Great people to work with!

I had purchased a chair some years back and one of the arms had broke. I called the local dealer for the chair and they tried but got no where due to their complete incompetence. They told me it wasnt available, then they told me it is now ordered but after six months I still needed the replacement arm. I called them and let them know my patience had run out.I was still friends of the owner of the company where I had bought the chair but she had sold the company a few years before. I told her about what I had run up against and she suggested I call Sara Yancy who worked for my friend at at the company before it got sold. Sara was now with Projex and was a dealer for the company who manufactured my chair. She was eager to help. Sara had me fully resolved in just a few months as the manufacturer was out of the country and OK I did get the wrong arm but I did get a package that had the right parts . Projex and Sara saved the chair I really liked from the recycling bin. Thanks Sara!
