Left a phone here that had water damage. Made that clear at the point of dropping the phone off. A week later still no call back from this business, so I called back today to be told they don’t repair phones with water damage. Typical poor management blamed a trainee for not knowing this, even after a week of the phone being in their possession.It’s a real shame I have to give them 1 star to provide a review because quite honestly they are a Big Zero in my book.

Went in to get my battery repaired….first they said they didn’t have a battery and looked everywhere to find one…then went in a month later cause my screen cracked. After I went in they said they could fix the battery too! Then gave my phone back saying it wasn’t fixable cause if to much acid….just went to a different store and they fixed it just fine! 👎

I have a Surface Pro 4 that was needing a battery replacement, because the battery was beginning to swell. Granted this is not an easy fix and would most likely include a screen replacement due to the nature of the repair.I had called on 3 separate occasions to ask about the repair. On all 3 phone calls the employee that I had talked to sounded very confident that the repair could be done.About 5 days ago I went to the store and dropped off the laptop for the repair. 4 hours later I received a phone call from one of the managers stating that they do not work on that device, and I needed to come pick it up. They stated that they had new techs, and that was the reason that they had received the laptop in the store.I hope that no one else runs into the same or similar issues with uBreakiFix. The service employee that I interacted with in the store was very nice and polite about the whole issue.

The professionalism of these customer service professionals is like no other. I watched them handle an aggressive upset customer who came in yelling. She left after she apologized because they were so professional, kind and patient. They further helped their customers who were hard of hearing, not getting flustered, as they answered the same question repeatedly. These guys even offered advise to an additional person who they couldnt solve the issue for. These guys worked very hard without complaijt and deserve to be recognized. They are honest, and work very hard. I am very impressed.

Screen replacements are really expensive for iPhoneX with mediocre parts and they dont flash the screen firmware to keep TrueTone functionality. Definitely not worth the $400 bill.

Wife took her iPhone in for a battery replacement, got the phone back and the ringer volume wasn’t working. They then tried to fix that and broke the button that controls silent ring and normal ring. They offered her a reimbursement on her battery but then told her that they wouldn’t fix the phone if they reimbursed her. Company is shady and would never recommend. This happened at the Derby location.

They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient in dealing with/replacing the shattered back glass of my cellphone. The price for repair was fair and reasonable and was taken care of quickly.

Took my Pixel 3 phone in because the power cord would not charge. They took 5 minutes to clean out the port and now it works wonderful. No charge for this service. Thank you and I would recommend them for other repairs.

UBreakiFix has always done a great job with my cracked phone screens. They make the process super easy and offer a great product!

I took my iPhone 7 Plus in 3 separate times because of a cracked screen. The first time, they repaired the screen. After I got the phone back, the front facing camera had stopped working and it DID work with the cracked screen beforehand. I took it in again and I called them to say I was driving an hour so I wanted to make sure they could do something about it. They said they would try a different screen. I got there and a different person was at the front and they told me they couldn’t do anything. I came back the next day and finally spoke with the person from the phone call. After trying a different screen, the camera still didn’t work, so I asked for a refund because it did work before they “fixed” it. She would only give me half of the money back because they did give me a new screen. She said to fix the phone I would need a new motherboard for $300 and I would need to go on into the Wichita ubreakifix which is another 40 minutes out of my way.I took the phone to a different shop and they fixed the problem for $50 and they were quick! They also said that the work that was done on the phone was a poor job and that the motherboard was not the issue. Oh, and ubreakifix didn’t put the water protection part back in, so they fixed that too. Take your service elsewhere.

Very quick! Nice peopleUnfortunately they fixed one problem and caused another. Now Ive been driving back and forth all day to try and get it fixed And it has to be done tomorrow...Update. They cant fix the speaker that they broke so now I have more hoops to jump through to replace the phone.

