Great experience since the last time I came in. The new employees are fantastic and help with all your needs. I spoke to Matt and Jesus and they went above and beyond to help with my troubleshooting issues and saving me money on my plan. They also had great deals for new and existing customers. If you like cricket and want the best possible customer service come to this store!

The Cricket on Broadway and Evans fought with my last service providers for an hour and a half to get my services transferred over. It was pretty epic. The services are great, the product is great. Im happy all around with the change.

I recently switched over from Sprint and I love Cricket. I particularly like this store because Kamran is always very helpful and resolves any issues I may have with my phone. I love their group plans that save me and my family a lot of money compared to our previous phone company.

Have not been in the cricket store. Was in this small strip mall at a pizza place which was fantastic.

Yes Andrew is a nice person however, let it be known that this Franchise store has not kept a manager on staff in months therefore, zero refunds or actual support. This company out of Scotsdale buys up Metro, Sprint, Cricket yet does not disclaim it.

On june 24th i when in to the store was think about bring my phone number to cricket. the guy told if that i would have only paid one activation charge$ 25.00 and that other activation charge would be waved. so i say ok after they got number over to cricket he say they had to pay for other activation charge. then on the 8th day of have my phone i when charge and it say charge and it will not charge so i when back to store and they say sorry you have buy a new phone because you only have 7 days to bring back so now i have buy a new phone or pay for service i can not use. and cricket will not help called customer service and they just hand up on you. so if i was you i would go metro pcs because yes cricket maybe cheaper but if have to buy a new phone ever other week then i really think metro pcs is cheaper

The hours said that it was opened on Sundays and the lie detector test determined that that was a lie.

Service reps make you feel like you are not important, was interrupted several times, and the guy who setup my phone, I started receiving spam, had to replace my phone due to heavy spamming, setup new phone and head no spam.
