Fantastic experience in my paint purchase from Sherwin Williams! The associate who helped me was extremely knowledgeable about the product, and guided me toward the best paint for my project.

Walked in, worker was assisting another couple. I looked around and got all of my materials together, then headed up front. By this time the couple had left and the worker went to work on drop off orders without ever acknowledging me. I waited a few minutes at the registers then called the store, watched the worker wait and wait to answer. When he did I told him I’d like some assistance at the register and he said he’d be with me as soon as he can then hung up the phone. I will sadly never again support Sherwin Williams even though I was very excited to support their company while remodeling my newly purchased home.

This place has everything, great service and prices arent to bad. Better if you have a coupon or sign up for notice for sales.

Sherwin Williams has been great during the pamdemic to keep supplying us with paint. Weve done quite a few projects during the downtime and if you call ahead you can have them mix the paint and have it ready for you outside when you get there. In addition they even mixed sample colors for us and did the same. Good to have a solid paint store in the village that is reliable, keeps your purchases on file to tell you what paint you used if you need a top up in the future for repairs and so on.

We are remodeling our home so I guess you could say Ive been here multiple times... I didnt really think the customer service was all that great until Derek helped us on more than one occasion. I have to say if it wasnt for him I probably wouldnt have come back here. If I was the owner of this store I would make it known the Derek is an amazing employee and he should get some recongnition for it!!! Thank you Derek for your amazing customer service!
