A few weeks after she had the car there was a small fluid leak. She dropped it back by, they scheduled her an apt to get it fixed and they took care of it for her (and detailed her car for her).Very happy with the service and help they have provided. Bought a 2009 Dodge Ram. Nice truck, but it was throwing a code on the dash. They agreed to get it fixed if I purchased the truck. Took the truck to their service center, but they said there wasnt a code. Dealership was able to determine that the ESP BAS code on my dash was a $400 steering control sensor. Auto Masters also told me that the truck was inspected for Kansas title. Learned later that when I went to tag it needed an inspection still.

Bought a truck that ended up having many issues. Engine rear seal leaking oil. The way they fixed it was adding a product to seal it up. AC is only working when it wants and the rear end is making a jerking feel every so often that they cant figure out. All of this after supposedly going through there shops inspection. They close earlier than what the hours say. Bad business, stay away. Wish I had.

Went to look at a car for our son that we saw online. We didn’t really like it so we looked at others that were there in our price range. Jared was wonderful to work with and didn’t pressure us at all. He let us drive what ever car we wanted to with no complaints. We ended up paying a little more than we wanted but got a great little car for our son. If it wasn’t for Jared being honest and patient with us I doubt we would have stuck around after we drove the car we went to look at. I would recommend this them to people looking for a used car.

After a less than thrilling experience at a different dealership I stopped by Automasters to look. They were SO helpful. Worked towards a low interest rate for me. Great place!

Very upfront from the start. No pressure at anytime. Easy to work with and very informative. Even stayed after closing so I could come by. Upon taking the vehicle, was in and out very quickly with all paperwork completed.

Just bought a BMW X5 from this dealership Labor Day weekend. Drove it less than 50 miles and the engine light came on. Diagnostics proved that it was an existing code that had been previously cleared. Dealership refused to do anything to cover the part which is around $300 for just the part. Salesman also said that he would look for the 2nd set of keys as the owner had been driving this vehicle. When the salesman told me they could not find the spare set, he said he could find a local locksmith to make one and drop it in the mail. Keys never came. Called him out on it and he said he didnt realize the replacement key would be $350. I have called and left messages and texted numerous times and they wont return any of my calls or texts. Stay away from this dealership! This is coming from someone who was a mechanic for over 20 years.

Highly recommend Auto Masters if you are looking to avoid the larger Wichita dealerships and all that they entail. Jared is friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire car buying process a positive experience. I was referred to Jared by a friend, and now I will do the same. You rock Jared, love my Acadia!
