I really love this store and make a point to stop in every time I visit Denver. I honestly dont understand how its not on everyones radar yet because its got some really dang good vintage for very reasonable prices, mostly from the 50s-70s but definitely some even older items (1940s and under if youre into that). Ive gotten a good chunk of my wardrobe here - paper thin tees, cowboy boots, embroidered blouses, western snaps, turquoise rings, denim and leather. I know they must have other gems I missed lurking in there because I cant come in every week, wish I lived closer!

Such an awesome store. They literally had everything you could think of and it was so well organized. I would have bought all the gorgeous dresses they had if they fit me! There is a stunning black cocktail dress from the 1950s that I couldn’t fit into that I will be dreaming about for the rest of my life. Wish all vintage stores were this fun to shop in!

Really cool shop. Organized beautifully. Love the atmosphere. Some items like males graphic t’s or women’s coats can be a bit over-priced but the women’s jeans are totally worth it. You will find some really unique pieces. This place makes shopping fun.

Pretty cool vintage store, overall that is. I wish I could say the same for the employees. 3-4 people were working when I dropped in and only one chick barely acknowledged me when I walked in and said ‘Hello.’ It was more of a neutral engagement rather than an outgoing, vibe-y Local Love Your Cool City Job ‘Hello’. The kids at the old Buffalo Exchange were far more engaging, outgoing and friendly. That says A LOT right there. Are the employees really too busy cleaning a pair of Justin’s to be less than caring of who walks in? Perhaps this is the reason I never stop in this shop. You all are just too dang cool for me I guess. I love Ten Penny way better anyhow. Work on your Customer Service/Engagement. It should be top priority for any business RN w/ the ‘Rona.

Let me just say... as an out of towner and a seasoned thrifter/vintage collector Im never sure what to expect with Vintage stores or their prices...this place was great. Everything reasonably priced and the guy at the front desk was *SO* lovely and helpful (even when I asked to try on 50 different items, lol) DEFINITELY would come back and definitely recommend. The clothes are cool and unique and the conversation we had with him made us feel right at home.... Vibes were *chefs kiss* 10/10

A nice large shop with a pretty nice collection! The pricing is reasonable: not dirt cheap but not pricey either. My only complaint is the organization, which appears to be by item type (shirts or pants or whatever) and then by color. It looks really nice aesthetically but its hard to find a specific size. Im plus size so vintage items in my range are rare. I did come across a couple things that fit but I had to dig. I was in a rush since they were closing soon so nothing ended up coming home with me. I bet if they had a designated plus section I would have found something to buy in the time allotted.

Fantastic “goldmine” of a vintage store! The vibe is really cool and the people are really nice. I went in to see if they had any vinyl and surprisingly they have a very impressive vinyl collection. It is rather small but full of gems. The prices on the used albums are slightly high ($14-20) for most albums, but the quality and obscurity of the vinyl make it well worth it. I will be back!

And the people working are always so accommodating and friendly! Warm environment, friendly people, reasonable prices! Its all you can ask for in a vintage shop!

Overpriced. Also band shirts are all reprints. Once one is bought they’ll just restock with 1 more of the same shirt to make it seem like it’s original.

Very friendly staff and a few pieces of vinyl that are not badly priced. My problem is they sell very obvious fake reprints of certain vintage rock shirts, namely the Kiss “Creatures Of The Night” jersey shirt, a very rare shirt. I owned this shirt from the show and Goldmine’s cut/tag and color are off for 1982 printing. I have been an avid collector of this band for decades and I know.Google AliExpress and you will find the same exact shirt for under $20. In fact you can find MOST of these shirts in reprint form coming from China. They are often washed/distressed by resellers and sometimes torn to look authentically vintage (I am not saying I know that to be the case here). They DO have real vintage concert tees but I think they potentially mix fakes in with the real shirts, hang them high up (where they cannot easily/quickly be inspected) and then (potentially) sell them to unsuspecting teens and newbie collectors. Also they just “restocked” this very rare shirt (they sell one and then wait 6 months and put another out).Their smaller items, like the E.T. Necklace’s (very cool) that are $9 each can be bought for 5/$15 on ebay (an entire set). All in all, if you know vintage — and you don’t mind paying top dollar then come here. It is a cool place, but not everything is as it seems!

