There are two people ahead of me to get their oil changed on a Sunday. It took them 3 hours. On top of that I was in line in row 6 The only line you can buy cigarettes or cash lottery tickets in. There was a very nice cashier but I had been fed up I watched her talk for 20 minutes to someone in front of me. I just had enough. If you value your time dont go there.

Well organized store to shop at. The store was tidy and the staff was able to help you out in a timely manner. Though it was fairly crowded for a Sunday afternoon, the lines for self check-out were short and you are able to get in and out without any big delays. Highly recommend shopping here for anything you need. Its a good one-stop-shop for any home projects, groceries, or clothing you made need.

Its a Walmart, theyre all basically the same, but it is a Walmart in Derby, so it shows! I cant really think of anytime Ive had a bad experience. Its good for convenience of course, and all that would come with a Walmart. I do want to mention how they hire people here. I have some friends working theyre and theyre well compensated for. Not bad!

It was nicer inside than I remember... its a Walmart and has lots of items to choose from. They also have a great website to help choose before you go or just order it on-line and send it home.

Pretty nice Walmart very busy. Could use some straightening up and organizing. Seems to be having a hard time keeping stock. But all the employees that I dealt with were very friendly. Aside from the soda machine outside and stole my money this place was pretty good. Its not a big Walmart but the employees were incredibly helpful. If youre going through Derby might as well stop in there if you need stuff from Walmart. Cant beat a good store with a friendly staff in my opinion

I am a full time door dasher and generate a full-time income out of my car. Today I picked up one order and delivered it to the customer, received a second pickup order from this location but this time was refused the items by pickup staff even though my car contained the same items. I’ve done almost a thousand deliveries, and countless ones from this store in particular. The items that were deemed to be messy were my spare tire if I should have a breakdown, a cooler to keep frozen items in, a grocery basket, and an insulated cooler bag to deliver in. In my back seat I have my pizza bag, and a notebook to log orders in, as well as my precious cargo, Winnie. I even offered to move everything into the front seat but the manager refused to reason with me. DoorDash still paid me for the order but I likely will not be accepting orders or shopping at this location after this incident. If you notice, these photos are taken in the pickup parking on site

Good place to pick up items that you need if they have it many times lately they seem to have fewer products, all and all though still nice place to shop.

This location is clean, well lit, and overall a nice place to shop. They always have what I need, and the shelves are rarely empty. Great selection at reasonable prices.

Wal-Mart is where I always go to shop. They have the best overall price and selection for our needs. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. However, yesterday I did find a lot of empty shelves.

Its a business that has and continues to employ plenty of people. The fact that I am not able to pick up my online orders whenever I want to is truly sad and petty. I will be getting my money back and also taking my business to a professional business that will cater to my needs, as I am a working person who doesnt have time to fit into the normal schedule that Walmart and the other corrupt business try to push onto the general public.

Stockers come out only a night. Cant be seen in day light so the shelves are empty

I am much more relaxed and comfortable when I am shopping at the Derby Walmart ocation. The store is kept very tidy and product is always new / fresh. Also very easy to navigate both parking lot and store. Great job team Walmart!!!

I love the pickup lines and if I have to go in, I use the pickup lockers. Easy to use and fast. If I absolutely have to go further than the lockers, I use self checkout. The people are friendly, just a personal preference. I do however have issues with some items being unavailable for the pickup lines and have to order online elsewhere.

Was able to get in and out quickly and even tho they do not carry what i needed margene was able to find a replacement. Appreciated her help in a crunch.

We do the grocery pick-up here every week for maybe about 2 or so years now and overall, Im pleased with the experience. It can be a little slow and there can be a little waiting, especially if you dont check in before you head out and/or during busier times but every order has been pretty much correct every time and I love their prices and availability. The app is frustrating when you try to re-order previously ordered items, so I just use the search bar for each item; it takes longer so thats a downfall but the app is very user friendly aside from that. I received a super fast response along with a coupon once when I complained so that counter-acted the bad experience. Ive also received 2 gift bags including samples which I really like as well. The pick-up employees are also always very friendly and polite. Overall, satisfied customer so thats why I continue doing grocery pick-up here.

Like the Ponca City store better than Ark City. The Ponca store actually had THREE LANES open. Sorry, but self checkout not my preference. If they want me to self check, then give me the employee discount. Because of Ark City only having self checkout, I buy on Amazon what I can wait for, buy at Dillons my groceries, and try to get everything else elsewhere. I will now try to coordinate other reasons to go to Ponca with going to their Wal-Mart.

To many checkout lines were closed and it was busy they should pay customers for having to check themselves out.and there is never a cashier in sporting goods you always have to call them to come back so you can get a license or look at guns or buy one would be nice to go in and get out in 10min not 30min to an hour.

