the snow and have to wait so so long like 7-8 hours so be ready

Plan on spending most of the day here if there are a bunch of trucks .... I just thought Id get home tonight
