Staff is really friendly and they know exactly what your looking for and exactly what the vitamins do, they have a lot of selections to pick from.

This is a nice store. Big store with a wide selection of products. They had some really good deals when I was there. It’s definitely where I’ll be going for supplements. The only thing I didn’t like was getting in and out of the parking lot. It’s a bit tough being on the corner of 120th and Washington.

He educated me about complete proteins, how iron works in the body, and also threw in a couple work out tips for me. Now I just need to start working out... Love it here. Staff is always quick to help you with questions, and anything they arent sure if they go find out for you(I asked some very specific prenatal questions). I loved the store in Idaho and this one is just the same. Vitamin shoppe only hires the best staff to assist its customers.

Great staff, great pricing. We get Garden of Life RAW MEAL there because its much cheaper than Whole Foods. Today, they were running a deal for their large tubs at only $32, sometimes WF charges $55! Love this place.

The staff are rude and never make me feel welcome, why is it because I’m not white? After I got in. 2 white men came and they welcomed them in and ask if they need help but for me they looked at me like i was thief or something

Not helpful staff. Im not in great shape but working on it and when I went in, on two separate occasions, I felt judged. Id rather spend my money where employees are helpful and where I feel welcomed.

Location is close to home and have shopped there before with not the greatest service. Staff seems to have very low customer service skills. Today was the worst!!!! I left there feeling upset with the cold and rude service from the male representative. My reasons for going were embarrassing enough but the service made it worse. (would call him a man or a gentleman but he didnt possess either of those qualities) Will never return to this or any of there other stores again.

I am always genuinely greeted and when i ask a question i am genuinely helped.

Just went into this location, asked gentlemen if they had a specific preworkout. Asked me what ingredients were in it. I hesitated because I wasnt sure, I knew there was caffeine and creatine in it, but wasnt sure what else. He goes on to embarrass me and say aloud, man you taking it and dont even know whats in it. No sir I actually dont but maybe you could just help instead of embarrass me, is what I felt like saying. Anyways I felt unwelcomed and embarassed. Definitely sticking to GNC and not coming back here.
