Still dont understand why people still buy water in plastic bottles. Clearview Water makes it easy to have filtered water for our small office. Just put your glass under and you can have cold, hot, even fizzy. If theres ever an issue, which is rare, but on occasion, lights may flash, particles are seen, our technician is responsive and comes to service quickly. Highly recommend. (Breweries or organizations dont make your staff refill pitchers continually or refill those huge coolers!)

We are always happy, not only with the quality of the water we drink, and at our office (we use all three kinds the machine creates - hot, cold and bubbly, all day) but also with the service Rich provides for us. When our machine began to perform less than perfect he was there that day and made sure by end of day we were back to 100%. Going above and beyond to make it happen.

First, this machine is awesome! With hot and cold water options as well as a sparkling water option that we put fresh fruit in to serve to our guests in our Salon which gives it that Classy feel.We have been with Rich and ClearView Water for over two years now and have had nothing but a great experience this whole time. They schedule annual check-ups on the machine and the one time that we have had an issue with our machine, Rich and his team came out and replaced the unit with a new one to make sure we never have the same issue again. We have been using ClearView water in our small office in Fort Collins. It been well enjoyed by all and has replaced the water bottles we used to buy. We have also been impressed by the above and beyond customer service provided by Clearview water. We had one minor issue with our system after completing some renovations in the kitchen and ClearView responded immediately and effectively. I would definitely recommend them.

Everything sounds perfect even with the very high price over $2000, seems to work at the beginning but them back to the same problem, I was told to drain the water as part of the process I suppose to do it my self or hire somebody so I found somebody from home depot who agreed to do it after work well after a while and following all the other recomendations NONE of the problems that the system suppose to fix were solved then next visit was not a friendly visit as the first one, that guy asked me for the probing from home depot and of course i didnt have because they dont do that, just asked somebody who knows more than me and agreed to do it well that time after showing the same problems he told me to drain the water AGAIN because I am a lier it wasnt done before and that was the reason why the system did not work well so same day I found out how to do it myself also when to home depot looking for the guy who help me first time, i couldnt find it but ask somebody else who knew alot about the subject so this person confirmed all I learned already so I did it again and not just one time, I did it three times and there was not any change, so I received a call as we agree in second meeting and told to that guy that nothing has changed and he said that the water heater must be emptied not in the way I did it and how everybody does even with the kind of heater I have at home, that really bothered me, the weekend after second meeting I started working hard building a shelter for the system which it was installed in my garage, kind of weird considering that nobody has it, I have google about it and nobody has any shelter on it but I was pushed to do it and well I did it, I had to miss a lot of overtime hours from work plus all the materials, easily I lostover 1000 in the time it took me to finish that shelter, well from last call I was so upset and told that guy I am tired of this, I even hung up the phone not nice about me but I can not deal with him anymore, dont want to know anything about him, for sure and for the contract and for these weird things I wont get my money back, what I got from all of this?, nothing, well lost over $3000, a huge hole in my kitcken which is covered by my refrigerator for now, less space in my garage because of the huge system, stress, I just want to move to the side dont want to deal this guy anymore, when I sell my house I will trash everything and will cover the huge hole, dont want to loose more money and time on this .........really a nightmare..........really bad experience
