Its a nice clean store, they have almost everything you can imagine.The best part for me is the grocery online app and the picking up part.I have met a lot of fun nice friendly people.

Only takes cash. The $215 billion Walton family should stop being so cheap and hire more cashiers. If you dont watch yourself Walmart youre going to be next to flop and everyone be out of a job. Get your people trained on the registers. You tested and failed trying to save money with putting in self checkout machines. Dont fail again or ppl will walk away. There are so many new places opening online with better prices. Cash will lose all meaning if the Walton family and the local Walmart dont sit down and do some serious brain storming.

The pharmacy wait is usually quick. They carry some low carb freezer meals that are good in a pinch. Employees are always friendly.

Only needed a few things in groceries. walmart was much better stocked on this visit. great to see as Ive seen too many empty or almost empty shelves.

Went here for some plants they have a smaller selection then other locations but it was good I found some cute plants which I was happy for. They definitely need more potting planters through they didnt have a good selection had to go elsewhere.

As always I found what I needed and the staff was very helpful. I would give five stars but those pesky shopping carts were ALL over the parking lot. I know its the customers laziness not putting in the proper place, but Walmart needs to stay on top of it.

Best of the Walmarts in the area by far! Store is always clean and well stocked and the staff is super helpful and friendly! Will go out of my way to hit this one. I also get my prescriptions filled here and all of the pharmacy staff is great as well. Super helpful.

Used curbside pickup for the first time. Very easy and quick. Great for large purchases, I got a microwave.

I went here to run some errands and felt great the whole day. I had some returns. Customer service was fast, and easy. Later I had some trouble with the animal tag machine, and a lovely person named Starna if I remember correctly helped me. I can’t say thank you enough. After that was all sorted I went to try some clothes on. The fitting room attendant Bethany was very kind and helpful. I noticed her cleaning the room I used as soon as I was done. As I waited for my mom to finish trying on pants, Bethany was easy to talk to, and get along with. The last thing on my visit to Walmart that day was a nice woman at the subway. I sadly never got her name, but she made my day with her complements after I just bought my first pair of extra large pants. :) thank you to all the Walmart staff

Great local treasure! I love he is willing to make deals when you buy multiple items and prices are already fair beforehand. It just adds a personal touch I dont see often.

I love coming here to shop. But with rising covid sickness in derry i am disheartened to see so few masks, no disinfectant carrages anymore. I am less likely to shop here as much until 1/ masks are worn or 2/ numbers go down.

I dislike Wal-Mart in general. On 1 hand I get it; 1 stop shopping for every kind of daily need, if all you care about is price. On the other hand, they are largely responsible for the destruction of Americas local retail business.

With game 4 of the Bruins series coming up tonight, I was having a very stressful day. So I did what any man would do to calm down, go to Walmart in Derry. Yet this wasn’t helping. That was until Alex Rust came and helped me. This beautiful specimen of a man isn’t just a D3 collegiate soccer STAR but also a stud of a Walmart employ. Definitely will be back soon! BRUINSSSSSSSS

Food shelves are slowly being restocked. Drive thru pharmacy, Subway, RedBOX, though its blue, grocery pick up, Service Federal Credit Union and hair salon available. Set up is similar to Seabrook. Looks good inside. Friendly staff. If you are picking up merchandise online, it is in person and not automated like Eppings Super Walmart. No Deep Thought at the entrance.I hope they keep the setup at the entrance permanently, separating the entrance and exit with barriers. Im tired of almost walking into people going into the store through the exit.Update: Saturday afternoon, February,2021; Received good service from an associate who helped me find whatt I was looking for in the mens clothing section. Self service check out. If you are fully vaccinated, you dont have to wear a facemask.. Wifi available.

Its WalMart. Where else can you buy a car battery, pick up a prescription, order a custom decorated cake and get your taxes done. Overall clean, stocked and organized.

Walmarts appearance is getting better, although I have put items back down instead of purchasing because of no pricing. I could take item to the register to find out, but when I find out its more than I wanted to pay. If all things were priced I might have spent an amount in which is in my budget for the month.

As normal as a Walmart can be. There wasnt clothes all over the floors and was up kept nicely. The grocery side was well maintained in my opinion so it was easy to go through and find the stuff I wanted. Toys is always the worst section to go into ax far as maintained, but this Walmarts was actually decent.

WalMart, or as I like to call it, Star Wars Cantina Bar, is a fine place to go to get low price products and people watch. The COVID may have put us all into quarantine, but it certainly hasnt given society back its dignity and class.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the doors opened 5 minutes late, to a line of customers. Shelves were well stocked, but its in grocery clearance did not ring up correctly. Quickly resolved by self checkout associate.