Old western vibe for sure, maybe that’s what’s in as far as Denver hip goes, none the less it’s catchy and there is a lot of well enough picked vintage articles of clothing here. I’ve spent a lifetime shopping vintage and fancy myself a bit of an expert! Its certainly worth stopping by and is particularly better than other local similar establishments.

We were visiting from Canada and I had this shop my list. My husband is definitely NOT a shopper but the vintage Broncos gear had him hooked! I thought the store was well organized and had a great selection of vintage and I enjoyed looking through the high end section by the desk. The staff were helpful but not in your face which i really appreciated. We spent about 2 hours in the shop which is record setting for my husband! The only negative I would say is the racks are packed and some of them are difficult to browse through. Thanks for the great shop!!

It has an okay atmosphere. The employees were nice but generally ignored me. I had to greet the employee at the counter rather than her greeting me. I dont mind that much and I dont super expect for employees to greet me but she barely looked up from her phone. Their prices are okay- a bit high. They have a lot of stuff from the 60s and on but not much before that. Its hard to try and ask the employees much like if you can go into the dressing rooms. I ended up getting a dress from the 50s for $65 and its quite lovely but it was hard to find. The store is organized to say the least however. I will be visiting other thrift stores soon and will update with comparisons. Sorry for the terrible photo quality but I would also note how dark it is in the store. The entire shop feels pretentious in a way?

Goldmine has an amazing collection of vintage tshirts, jackets, and jeans among other great finds. Theyre a bit on the pricier end but I think the higher prices are worth the hassle of rummaging through racks and racks of junk. The store is organized and the atmosphere is pretty welcoming. Employees could be more interactive and friendly but overall great place!

I stopped in Goldmine Vintage when I visited Denver this past summer after remembering how awesome their Boulder store was years ago. If youre a fan of vintage clothing, you should definitely check this place out. Its a fairly big store and they have a huge, wonderful selection of shirts, denim, outerwear, and dresses, all of which are in very good condition. Its a bit on the expensive side (I paid about $60 for a fabulous 70s jumpsuit that needed tailored), but considering that everything in the store is virtually one-of-a-kind and in great shape, Im happy to spend that kind of money. The staff that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The lady who helped me at the register said that they bring in items from all over the country, so Im excited to see what they have next time Im there. I highly recommend this place.

This shop was very fun. Lots of excellent vintage (and in excellent condition) pieces from all eras. Also, some period specific (esp. 1920 & 1950) replica pieces. I bought a nice, 70s era Midwest design sweater that is now a go to closet staple. The shop is organized well by size, color, and type of item. Staff is friendly, but lets you browse without bothering you. Definitely a must if youre in the area.

Very small selection and really a glorified Goodwill. I walked in & both store associates where standing behind the desk/register fraternizing with each other. The girl did greet me. After that they immediately made it a point to follow me the whole time I was there even though there was other customers in the store. One of the store associates immediately went to the hats I looked at and made sure she straightened them out after I looked at them. I could feel the vibe she didn’t want me touching anything. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

Buffalo exchange WHO? Havent been cruising the vintage shop scene as often because I feel the overcharging can be way excessive and the shop workers can be sooo unnecessarily condescending and just overall intimidating. But this store is perfection, amazing selection and the pricing is reasonable (I will gladly pay what an amazing piece is worth, but I am experienced enough to know when Im being ripped off) The workers are so nice and helpful too which is priceless for me! No low balling me there. BOSS IS THE BEST .I know 2 people that got ☠corona virus shortly after being in the goldmine store. .They need to comply with the state on sanitizing used clothing, shoes & equipment. Look it up.
