Nice place to deal with, had no issues. Wish I could say the same thing about the states background check, which is taking two to three days.

Very very unhelpful and extremely rude didnt really want to answer my questions. Not sure if he just doesnt know his product to answer my questions or if he just didnt want to be bothered in helping me. Needless to say I WILL NEVER EVER CALL HIM FOR ANYTHING AGAIN.

The guy is a bit rude, but he has what I need every time I go there and thats all that really matters to me.

Guy was nice to me on the phone and had what I want, Other shops in the area did not.

Just bought ammo there. Very friendly and a nice clean store.

Saw the other reviews and was hesitant but Ive been in to buy ammo and they were pleasant so I had a gun shipped to them and right when they received it they gave me a call filled out paperwork made sure I had everything and was on my way. Had a good experience.

The prices are high, selection is limited and the service sucks. Lots of other good gun shops in the area, no need to deal with these unhappy folks.

I am an avid shooter, and gun enthusiast. I also have been to all gun stores in this area, but this one, i can describe in three words, RUDE< RUDE< RUDE. The reviews speak for them self. The ma and pa at this place need a course in customer service. Just makes me wonder if they know this.............I will NEVER go here for ANYTHING..............I drive by this this place everyday to go to work and come home from work, never cars parked out front. If i could give 0 stars, i would.

Very unfriendly. Didnt have any fishing stuff despite having a Fishing Gear sign, and got annoyed with me and my fiancé when we said Okay, I thought you had fishing stuff because you have a fishing sign. I do not recommend this place.

I find myself in many different gun shops in the area, and buy/sell many different firearms. This gun shop has to be the worst in the state. The woman (Betsy) is terrible, rude, and obnoxious. Their prices are not competitive, and do not even think to sell a firearm to them. They will try to rip you off, and then walk away from you when you offer a reasonable price. Go down the street to Second Amendment Arms in Windham, you will not be dissapointed.

If i could give this place no stars i would have..... everyone in the store is extremely RUDE!!! i will never go there again or even tell people about the place. i called to get a price on a firearm and the lady told me that she doesnt give prices over the phone and demanded me to come in, then i asked her why and she hung up on me. place SUCKSSSSSS

I went into this store looking for a brick of .22LR (a rare find these days). The old man at the counter said they didnt have any. I asked him what he did have available and rudely he said to me Do you want me to read everything or do you want to look at the shelf yourself. I immediately walked out and will not return. I had a similar situation about a year ago, asking questions about a product they had (I assumed they had a bad day, and gave them another shot.. my mistake). At any rate, this is too bad, as this place is close to my house. I now go to Stateline Guns in Plaistow, much much better service and selection (but watch the high prices.. buy ammo online instead). I agree with other posters.. it is time for this shops owners to retire. They are probably internet illiterate and will never see these reviews!
