Good people and good services. I recently had a lot of work done on my vehicle here. They were $200 less than the place a few blocks away. They saved me money. Robert kept me updated on the work being done. The place was spotless clean and didnt smell like rubber from the tires displayed. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Im always nervous finding a new mechanic as a clueless woman when it comes to cars, but these guys are great!

Had an appointment on a Saturday to get service done & it is the first time I have ever been here. At the same time as my appointment there was a temporary power outage which I get why they couldnt do anything about. Guy behind the counter tells me he will call me at soon as the power is back on to get my vehicle taken care of. Well the power was back on with in an hour but no one ever called me to have me come back in or reschedule my appointment. So I sat around waiting & wasting my time for nothing. Really bothered that I have to wait till next day off to get my vehicle serviced. Will not be going back to this place ever.

This is the most professional tire and service shop I have been to. The management of this establishment is 100% competent and capable of finding a solution to repair or replace everything that has been faulty on all of my vehicles I have brought them. The manager, Justin, is always friendly and will work with anybodys budget to get what is best for them and their vehicle, to fix it right, the first time. I have never had to go back for same problem, and I always have my tire needs taken care of here.

I have been going to Freedom Tire & Auto for over 8 years. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They treat you like a regular person and not like an imbecile. Jack always greets his customers with a friendly smile and hello. The services performed are top notch and very affordable in comparison to most mechanics. I can see myself taking all my vehicles here for any maintenance required for the foreseeable future.

Review:I went there for 4 wheel alignment and new rubbers (tires) for my old beater car after a car accident which damaged the drivers side suspension. I fixed the suspension then needed aligned and new tires.I was super happy with their service.1- they did not have the tires they sold me so they upgraded me to better tires for free- Awesome!2- I took my keys instead of leaving them there, so they came to my workplace and got my keys from me to do the car service.3- The car rides strait and super smooth with the new tires and alignment.I am very very happy with Their service.First time customer.

Friendly employees did my tire change in a timely manner. Asked for them to check my brakes and pads and they explained the result to me and made sure I had a good understanding of everything.

Took my dads car to this location... And I will not use this location again!! The staff was friendly, the tech was knowledge. My dads car is a Lincoln Town car, and it has air shocks. Those air bags should have been shut off BEFORE they hoisted the car in the air to put the new tires on... I was told, by the tech that did the tires, that there was a lot of small holes in both air bags on the back and they would either need to be replaced or convert the car to springs, both very pricey. We just converted to springs. Were 99% positive that those holes got there due to the techs not letting the air out of the bags and shutting it off.

Not the most customer driven staff,once we were acknowledged I pointed to the tires (right in front of the counter) and said that I was interested in that style and gave her the size I was looking for. 15 minutes later we were getting closer to pricing and availability, 22 minutes and we were walking out the door.Of course your probably thinking,that this deserves a higher star rating. Most of you would be right. Maybe Im old fashion, maybe Im wrong to think that if your in the customer business then you should act and LOOK accordingly. This was my first AND last experience with this company.

Impressed with how kind and friendly these people were. They quickly changed 4 tires for us on our camper/trailer set-up. Most places make you wait forever!!

Ive been a customer of Freedom Tire and Auto for eighteen years, and have had top notch customer service and superlative automotive work done on my vehicles! Over the years, Ive purchased six new sets of tires, had brake jobs done, engine tune-ups, and had my fuel injection system cleaned. The work was always done within the time limits they quoted, and always with the highest quality workmanship. I cannot imagine taking my car anywhere else in Des Moines that could compare with Freedom Tire and Auto.

Did not stand behind their tires at all. But I went to Goodyear corporate and they worked with me on the replacement tire. I would use Goodyear again just not this shop

Friendly, honest. They dont charge you for something you dont need. Take the time to listen and to explain. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend

Horrible service I had $1000 worth of work done. Not a surprise that a little over a year the part went out. They would not refund me the money for the part and they wanted me to pay a $800 worth of labor to have it done over again. There workmanship is not worth that much. On top of that Ive had to bring it back multiple times to have them fix things that should have been done right the first time. They will push you into things and will drain your wallet. This is unexceptional, wrong and unprofessional.

Had a customer come here cause she had a check engine light on (faulty code from a prior part that was replaced)and she stopped at a shop. They wanted to charge her $609.62 to replace her rotors and pads. We got them replaced for $150. Dont get scammed by these con artists. I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone. These people are why service shops have a bad name. If i could do anything below a 1 star i would
