Had a couple issues with my garage door this morning. Called and within 2-3 hours, Brad and Chris were onsite. Quick, professional and fixed within 30 minutes! Used an emergency door company a few years ago and this was a completely different experience (positive!) and so much cheaper. Give them an opportunity to help you out if you have a garage door problem.

We called Derby Overhead Door & they sent Brad out within a few hours to fix one door & check the other one as well. He was very thorough, pointed out the issues, replaced necessary parts & had our doors up & running more smoothly than they have for years. The entire experience, beginning with the phone call & ending with a reasonably priced repair, made us very glad that we chose Derby Overhead Door.

Had a seal that needed replaced to prevent water and debris from getting under the door. The technicians that came up were efficient and courteous. They were in and out in no time. Always my first recommendation for garage door work.

Had a very good experience with Derby Overhead Garage Door selling and installing a new insulated door with windows. We are very happy with the product that we purchased from Greg and the technicians Nate and Brad were very professional during the installation and setup of the door. They were very careful to not damage the door during the installation process which I really appreciated. The process was very smooth.

We called Derby overhead door about 2 weeks ago with an issue about our garage door coming out of its tracks. They sent out a young man that was kind, polite, professional and knowledgeable his name was Nate Gray. We were super impressed so much so that when we had to have our springs replaced a couple days ago we called back and requested Nate to be our service guy for the repair work. He showed up the same day was super knowledgeable, professional and had a great attitude! Called to schedule appt in rural Winfield ….Techs showed up on date / time as promised. Nate / Danny promptly diagnosed the problem and made necessary repairs. Both Nate and Danny were very polite, courteous and explained the work they were performing. I watched their workmanship and it was apparent they were very knowledgeable and possessed the appropriate skillset for the job.

Dwane was the technician who repaired our door. He could not have been anymore professional and prompt. The charge for the service was very reasonable. I have zero complaints about the service provided, will without a doubt use them again and suggest Derby Overhead Door to anyone who ask.

We have called Derby Overhead Garage Doors twice when our doors have jammed and come off the track partly down. They have been fast and provided excellent service. They are professional, courteous and good to work with. I highly recommend them for any door repair.

I called upon Derby Overhead for two separate issues on back-to-back days. The first was for an after-hours event brought about by a door cable coming loose, leading to the door falling partly off the rails as it came down crooked. The next day was for a pre-arranged appointment to replace an improper spring setup caused by the previous owner of the house. Nate Gray handled the after-hours callout, while Nate Shaver took care of my springs. Both were fantastic to work with, professional, and fast. I received excellent service and value from Derby Overhead Door when they replaced my opener and serviced the door. The job was completed with efficiency and neatly. I had planned to hire someone to adjust the door spring and install an opener from a big box store, but Derby Overhead installed a better opener for less money. I cant believe how much quieter and smoother the door operates now.

My truck popped out of gear and accidentally rolled up into my garage door early on a Monday morning before work. We have had 2 experiences with Derby Overhead, the 1st was a few weeks ago at home our garage door would not close automatically, we called 2 garage door repair companies and they both recommended replacing the opener, my husband decided to call Derby overhead based on Google reviews and Nate came out and fixed is fairly quickly. Today I got to our business in Derby and saw a broken garage door in one of our bays, the door had got derailed and was hanging on 2 hinges on one side, I called them and Debbie answered the phone even before it was 8am, she got me on their schedule and within an hour and a half Duane and Ben came out and fixed the door in about 30 minutes.I highly recommend Derby Overhead if you need help with garage doors, they are all courteous, timely and efficient. These guys are awesome! I live about one hour away, and they came out in record time. We have a four-car garage with unique old springs on the doors. It took a bit longer than usual because of the old springs, but they stuck with it and fixed every one. I couldnt be happier!
