He tried to refurbish our electric forklift battery and then when it would not take, he was able to come up with a good reconditioned battery to make it work like new.Bill kept me informed as he searched for a battery and speaking with him, he is the only battery expert Ive ever spoken with who really could explain the details of battery charging and charge cycling.He has earned my business for heavy duty batteries! I pick up batteries for a company that rents their batteries for forklifts with weird sized batteries.. have had no problems with the ones i have picked up and installed.. after the lease is done and returned the battery.. the folks are always friendly and helpful.. very knowledgeable.. you need a industrial battery or a battery repaired.. contact these folks.. if they cant help you they will point you the right way....

Industrial Battery has been my go to company for the past 20 years. I have a fleet of 35 lifts. Countless backup battery systems, Gas lift trucks and industrial fast charge system. They have met my expectations and wouldnt use anybody else.

I highly advise you spend a little bit of the extra money and buy a good quality battery. These batteries have a very short life. No warranty on replacements batteries shows very little confidence in their product. When you deal with customer service they are rude and sarcastic. About the only person that is respectful is the owner Dave who is never available. Save yourself the headache and go to auto zone to buy your batteries. It is not worth the money you save.

I do a lot of business with this company and I have been dealing with them for about 4 years. If I had to describe them with a few words I would say they have integrity, they are honest, and they generally care about the people they deal with. They sell quality products and provide top notch service. This is a family business and it shows because they will treat you like a member of thier family.

Helped diagnose a battery but they dont sell lithium batteries. In my case it was a 48 v 20ah battery I was replacing but they are geared more toward massive batteries. Such as the ones weighing multiple tons.

As the name suggests, Industrial Battery Services primarily deals with industrial sized jobs. (If you ever go back to the shop youll see what I mean.) But what I like about IBS is they do way more than the big stuff. Ive had power tool drill pack batteries rebuilt by them and they came out stronger than original. And on five different occasions they have had small specialty batteries in stock that I couldnt find anywhere else (odd small door bell batteries, off the wall button / coin batteries and very rare batteries that I use in optics at work.) The service is always great and the prices are good too. And with keeping in mind they are a small, locally owned family business, Ill continue to buy from them when I can.

Recently called for a battery for my 2009 Toyota Tundra. Gave me one price which I was happy with paying, Unfortunately when I went in to purchase the battery it was magically higher in price definitely not coming here again.

If you want a response of I dont know call the main office, The girls working here dont know anything and are very rude and snobby instead I called FMH and they seemed to be helpful. Thankfully there are other companies to deal with.

Dropped off 80 pounds of lead acid batteries. Staff was very friendly and paid $0.10 a pound.
