Very friendly and great selection but the woman who greeted us was not wearing a mask nor was the lady behind the front desk. I get it- we are all over it but it’s just respectful (and the law) to wear a mask. Let me be clear - it isn’t that her mask was below her nose- there was no indication she even knew what a mask was. Nothing around her neck or in her hand. Same with the other employee. So if you’re vaccinated - head on down! If not, make sure you double mask or maybe go somewhere else.

I waited a long, long time to change out the wall tile around the bathtub. Found the perfect tile white undulated ceramic tile, pebble mosaic deco, glass liners, and cool new Schluter stainless shower shelves. All was done, including the tile design, with the terrific help of my designer, Carla Taylor! Installation went better than I could have hoped. No muss, no fuss, and lots of coordination. Extremely happy customer!

We already knew for the most part, what we wanted.Allison was great. Allison at Paradigm was super prompt in coming to my home and giving me an estimate to have my kitchen back splash tiled. On top of that, they only charged me 60% of what my other bids were, and the workmanship was excellent! I highly recommend this company. Other companies told me it would be a 2 day job with trip charges. Paradigm completed the work in 1 day and didn’t charge a trip fee. Give them a try for your next interior project!

We used Paradigm to reconstruct our existing dining room and kitchen floors. Our wood and tile floors were in terrible shape. The existing wood floor in the dining room was beyond weathered, and it creaked and felt hollow. The kitchen tile was cracked due to an uneven floor. Allison with Paradigm had a perfect and budget friendly solution to our problem. Paradigm leveled the floor, laid the new wood and came in under budget. Allison suggested we have the floor done while we were out of town - I was a little nervous about not being able to oversee everything - but it turned out to be the best idea ever. We came home from vacation to a brand new floor and werent around to witness the demo or mess. Were so happy with the finished product and with Paradigm and Allison. We would highly recommend them!!

These folks are a top to bottom professional outfit. The installers didn’t like the way the floor was coming out due to some imperfections in the subfloor. They took the time to pull the CoretecHD back up, level it some more, grind a bit and lay it back down. The end result is absolutely STUNNING Communication was top notch throughout. I won’t hesitate to use them again and recommend ten to my friends.

I was in need of a piece of stair bullnose, to match the floor we purchased in Ft Collins, where we live. Amber helped me out and was truly awesome. The bullnose cost less than $100, yet she treated me as if I was spending $10,000. Everything she said she would do, she did. Its easy to make promises, like so many places do, but much harder to keep them. Id give Amber (& Paradigm) an 6 out of 5 for their friendliness, professionalism & customer service.

I needed a company in Denver to help me with some flooring work at a rental property there. Since I live out of state I was hoping I could find a company that could manage the project for me with minimal owner oversight. I was super happy with the service from Paradigm. From the initial call thru the final walk down (when I traveled to Denver) the service from Paradigm was outstanding. Amber was very communicative and easy to work with throughout the bid process, material selection and thru completion of work. This was all thru email and phone call communication. The project manager Jon was super helpful getting some details cleaned up when I showed up in Denver and did my walk down. Amber came out to the walk down as well to make sure everything checked out properly. The workmanship on both the wood floor refinishing and the carpet install was excellent. Couldnt have asked for better support and I really appreciate their efforts!!