First time trying to return something. Denied because I was a couple of days over their new policy, which did not align with what I originally saw online.

I tried to do an order pickup for a Nintendo Switch. Once I got there, I went inside to pick up my order as the order was placed on my brothers phone, but I was the pickup person. They told me they can’t give it to me inside and that I have to do curbside pickup. I proceeded to go outside to my car and call the store so they knew I was ready for order. I was on hold for about 20 minutes. I was transferred about 4 or 5 times. Each time, they didn’t know who I was or what I was calling about. One point, they thought that I was a man coming to pick up a grill. Another time, they asked what department I was trying to reach, I wasn’t trying to reach a certain department. The customer service was horrible. They laughed at me and they sounded very annoyed with me. This was my first time ever doing an order pickup from Walmart. I can safely say that Target (where I work) has a much better pickup system than Walmart by FAR. Don’t order from here unless you are trying to wait an hour for an order and be spoken to by idiots.

Most of the store is pretty decent but the bakery people are the rudest people I have ever met I listened to a bakery lady talk to another younger employee who was clearly new talk to him so poorly. And after that I went to them to ask about their product and the older lady working had no care and was so rude.Every experience I’ve had has been awful with them

Its a nice Walmart that doesnt seem to get too crowded. You can usually get close to the front door parking and the cart attendants are doing a good job. They are generally well stocked, although sometimes they seem to be slower to restock very popular items. All the workers are very nice and helpful when needed. They keep the lines moving quickly and overall are doing a great job considering the times

The most places like this I generally give a good rating across the board because Ive worked for Walmart once upon a time and I understand the ins and outs and the frustrations of customer service and customer interaction...That being said I understand that I went there on a Sunday but I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service or interaction from the person on staff this past Sunday. I wont go lower than four stars... The customer service needs to be on point in all departments

Employees at this location dont even know their own return policies. Youd think the person working the returns would know or at the very least his manager would be able to correct him, but both were clueless. I think spoke to who I believe was the assistant and he cut me off and just kept saying no. Terrible customer service and awful management skills.

Kicked out for no reason trying to find hot wheels and wasn’t causing any problems. Guy flipped out and is a team leader yanked the box from my friends hand. Was making up stuff saying we were causing trouble and fooling around. Do not recommend shopping here

WalMart no longer requires customers to wear a mask. It was about 50% of people in there maskless so they wont be getting my business until after the pandemic.

Manchester Walmart is what it is..Busy. Cars and trucks in and out..people in and out. But..there are those who leave masks on the ground..in carts. Be aware..especially with kids. Dont let them handle them!!Parking is good.. Visibility is what it is in certain circumstances.. Be Careful!! Look!! Listen!!Disabled parking is marked.. Please leave those for people who need them.. Do pickup aroubd the left side of the building..as its market with orange signage.They will come out with your purchases.. Make sure you got what you asked for and check your receipt .You can use the app too..Wal-Mart.com.

On 02/05/21 evening went to Walmart in Derry, NH to purchase a car item. While there decided to purchase a Samsung 55 inch TV. A store employee helped us bring it to the car. However, it was slightly larger than the car trunk. I would fit in, but needed about 2-3 ft of twine to tie the car trunk down. I asked the sales employee if he had any twine his response we I just bring carriages in the store. No help, not even let me ask. So I brought the tv back into the store and asked if a store manger could help us, we needed some twine, she said we dont have any, you can purchase some or come back later. I guess this a case of a penny wise but a dollar foolish with the manager loosing a $400+ sale for not suppling a customer some twine. Ended up buying the same exact TV at Best Buy, which supplied 2-3 ft of twine

Only 3 stars solely for the fact that theres never an employee to help you, if you do get help they point to a section halfway across the store and expect you to find whatever you need. Youre not greeted but instead yelled at by most of the staff because God forbid yo your pinky toe goes over a line thats meant for something else.

This place is terrible. Ive had to return 3 items in a month. Their electronics dont work and sometimes seem like maybe the boxes have been opened before. The manager at the customer serivce area is very rude and mean for no reason other then the fact she may be related to a rhino. Shes 4 times my size. I will be suing thier electronic department for sellling me a product that doent meet customer agreements or base warranty.

Its almost like a necessary evil.... Sell your soul, but get what you need... This Walmart seems to have a reputation of hiring people that have 0% interest in helping the customer, almost like it bothers them that people are there buying stuff at all.
