I found the car I’d been searching for at a great price. Noble was a super helpful, no pressure sales associate. He waved to me as I drove my new car off the lot, and then came running after me! When he caught up, out of breath, he said “a brake light is out. Let’s take in the shop.” 5 minutes later the bulb was replaced and I was on my way. That’s great service. I’ll be back!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!!! They mentioned that they fixed my BMW, and I only drove it for two weeks after spending almost $3000 to get it fixed then it started to over heat, and now they are saying it is a hose? They will take your money, and not fix anything. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THERE because as soon as you drive off the lot, IT WILL BREAKDOWN. They are true SCAMMERS and by the way, I still DO NOT have my car because they messed it sooooooooo BAD!!!!!

I have been following reviews online about Unlimited Auto Sales Denver after A relative of mine also purchased a truck a few months ago from this dealership, over 25k and the engine blew within a week! Over 10k to fix it and the dealership would do nothing to help or resolve the issue. They didnt have a car to drive for over a month while waiting for repairs and didnt have the money to buy another vehicle after all of the repairs so it was devastating financially. We will also be filing complaints and a few months ago when this happened we really did not know that there was anything that we could do but now I know that we can at least get the word out, file with the regulatory agencies and hopefully prevent this from happening to other people. Its tough when you save for years for a car and then cant drive the car without spending thousands just to get it on the road. My relatives did post a review about thier experience and thought it was all they could do was just post a review warning people so its a relief to know that something is going to be done! Another thing that should be done is for the previous owners of the cars they are selling should be contacted to see what the condition, need of repairs etc before they sold the vehicle from the dealership to a new owner and follow up to see if the repairs were made before the car was resold? It would also be interesting to follow up with customers to see how things went with cars they have purchased from this dealership, right? Hopefully the state investigates this and there is some sort of restitution to those affected and/or they are put out of business so this doesnt happen to more people!

My wife and I purchased a 09 Dodge Ram from unlimited motors in May of 2020 and everything went smoothly. Fast forward to June 14 2021 I go to make a trade in and obtain a new truck in which I was told I would need $3,500 plus my truck so I pondered the thought for a night and called back the next day June 15 2021 to pursue the trade in and purchase and was told to give them 10mins and they would get back with me I say no problem and we end the conversation and I never received a call back at all on the 15th of June. Now it’s June 16 and I call again the guy answers says I’m waiting for a confirmation from the bank on the $3,500 down and I’ll get back to you just give me 5min do I say ok and we end the conversation, I call back this time after not receiving a phone call back and ask for David which is the guy we have been dealing with and he’s not in now so I leave a text message on the cell phone number provided on the answer machine and guess what again no reply. Now it’s June 17 2021 I call in ask for David in regards to the truck I am trying to purchase and the guy they answers says he’s not working today and knows nothing about the deal so I end the conversation there and was going to call today on the 18th to check in and the truck sold out from underneath me last night. Very unprofessional to have a customer waiting on feedback on a vehicle and you continue and follow through with selling it to another person. Thanks again for the great quality service I’ll be sure to never use or recommend this dealership!

So because i made this review david wont sell me a car HAHA thank god there not the only dealership around. Taking MY business elsewhere.Was supposed to purchase a dodge dart talked to david all i needed to do was pay the insurance and bring in some paperwork. I PUT THE insurance on the car we were supposed to MEET at 12 he pushed it 2:00 (because he had renovations on his house)did not here from him my wife called the office and spoke to a manager. DAVID said id only pay 2000-2500 at the most for a down payment the manager said 3450 BIG DIFFERENCE! David does not have good commutation IF your NOT going to be in say so but he told someone at work see you Monday after telling US 2 be there. Customers are 1st PRIORITY.!!!!!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!! I insisted I would not buy a car without a warranty and they sold me one. The problem is that the warranty does not work with the car. 6 months later Im stuck paying $13k for an engine replacement, then, another $4k for evap system replacement. Now, a year later, the car still has a check engine light, Ive spent $20k in repairs, not to mention lawyer fees, and the actual VW dealer cant figure out how to fix it. Nothing was covered under the warranty and Unlimited did nothing at all to help. Now Ive spent $20k fixing this car, its still broken, and I still owe $22k on the loan. What the hell am I supposed to do now?

I purchased a 2007 Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT from here in May. They were very friendly and efficient. However, I strongly encourage doing your due diligence and then some. Within a month (less than a thousand miles) we had to replace the turbo and the clutch which would have been fine if it had been $2-3k less. The carfax looked good. We were told the previous owner was very meticulous which the carfax seemed to indicate. They had implied it had been in their shop even. (For what any of that is worth.) Maybe it was bad luck. I hope it was. Very disappointing having to drop $3,000 on a car we just bought.

I was initially somewhat reluctant to work with an independent car dealer. But I found a gem for my sons first car -- exactly what he wanted -- and I have nothing but good to say about the up front and honest treatment we received from Dave. We noticed some damage from an earlier, probably minor rear-end collision on the vehicle we were interested in, and were concerned about possible frame damage. Dave wrote into the contract that if frame damage was evident after a collision expert took a look at the vehicle, we could return and renegotiate or void the sale. That gave me the confidence to buy with trust, and Im happy to note that no frame damage had occurred. Definitely recommend this dealer for treating you right!