Dont recommend, went in with a budget left owing my first born child. Avoid at all cost.

They do not seem to be stocking as well as they used to and you never know if you will find something they usually have or if there even is a place there for items you used to be able to acquire.

We found friendly service, helpful staff, and everything we were looking for and needed as we passed through the area.

Be very careful when using the tire service. They lost special wheel spacer for my aftermarket rims and blamed it on me. Wont be using them again if I have any other choices.

They are always helpful and pleasant to shop with . Respectful and friendly.

I had the friendliest checkout person Ive met there in a long time. I only gave a 4 star review as one of the items I deliberately went there for is apparently no longer available. Do wish the dressing rooms were open,, I desperately need some new jeans,, but wont buy till I can try them on....

It was a good experience. About 11:30 am and it must have been truck day because it was a little annoying to move for their carts on nearly every aisle. But it was clean and they were friendly.

Good selection of food. Easy to find what you need and plenty of self checkout stations.

Clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and easily accessible. One of the better Wal-Mart in the area.

Shelves were not full & choices limited. Check-out lanes were limited, line was long and it took forever to get checked out. Cashier was very slow at scanning and putting items in bags. Self check is not for purchasing a lot of groceries at one time. A frustrating visit and this is why I dont shop at Walmart much...this has become a pattern.

Worst 7-11 I was ever in as no Gas gas at the Entrance. Its defiantly not the stores Sam ran. I suspect the former 24hr Super Centers will continue to decline as the Dollar stores steal from the bottom closer and more convenient to the customers and their internet sales never really went anywhere and as Trader Joes, and the Mega Farm Stores continue to move in Walmart will find itself just as Monkey Wards and Sears.

Way to many chiefs and not enough Indians, or no one wants to check anyone out. They love chatting on their headsets for help as they slink away.

Everytime I come here I have to stand in line with my 3 children 6 and under because you choose to have TWO lanes open (numbers 6 and 5) because you would much rather have employees standing around watching us check out our groceries for free instead of the 10$ youre paying your employees.

This is a very big store and very crowded on this day May 3rd 2021. They were very helpful to let me know where I needed to get certain things on my list and I would definitely recommend to everyone to shop here..

Good and always well stocked. It’s hard to get help when you go to the electronics. It is a big store and has a lot of products.

The service there needs real help

I went to ask an associate from Walmart a question about where something was (in the meat department)and she gave me attitude, she rolled her eyes and gave me a nasty look so I just walked away and ended up finding what I was looking for. I finished my shopping and the cashier that checked out my groceries was absolutely amazing but will not shop there again.

Quickly found supplies for a Sports Medicine class project. Much bigger selection than our local Winfield Wal-Mart. Didnt have to wait long to check out. Saw carts actually being sanitized, wiped down!

Store is unorganized and the associates are rude. I am in this store on a regular basis and every time Im in there I am treated like Im trash. Unless you have money or at least dress the part get ready to be ignored or worse snubbed. And I know....like you people work at Walmart so really? Get some customer service skills!!

They close at 11pm. Could stock overnight when no customers are there. Instead they have pallets blocking isles

Very busy and staff seemed to care less that you were there which is nothing new. I hate when you get followed by employees that are theft and loss prevention because they are so obvious about it and usually are rude. I promise you I won’t steal but whatever floats your boat about following me around.

I work a 2nd shift job so sometimes Im shopping later in the night. They never have anyone there that can let me get what I need from cosmetics department because its already shut down! Its frustrating.

Rude disrespectful cashiers with chips on their shoulders. Most of the registers were closed except self checkout and cigarettes register causing the self checkout to be over congested and wait time were atrocious

Bread is to the Left all along the wall as you first enter, sharing the area with produce and the Walmart bakery.

They have a wide selection of items most of the time. Lately? Theyve been out of stock on a lot of items.

Wal-Mart is the place I go when I want He-Man toys and people who wont abide by the mask mandate. The staff have become more helpful over the past few years regarding locating products and opening security cases. Youve been to Wal-Mart, why are you reading this?

There is ALWAYS stuff in the aisles and you never are able to find employees that can actually help you. Today I was there picking something up and there was a big metal cart infront of where I needed to be I ended up not seeing it and hitting my leg so hard it hurt to walk. move your stuff and get better employees.

Got there at around 730 pm and stocking had yet to start. Being midweek there were some items not available for my selection.Dud get a great dessert from the bakery area though.Good experience

I have a biased view of Walmart. Ex-employee, from a different location. I shop here when I need to or want something quicker than having it shipped. Amazon has similar or lower prices. Walmart is a low cost option but they treat their employees like garbage and they dont care about the small businesses. They are willing to put a small business out and then close up shop and leave.All that aside, this location has definitely been cleaning itself up and looks a lot better and cleanlier than it use to be.
