I worked with JR and Dana at this company. After repeatedly not getting my product on the promised date and no customer service follow up, I contacted Dana - the VP of Sales and Marketing. Danas reply to my complaint about how hard it is to give them money was were sorry. My VP of Sales at my company had a laughing fit over this response, I guess helping the customer and getting your sales reps to follow up on orders was too hard? Its a shame that good old customer service is gone at this company! Dont waste your time!