I wouldnt suggest getting a screen repair from here!! I paid a lot to fix my screen but now ill just have to buy a new phone because after they fixed my screen it began to glitch and do its own things and glitch with different colors and then all of a sudden the screen completely stopped working the phone itself works you just cant do anything the screen is grey and has a ton of lines through it!! I shouldve just send it to apple because they probably buy cheap terrible screens so you can keep coming back to spend money

Took my Samsung S8 into the store to replace a cracked screen. As is the S8s design, you basically have to take off the entire front half of the phone, including the battery and all sorts of other things, to replace the screen since its all one thing.I went in with my phone working but with a cracked screen, and when I went to pick it up my phone wouldnt even turn on. They broke my phone. Not only that, but the back of the phone was now separated from the front, as in, where it should have been flush there was a millimeter gap all around the phone. Not only THAT, but on the left hand side on the upper right, it appeared someone had taken a hand-drill-bit sander to the edge for about an inch in length.I asked that since they broke my phone if they would help replace it. They said something to the effect of well since your screen is cracked we cant be sure if there wasnt already some humidity or other form of water that had gotten in there and shorted it out, so they were conveniently off the hook for paying for a new phone.These guys suck. If you take something in there that is broken, expect them to break it more and remove all liability by virtue of the fact that it was already broke when you brought it in, which is the WHOLE REASON YOU BROUGHT IT IN IN THE FIRST PLACE

Great service. Super fast and convenient curbside service at my home. Minimal contact and kept far enough apart. My phone looks and feels better than ever and he was even able to fi an additional charge add on a liquid glass screen protector that is absolutely fantastic. I will definitely use them again!

I brought an iPad mini in for a simple cracked glass. Screen was fine, everything worked when I brought it in. Nearly two weeks later I picked it up, only to have the home button slip under the glass and become inoperable less than 24 hours later.Returned the iPad again, waited another week. Picked the iPad up at 3:41pm and by 6:00pm the home button stopped working again.After launching a complaint, I was contacted by both of the owners. These gentlemen went out of their way to remedy the situation which resulted in a 100% functional iPad. They have been the most excellent example of true customer service I have seen in a long while. I gladly and whole heartedly recommend their stores.

THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM ME AS WE SPEAK!!!I went in yesterday for a battery replacement and was told these are apple batteries, they are not. i got my phone back and the screen was completely different in every way. the 3d touch didnt work, the phone wasnt sealed in the phone. and i the quality of my screen was completely different! i took it back in and was told that this is indeed an aftermarket display in my phone but it was not one of theirs, and that i am being recorded and that i have changed my screen myself. this is completely false. my phone was 100 percent stock from apple before i took it to this location. and i am contacting the bbb. also will not let this go with cooperate. they are conducting fraudulent activities at this location and be aware they are replacing your perfectly fine oem parts in your phone with after market parts for absolutely no reason! my screen was in no need of replacement.The manager was also very rude, un professional. and was very quick to accuse me of trying to scam them. Thjey also lied and put on file that i told them i replaced my screen before to try and cover their own butts. DO NOT GO HERE! i will also be posting this to facebook, aswell as every social media platform.

They always seem to be on top of their repairs my phone has been in twice now through insurance and they walked me through the repair process and even explained some steps I didnt understand.Ian and Katelynn always have a smile for me and make time to help me out.

We needed to recover some information on a hard drive. They did exactly what they said they would and the price was as quoted. And they were nice and helpful.

Took my IPhone 5Se in for a screen repair, everything worked fine before the repair also decided to up graded the battery while they were in there.Everything seemed fine until I went to charge my phone that night, it wouldn’t charge at all. I took it back and they got it to work. Then I noticed I was missing calls, the vibration was not working, took in for repair they said my motor was bad that worked fine in the past this phone is only a year old mind that. The power/wake button was a little soft, but worked fine after they put it together trying to figure out the vibrate issues, it no longer works.Staff was friendly, but I can’t recommend this place, it’s been multiple problems having to drive 45 min each time.

So I brought in my Xbox one to be fixed was told would look at for free diagnosis and what not...what they didnt tell me after driving all the way there it would take four weeks to get it back to find out whats wrong..plus an added negative was treated like a criminal..my son who is non verbal autistic was having issue screaming and everything and I tried to calm him down and they from back room was like you know you are on camera right? Not very pleased at all...will not be going back to this location...youbreakifix worked well for me when they fixed my sons iPad greatly but this location infuriated me. I wont boycott whole company just wont ever go back to this location in derby again!

Very professional. I thought my laptop was toast. It originally had Windows 7 and had been auto converted to Windows 10 by Microsoft without my consent. Never did run quite the same and would not update. Its now running like a laptop should with uBiFs reload of Windows 10. Great job.

