Love popcorn and was super excited I found this place until I found out it was no longer an actual store front and is only online and curbside orders... got cheddar and white cheddar mixed and thought I was getting a tin but ended up with a large bag... cheddar is great and will order more of it, the white cheddar just has a strange flavor... all in all I love the popcorn and plan on getting more before I leave denver, but will just get the regular cheddar

I bought the Cashew and Pecan Popcorn! All I can say is that the Popcorn is addicting! Amazing taste!👍🏽

Just received my order and am very impressed. The bags were filled to the top where you can barely get the twist tie on. There are no unpopped kernels and no crumbs.My only complaint is the cherry. To me it tastes like medicine and leaves a weird aftertaste. Pretty gross

We wanted to pop in one day with the kids so they could pick out their own popcorn flavors as a special treat. When we finally parked and walked blocks to get there, they were closed up and said orders had to be placed online.Nothing about that was on their website and we had really looked forward to wandering around inside and picking out our goodies. Might try again someday, just not in the downtown area too often. Bummer.

I wanted to try a different brand of popcorn. So I searched and I searched being from Chicago Garretts was the go to popcorn place or Nuts on Clark. So when I came across city pop I was truly amazed! The popcorn was delicious and very few kernels. I ordered online and got it quicky. Will be placing another order soon. Thank you citypop!

Great economical substitute for Garretts. Im from Chicago-non better, but Garretts is pricey.

We went here after an escape room. Fun snacks and different candies. Got savory popcorn and chocolate peanut banana ice cream, thanka very much

Love the flavors city popHas to offer and my favorite is spicy Buffalo. The company is great and offers speedy delivery. So fast I get it the next day. If you like gourmet popcorn I think you’ll enjoy City Pop

Asked to use the restroom and four girls just stared at me. I told them of course Id buy something. Im 9 months pregnant and desperately needed to go. Perhaps a sign on your door stating no public restrooms would beMY RESPONSE: I went in the side entrance and didnt see this sign you speak of. I would also suggest training your employees to respond instead of stare. Review goes down to one star for clear lack of empathy with that response. Thanks.

Was told on the phone they fulfill online orders within 10 minutes so I placed one while standing outside, waited 10 minutes, then called to say I was there. They dodged my calls for 40 minutes while all three employees stood around and did nothing. Then finally my boyfriend had to call to get them to answer and we waited for another 15 minutes to get them to bring it out. Waste of time.

Excellent items not sure about the switch to candy by the pound but might be to appeal to tourist trade. Work at nearby telecommunication company n went with cash I was short less than a dollar n was treated by cashier as a less than desirable person. I understand I guess that I cant go back to work get the money m comeback but was told I couldnt put candy back so left with my small bag of popcorn only. When u go there make sure u have a card as prices add up. Probably back to 711 where prices n staff are nicer

My coworkers and I used to frequent the store at least once a week downtown. Now that I have moved across the state, Im still ordering my favorite popcorn from here and having it shipped! Always delicious, always fast, and always amazing.

You may not realize this, but there is such thing as a place that sells 50+ different flavors of popcorn. And it is fantastic. Sweet, savory, bit of both? Give City Pop a try. They also sell candy and Ems ice cream (try the Honey Lavender and the Burnt Brown Sugar ❤.)

The candy I bought was stale and the cashier was so careless that she originally charged me an extra $7 for nothing and then rang me up for the wrong items. Don’t waste money here.

City Pop has an amazing variety of popcorn flavors. And they have bulk candy, like creamsicle, chocolate covered, gummy bears. Amazing variety of candy also, including Jelly Belly jelly beans. Kinda pricey, worth it Im sure.

This place is fun! There is tons of cool candy that you can’t get everywhere. The popcorn is really good too. Dill and extra butter caramel are my personal favorites.

I’m shocked to even see there’s anything less than 5 stars. This is me and my boyfriends favorite snack stop. The peanut butter pop corn is to die for. I can’t wait to try all flavors & the bags are so cheap! You won’t be disappointed. Heaven for pop corn lovers!

My husband and I stopped in during our vacation just to browse. When I saw the bacon cheddar I had to buy it! Most delicious decision weve made in Denver! Will probably be ordering online in the future!

On the receipt it shows a product we didn’t purchase which added a significant cost to the purchase. we didn’t get our receipt until we asked as well. we paid in cash and didn’t get the proper amount of change back. it was a bit pricey for candy and popcorn to begin with. there was only one staff member and they were taking a personal calm while we were paying so obviously we didn’t have their full attention. we tried to ask a question while we were selecting things and they literally held up a finger and never ended up letting us ask the question regarding pricing. we were examining a big gobstopper and the staff member covered the bottom of their cell phone to tell us to put it down unless we were buying it. we intended to not purchase the bag with about fifteen total candies in it due to their rudeness but they told us we had to buy it. we don’t plan to return and are quite dissatisfied with our experience.

I enjoyed citypop has really good although their prices are a little high but still I would recommend anybody to go there they have so many different things at city pop especially for kids

Go here once a week. The young people you have working behind the register are impressive and run the business well. I just left there 5 minutes ago and the young Asian gentleman named Sam was dealing with an older, belligerent woman. He handled the situation with respect and poise, but the last was rude (she wanted five dollars withw of chocolate, he charged her $5 plus tax and she wanted credit for the tax ???) Let the records shows he is a class act.

So disapointed in this place. While we were at the parade of lights my 6 yr old had to use the restroom. Instead of letting her use the bathroom and taking the chance for a sale with my other two little ones the girl behind the counter rudly directed us to the nasty porta potty outside where I would clearly not be able to access with three small kids and a stoller. I would not recommend this place and I would recommend the manager train the staff on good costomer service. Sucks that so many place feel they are so exclusive they do not need good customer service!

Great selection of popcorn (over 70 favors) and many sizes to try them out in. In a great location and staff was quite nice. Popcorn was tasty as well.

I bought some sea salt Carmel popcorn at the Buell yesterday and my goodness, it was so good I am looking for places to buy it in Aurora! Very good!

The employees are extremely rude and incapable of answering the simplest of questions without acting like youre overtaxing them. Get better employees.

My husband I are from Utah and we were in denver for our honeymoon and noticed this cool looking shop and said what the heck lets check it out. Man, Im glad we did there popcorn is amazing!! They also have Great customer service, the owner Chris was the one that helped us, he was so sweet, he let us sample so many different flavors and was so polite with all our questions. And theres soooooo many delicious flavors! :) I loved mac n cheese and my husband loves the cookies n cream. We bought a bunch to take home for our families but we will definitely be coming back to Denver to visiting City Pop again! :)
