Tom is great! I cracked my phone screen and needed to get it fixed as soon as possible since I’m leaving on a trip this week. I found him on here, called around 7:30, and luckily he had one more screen for my phone model! He was able to fix it immediately, and had it done in under 30 minutes! I’m so glad he was able to fix it with such short notice, and for a great price as well - much less than most bigger repair stores.Thank you so much, Tom!

Tom is AWESOME! I needed a super old iPhone screen fixed so I could pull off pictures, and he fixed it for me not once but twice! He even made sure it would connect to my computer to back up before I left. Good guy. And he’s super fast!

While he was very friendly and efficient, he put a screen protector on my phone without asking and still charged me for it. A woman came in to pick up her phone and he’d done the same to her. That week, the protector started to chip and crack, making my phone look like it never got fixed. I was not impressed.

Super great guy. It’s not often you come across a service that is as fast, affordable and quality but this guy gets the job done. I have had my iPhone fixed from several different stores in Denver and this guy does it the best! I called and within the next few hour my heavily damaged iPhone X was repaired like new.

He cares a lot however is not a phone tech! Spent the last month trying to get my proximity sensor fixed he said that it was a software issue every time he took my phone apart and put it back together he put it back together with a problem .... This last time I went he went to change the proximity sensor all together and left my upper speaker not working I took my phone to a REAL phone tech immediately told me that the guy didn’t know what he was doing because my phone wasn’t put back together properly it’s took him 30 minutes to fix my phone .... moral of the story don’t go to him because he has very cheap screens and does not really care

Was hoping to get my iPhone repaired but when I arrived there was cardboard on the windows and the door was shut it appeared to be closed. However, there were no signs or anything of that nature indicating the status of the store.

Thomas saved me! He fixed my phone in an hour just moments after I brought it in. Best Buy was going to charge me $170 to replace the glass on my iphone, so clearly that is insane. Thomas rules. Very fairly priced, awesome guy, cute dog - win win win.
