My only regret is that we didnt switch sooner!!! I wont mention and bad mouth our old carrier, but it started with an A and ends with a T. Our phones were locked, but the people who helped us at T Mobile got it figured out. I could NEVER get a signal in town, and with T mobile I can use my phone anywhere!! It works better, and costs less! If thats not great enough, add this: you cannot beat the customer service, and how they back their product. If youre on the fence about switching, jump that baby, and land on the T-Mobile side...for SURE!!!!
The staff and manager has been very professional and Knowledgeable. They are patient and help understand things that are not easy for me to understand. The manager is very knowledgeable on all procedures and and calm people’s frustrations. I’m very happy doing business here.
One of the best experiences I have ever had at any phone store. From the moment we walked through the door it was nothing but wonderful. We were greeted with a loud, happy collaboration of “welcome to T-Mobile” and from that point I told them what was wrong and Nate, Ariana, and Brenda immediately addressed our issues and started working on our problems. Nate spent half of his shift working on our issues and let me tell ya, it was MESSY! He was so patient and got the job done and made us feel like it was all going to be alright after having a terrible experience at another store prior to coming in. The vibe from everyone working was all around AMAZING! This is definitely our “home” store now.I definitely recommend this store to anyone that has Sprint/T-Mobile the customer service is nothing short of amazing!

Working on new phone service and new phones. Store was pretty busy but the staff handled the customers pretty well, the remained call and professional.Going back tomorrow to finish you - I didnt have everything I needed to complete the transaction.

This is the best store in all of Kansas. Ariana and her staff are always so friendly and helpful. Have never had a bad experience with them. You want honesty at a Tmobile store this is where its at. They explain everything and try to help all of their customers get the best deals.
On June 19 of this year I decided to switch from AT&T after 17 years. What the T-Mobile team promised me was not honored even after 2+ months. Made another visit today to try to get help. Madyson was extremely helpful but unfortunately the things promised to be my Adriana was still not completed and the promos promised were taken away Keeping my fingers crossed that by October things will be done....all except the promise of a lower bill.

We frequent this location all the time. We prefer this location over the rest because they great you with a smile, very helpful and friendly. They also remember their customers that come see them. Definitely the store to go to. I love them at this store.

NEVER EVER BUY ANY ACCESSORIES FROM T MOBILE. 30 dollars wasted after I purchased a screen saver for my wives NEW PHONE, 4 DAYS ago. It started to peal off and when I went to return it and didnt have the premium insurance on the PHONE I couldnt replace the screen saver THEY INSTALLED. The employees were nice and everything and thats all well and good but I will be swapping to a different carrier. Not impressed with t mobile as a company at all.

Ray and Caitlyn were amazing. They fixed a mistake a guy made when I switched to T-Mobile in Arlington, Texas. They got me 2 accessories, a 3rd line and lowered my phone bill by $10.

Ive had this service for around 10years... It actually seemed better before the 5g roll out.... I live maybe a 10min drive from the freaking store & have ZERO service anywhere around my own home, got their Lil extender thing...nadda, go to store & ask for help...think again, call for help...not gonna happen anytime soon.I obviously just need to change back to Verizon I guess cause nobody will help 🤢
