You can buy a car/truck anywhere but I won’t, moving forward. This place had the car, the price, the personalities and most of all, superior customer service! The whole gang took time to make us feel welcome, comfortable in conversation and most importantly, confident in the information they were giving us. These guys were honest and did what they could to help us get the best price. We drove away with a new 2020 GMC Acadia and the confidence knowing that we got the best deal we could. We went in rather late on a Thursday evening but never felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing them, even when they realized we would be keeping them past closing time. Not only that, but they had to call a couple of guys in to complete the process. We were there until almost 10pm, 3 hours after closing. We had a good time talking to the staff and swapping stories while the process worked. I’ll say that this was the only time I’ve ever enjoyed buying a new car. Hands down, best customer service ever!

If I could give them negative stars I would.. My wife and I went into this delearship. They seemed to be really nice people and extra nice since my wife was in a bad car accident and we came to them to get a new car. So we bought the car from them expecting to have a pretty nice 2018 working car at $42k. The next day the window stopped working and then we took it to Kansas City to see our daughter, and the car starts not working properly. Then the check engine light comes on so we stop at autozone to find out that we need a new intake manifold gasket among other things. So now after my wife was without a car after her accident, she is now going to be without a car again. Be VERY careful when dealing with these people.

Initial contact and talk was with Robby and test drove with Robert a couple weeks later, both occurrences found the individuals friendly with absolutely NO pressure, and quite knowledgeable with the products on hand, on the test drive Robert wasnt sure on a question but he researched and responded promptly later that day. I did ask many questions to both of the guys. I can not say enough good things about this dealership.I live in Las Vegas and was hesitant to buy a car out of state after a terrible experience elsewhere.But this place showed me that it can be done without any hassle.I found a car on their website but it hadnt been delivered to them yet. So they had no pictures and not a whole lot of information. I talked to then over the course of several days while we both waited for the car to arrive on transport. I talked to everyone in the dealership at one point or another. None of them made me feel bad for calling (several times) with my silly list of questions for a car they didnt even have on their lot yet.As soon as it got there, I was sent pictures. I was a little disappointed because I had my heart set on a DVD player. It didnt have that. Their response? If we can make it happen, would you take it?They all went above and beyond, especially Robby, to make my out of state purchase as easy as possible. Including meeting my husband at the airport in the new car on a sunday so he could drive it home!I worked retail for a long time and I always went above and beyond for my customers. But this dealership, they did more than above and beyond. They made buying a car, which a lot of people dread, into an experienced that was actually really enjoyable. It will be a few years before we buy again. But when we do, I will definitely be checking them first. They know how to make you feel like family. And that is the experience I want.

I moved here 7 weeks ago and went to the dealership to look at a hummer. I met Robbie who I spoke to on the phone and was a Gentlemen. A little over a week ago I went to Hambelton LaGrega solely to look around at pickups. I had no intentions of buying one in the immediate future. Met with their salesman Robby who was wonderful!! He is extremely knowledgeable on not only the vehicles on the lot but vehicles in general. Super nice guy!!! Was able to answer all of my questions or direct me to someone who could. Very honest and up front and not your typical car salesman that tries to hide things. Like I said, had no intentions of buying a vehicle soon but had such a positive experience with Robby, the rest of the staff, and their ability to make the price of the vehicle fit my budget that the next day I signed the paperwork and left with my newly purchased F-150 that I love!!

We live in west Wichita but made the drive down to Derby because our the online searches pointed us to Hambelton LaGreca as the place with the best price for the crossover SUV we were looking for. Friendly staff, no pressure sales people.They did make a mistake on the paperwork that caused the title to need a correction, but once they were aware of the problem they took care of it right away and didnt cause any delays. Update on 3/16/2017: I have had to call them numerous times to get corrections made and even had to go back to the dealership to sign a correction. At the tag office to get my new license plate, we had to have them send over an affidavit of correction because they spelled my name wrong and they included my husband on the sales tax slip. Ugh! Pay attention to details, Hambelton. I will NOT be returning to your sloppy company.Robert and Robby were AWESOME to work with and both gentlemen sold me on the car that I had my eye on. Mark and Kevin took care of my financial paperwork and had me in and out of the dealership within minutes, and everything was well taken care of. This car lot has nice cars but the entire staff are not to be trusted! Its common practice to bait people and lie. Whatever it takes to get you on their lot. They will even lie in emails. They are preditors. These people have nothing but bad ethics . I really dont know how they sleep at night. Taking people dreams and squashing them like bugs. There are so many better places to buy a car. Any place is better than Hambelton Lagreca.

The car-buying process was enjoyable, if a bit pushy by the owner (not our sales guy, Robbi). However, after-the-sale service was mediocre. This was our first “bells-and-whistles” car, so I asked them to do one thing before we drove off the lot: to set up my bluetooth phone. Our sales guy made a half-hearted attempt but then told me that I needed to look it up on the website. Also, the car came with just one key FOB, so we asked him to arrange for us to get another from the dealer. Again, a half-hearted attempt, and we ended up with a useless FOB and a key that had already been cut for different car….we finally went somewhere else and paid the $180 out of our own pocket for a key FOB. I suppose if we’d made more of an issue of I’m sure they would have made it right. But we were tired. We felt like we finally got the message: After the sale, we’re on our own.