The entire experience was amazing! I took my phone in for an insurance claim, had actually scheduled the repair at a different location, but the guys there took care of getting everything transferred over to their store and made the entire process quick and seamless. Kaitlyn was nice and she did a great job fixing my iPhone 7. The screen was smashed from dropping it earlier that day. It looks brand new now. Be careful though and read the website careful, because it does not cost $100. It costs between $140-$185 depending on what kind of warranty you want.

They are excellent. Changed iPhone battery in less than an hour. Now my iPhone can hold longer charges. They do it without being logged in to your phone, no privacy issues.

I had to stop in at 6 pm and they close at 7pm. The employees were so great! I work a lot and I do not have much free time; they fit me in and repaired my phone flawlessly before close. Not what they typically work on, but I brought in my beats by dre that were missing a screw and others were loose. Tiny 6 point screw head. Well they got me a new screw and tightened them all up for me, no charge! Great customer service here. Ill definitely give them future business

I needed the battery replaced in my Pixel 2, and Ubreakifix did that for me at a decent price and in a timely manner. However, my LCD screen was damaged in the process (in a very small spot in the corner) and when I brought it to the attention of the technicians, they immediately offered to replace the screen for me. I will be using this company in the future for any of my phone issue needs!

I first used this business while on vacation in Florida and I wasnt happy.I got sand in phone charging port so it had to be removed. When I receive phone back it didnt work properly. Could not adjust volume and screen started flickering. Paid $130 for nothing.I went to this store because it was close an I wanted to inquire about some service.So they charge a flat rate for repairs. No matter how old your phone may be. They dont stock alot of parts so it may be a few days.I would not recommend this business for phone repairs.There are better options for repairs in area

I came in with a broken screen for my S10+ distraught, and out of options. When I came in, a repair technician by the name of Dominic was very quick in helping me with my issue. He said hed have it repaired within two hours and it didnt even take him that long. I would highly recommend uBreakiFix and Dominic specifically for any repair needs you may have.

Good service, the staff was polite and friendly. They told me my problems was most likely due to how much dust had gathered in my pc and told me the cleaning fee upfront and if I wanted that if I cleaned it would most likely fix my problem and if it didn’t bring it back as diagnostics are free. Very prompt and friendly service. They had my phone screen replaced just four hours after I dropped my phone off. I feel like the prices are pretty reasonable and would use them again if I had any other phone problems. I was thinking about trading my phone in for an upgrade after I got it fixed, but they did such a good job repairing it I feel like I already have a brand new phone again.

They all where very nice. We drove 2 hours and got there an hour before our appointment they let us go ahead and check in, sent us a text message every so often giving us an update. Very Polite guys at this location I would most definitely use them again.

I was told to take my Electric Smoker in for warranty work which is something I am sure they have never fixed. The guys looked at it and fixed it on the spot and did not charge me even though I was to be reimbursed by the manufacturer. I have used them for electronic repairs in the past and they did great fast work. I will continue to use them in the future.

Excellent experience, I worked with Katelynn when I first came in and she was extremely polite. They were the only ones to have parts in stock and ready to go for my Google Pixel, and even had it finished in about an hour. There was a small issue with the first screen that they replaced but they replaced again with no questions asked.

The customer care and service at the Derby location is phenomenal. There was some hiccups but it did not stop them from giving out stellar customer service and working with me to repair my laptop and fix other issues free of charge. Dominic really went far and beyond and if I ever have an issue with my tech products, I will be sure to bring them here again.

Everyone that works there is extremely nice. They understand that your phone is your life, and you cant leave it with them for a long time. Once my part came in for the repair, they asked me to stay for just a few minutes while they did the repair. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a broken screen.

IPhone 7+ has been very durable. I removed the tempered glass screen protector to install a different one. Of course I tripped and broke my phone’s screen. uBreakiFix was very easy to use. They were professional and friendly and had my phone repaired in about ½ an hour. Looks like new. My only complaint is that Apple stuff is expensive, and my replacement glass was $150. That is the going rate. I recommend you take your broken tech devices to uBreakiFix they will get you fixed.

Good place to do a drop off service. Said about 2 hours to replace the screen but I was able to see it come online to test in about an hour and twenty minutes. The do want to know your pass code/password which isnt necessary to change a screen out.

Amazing service dropped my phone off after I had dropped it and the entire screen was black, they said it wouldn’t be done for two days but got it done in one day! So relieved i didn’t have to be without it any longer! I also liked that they text you when they start working on it and you can also track the progress of your phone online.
