DO NOT USE THIS GUY FOR LOCK-OUTS!!!My husband locked the keys in the car Thursday and used this guy. It was dark out and he couldn’t tell if the guy left any damage. Welll, he did!! These pictures are from the day after…we bought this vehicle 2 weeks ago with the interior in pristine condition and now have to look at the damage from this dude! PLUS he charges $75!!!! I gave 2 stars because he did arrive in 20 minutes, but I’d rather have my husband wait 20 more mins for someone who would know what their doing and actually cared for the customer’s vehicle.

They were absolutely amazing! My car was stuck in my very small parking garage and somehow Mario worked his magic and got my car out with just INCHES to spare. Such a professional. Great company to work with if you need a tow.

After a few days of trying with other towing companies, Villalobos came out extremely fast and managed to get my car out of an extremely tough spot to get where we were not able to get any electricity to the car. Mario who helped me out a ton was able to get my car towed extremely fast and he was friendly, courteous and I was very thankful to have him helping me. I cannot recommend this company enough and I appreciate everything that they have done for me!

I just had a great experience with this towing company! Mario did my tow and was awesome! He was kind, timely, professional and did exactly what I needed. I received a call to be informed that my car was on the way to it’s drop off location & then received another call once it was dropped off. Mario sent me the name of the worker he dropped my keys off with and then sent me pictures of my car dropped off and parked in the dealership lot. Im a disabled veteran whose truck was stolen and at the Denver impound. This situation has caused a lot of damage to my ability to earn money and just survive. The impound is very strict about not letting people retrieve their own vehicles. Leo took extra care and consideration about handling my situation and got my truck out of there and to a safe place for a reasonable rate. Thanks Leo and VillaLobos towing! Car towed in front of my apartment (my fault), called and checked with website to find out what time they opened in the morning so I could get my car released. I arrived at 8 (a hour after they stated they would be open) and was unable to get my car back because the place had no one working on the property, call 12 time to only receive the voice mail and ultimately had to leave as to not be late to work. In no way am I angry with the company for doing their job by towing my car (again my fault) but can you run your business like a business and open on time and have the decency to have someone available to answer the phone?

I was waiting in the Cell Phone Lot at DIA when my car started overheating, We had to leave the car and call a cab!! Mario from Villalobos saved the day and towed my Vintage BMW to my Mechanic!! Excellent service, I will only use Villalobos from now on!! I highly recommend them.

Mario from Villalobos came and helped me tow my daughters car out of a parking garage on a hot Denver day. It had died after I took her to a drs appointment. I’m not from Denver but I was so impressed. He was kind professional and thorough. He stayed with the car until we got things figured out at the dealership then dropped it and waved as he left. I’d use them again and I’d ask for Mario.

Best tow truck company i have EVER used. Like BEST EVER!!! I needed to get my vehicle out of the Denver impound lot. I only needed to get it from one side of the street to the other. Everyone wanted 100 dollars or more to tow maybe a 100 ft. Got it done for MUCH less than that. God bless thank you so much you guys.

I bought a car from the Auction, but they dont allow you to DRIVE OFF the lot due to High Volume of cars being picked in a short amount of time. I never thought I’d be writing a review for a towing service. I was referred to Villalobos by my local auto shop, and now I see why. My battery died and wouldn’t take a jump. To make things more complicated, the car was in my garage which is in a tight alley. Mario was very responsive and kept in touch the entire time before he arrived. He was able to push the car out of my garage (4Runners are heavy, so this was tough) so that he could get it on the truck. I was frustrated about paying for a tow service since my AAA membership recently expired, but Mario was accommodating and worked with me on the price which was awesome and totally unexpected. Great experience overall with an honest company.

We dealt with a lady working behind the desk and her unprofessionalism was absurd. She had zero patience and zero tolerance for people second guessing her information even though she was WRONG. Would have made her job a lot easier if she allowed us to communicate with her properly instead of her not wanting to listen to anything the costumer had to say. Villalobos towing is great! hopefully i never need another tow, but if i do this is who I call. My son blew his trans in his truck and I had to wait for a while. But well worth it!! They took care of that truck like it was there own loading it up.

When youre in a tight spot and need specialized help (of the towing kind) youre first concern is that youll get someone with no real understanding or appreciation of the tight spot you are really in. That is certain disaster. I recently had such an experience and I knew it was going to be tricky: a downed car on moving day; comfortably installed in a low clearance basement garage; front-wheel drive vehicle jammed nose first against a wall and pinned in by a garage support structure. Whats more, the vehicle required deposit into another low clearance garage on the receiving end. Not your everyday drill. I started making calls to Tow Companies. Fortunately, I found Villalobos Towing. The Brothers Villalobos! A miracle under the circumstances. Mariano showed up; patiently assessed the situation (which he had been informed about before hand) and went to work. It was a pleasure to watch him do his thing and he had to make a few adjustments along the way to; so it wasnt something that just any Tow Driver could do. He had the right equipment, the right attitude, and he solved the problems both on the beginning event as well as the destination. Towed our electric car and lowered car with ease. The electric car was tricky because it was immobilized in the garage in the alley with a slight grade. They had to put it on four wheel jacks to slide it out. Expensive equipment, but they had the right tools. Really nice guys and very good at their job, highly recommended!

Weve been having an issue with people parking in our units deeded parking spot. Which is annoying in and of itself but - to make matters worse - our HOA uses a different tow company (that will not be named) that requires me to wait on hold for 30+ minutes and then wait another two hours for them to complete the tow. The gentlemen that towed my car were very professional and courteous. When they arrived, they asked me what was the problem. I explained that it appeared to be an electrical problem. They raised the hood, hooked up a portable car battery and immediately started my car. When the battery was disconnected, the engine immediately died. The driver said he thought it was likely a bad alternator, so he towed my car to the repair shop.I like that he tried to see if my car really needed to be towed before doing so. Knowing that the car could be started and moved, as long as the portable battery was hooked up, allowed him to drive my car right up onto the flatbed, instead of dragging it onto it. Less wear and tear on my car. That information was also helpful to the car repair service manager.All in all they made a stressful situation much more tolerable. If I ever need towed again, Villalobos Towing will be my first call. Great job guys!

My 2006 Hyundai Sonata broke down as I was on my way to register my car, i was 3 blocks away from my home, I called 3 different tow places all whom said it’d be around $100, $130 or $150 to tow it a few blocks to my house, instead I called this tow company and said they’d be able to tow it for me for around $80 which was way more reasonable and within my price range, the man who came and towed my car was extremely nice and understanding with my situation will definitely use again if need be .
