Terrible customer service. The employee who was helping me had no interest in helping and let me know they dont typically do quotes. I needed the quote in order to get the payment from my business.I recommend you call the Party City in Aurora. They helped me over the phone and were able to help me over the phone with no problem. I would recommend them for any of your needs.

They had everything we were looking for for a 6 year olds birthday party! When we went to check out, staff was CRAZY busy filling balloons, but they still had enough help to get us checked out and on our way quickly! Awesome job!

Had to wait an hour and a half to get 7 latex balloons inflated for a party the following day. I paid extra for the better helium, and they were dead and on the ground within about 5 hours. Total waste of money and time. Will go to the grocery store next time.

Fast friendly service

I cannot rave enough about this location!!! I never knew an experience at Party City could be this amazing! I went in looking for last minute NYE/Gatsby supplies and of course everything was practically sold out (literally my fault). The staff took such great care of me!! A gentleman associate helped me track down items all over the store and even got me things that were back stocked. He never felt rush and genuinely wanted to help me. Then another female associate (maybe a manager?) Helped me with a coupon issue, she made it super easy and easy really nice about it. And then the day after my visit, I realized one of the items I bought got left behind (also my fault), I called today and she was so nice! She said to just come in and theyll have it ready for me at the cashiers station. Its rare to find such amazing customer service and kindness, but this experience defines what all shopping should look like. Special thanks to Kayla who really went above and beyond. Ill only be shopping at this location!

I just called the store off Colorado Blvd and this old lady really didn’t care to help me price check a couple of things over the phone. Honestly, it sounded like I woke her up from a nap 😂 I didn’t want to inconvenience her too much by buying anything from het store so I hung up.

Ummmm, if your looking for party stuff go here. My sister went to get balloons she bought somewhere else inflated. The pricing is based on the size of the balloon.

They have a LOT of cool party accessories. Also, be sure to ask them about their muffins.

This shop is a great shop for any kind of party you could ever imagine. It is also a great place to walk down the aisles and see all of their interesting, inexpensive merchandise. The toy store next door is a really great shop too.

Employees are useless with online orders. I made an online order two days ahead of my daughters birthday to make it easy to grab the balloons and get home for her party. Her birthday came and still had no email indicating the order was ready, so I called at 10:30 to see what was wrong. I was told everything was ready and I could come pick up the order whenever. I gave them another hour and a half and when I got to the store at noon, they still hadnt filled the order. As we were getting balloons filled, they came to tell me they were all out of the number candles for my 2yo and wanted me to take other colors. Which would be a viable option except a) all the party stuff was already picked out and b) its actually easier to fill a simple order than it is to tell your kids to pick a different favorite color.Party City should try training their employees to understand how to fill online orders. Its false advertisement. Youve lost a loyal customer. I will just order birthday supplies online and buy helium tanks to fill balloons myself, it will take less time and I will actually get the supplies I buy.

Clean and alot of merchandise

Lived this place because of ALL the stuff!!! I wasnt aware that I had A.D.D. until I came into a party City store. Only thing I recommend is getting all the boxes of merchandise out of the way in the back if almost every single store. Seems theyre behind on stocking the items that I buy each time I come. PLEASE DONT DISCONTINUE HELLO KITTY MERCH!??!?????

Terrible communication! I called two days prior to my event. I had purchased balloons and asked if they could fill my personal balloons with helium. The worker informed me that he could and go “just bring them in.” I brought my personal balloons On the day of the event to get them filled and they informed me that they had to hold my balloons for 24 hours. And would not be available today. Terrible communication on the phone and the worker in person was unwilling to help me.

Very kewl to decorate birthday parties

Called ahead for a specific item that I was assured that they carried when I got there the item I requested was no where to be found, manager was rude as I tried to explain what happened. Incompetent manager and a decitful staff. Waste of time and terrible shopping experience recommend going to spirit

Awesome selection overall, but limited with space/galaxy party supplies. I loved the Duffy Galaxy cake and cookie mixes though--great find! Princess, Pokemon, luau, Disney... Lots of choices.

Horrible, Horrible staff. Very unprofessional and rude. Will never go back to this location for any professional or personal party needs.

They treated me as if I were a difficult person to work with and an interruption when I bought something vs. when I went to return it they were quite polite about it. Would have probably kept the defective balloons and electric pump it they were polite during the initial buy. Manager was the main influence of these two polar behaviors. Only go here to pick up balloons, for helium just go to your local grocery store. It’s watered down here and will only last for 2-5 hours. Even for their “good” helium.

You have some nice and grumpy employees just depends on whos working that day. I do shop often as we have a big family & every month theres a bday. I ordered balloons on line and was told I can come in the day of with receipt & have them filled. Get there & was told I would have to wait a 1 hour to have them filled because they had other balloon orders. This store was out of the theme balloon I wanted went to Aurora location bought the balloon I wanted. Was told I can make my balloon order at Colorado location just take receipt went to do that and cashier said I had to buy something in order to make balloon order. Very busy location. Look for coupons on line!

Love the place, great decorations for every occasion. The only bad thing, love Jelly Belly buttered popcorn jellybeans, they were really hard and pricey.

Always hit the store when were have an event and I can usually find something I never thought of to make the event seem more organized and professional. Staff is also pretty good and knowledgeable

Horrible customer service. Ive used the Party City in Lakewood many times to inflate special order balloons without problem. Today I used this location to inflate balloons for a clients party tomorrow (they are normal milar balloons with the clients name from an online company Ive used for years). I had a cashier who at first told me that Party City would not inflate my balloons until I had her talk to her supervisor. She proceeded to over inflate and pop the balloon. Instead of offering a replacement or even an apology the manager accused me of bringing a poor quality balloon. Now I have an angry client and will not return to this store.

Didnt have what I needed. Short staffed and boxes in the isles make shopping difficult.

Bad customer service. Asked for help we were told to look for them in aisles 7 and 8 after looking we didnt find it even though online it says there is 10 available in store. We asked for help again and they said that if it is not in those aisles they dont have it. Employee didnt even offered to help look for it.

The halloween makeup was so marked up that even for half off it was too expensive. Not a great selection either.

This store wants to charge you for a plastic bag to place the inflated balloons into. Spoke with the store manager who even admitted bag cost was about .02¢ per bag but the company wants to charge its customers even after they spend hundreds in party supplies. Looks like another Sears story. Grab what money you can as your business is going down.
