This location is closed. You wouldn’t know this based on their website, Google hours, or calling ahead. On top of this, the sign on their door says to go to the Edgewater location, which you’ll find after driving over there is also closed. Just a complete disregard for people’s time.

This kid didnt know anything. He was still in training and the manager left him to work alone at night. This kid didnt know what glutamine was. He didnt even know the store called Vitamin Shoppe, when asking him if there was one around here. He also kept waving his hair back. All of this is a red flag and the manager should be fired pranto!!

I wish I could give ZERO stars! Worst service ever. I went in at night and was greeted by a frantic red headed male. I felt so uncomfortable! He would not look me in the eyes and provided no help, only creepy vibes. Will never ever return to this store anywhere in the US based on this one interaction.

The lady that helped me today was polite and did not pressure me into buying the gold card.
