Hands down best cigar shopping experience in the Midwest. Been to over a two dozen cigar shops and best customer service experience. Every time I walk in always greeted with friendly hello and always willing to help make recommendations. Really wish I could give a 6 star

My husband wanted to go to the hand rolled cigar event this summer & I was his sidekick! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! He loved it- and I might be buying him a membership for put anniversary!

Comfortable lounge, friendly staff, great selection of cigars (vintage, new releases & hard-to-finds). Located right in the heart of Des Moines.

We always enjoy going here. My boyfriend loves their selection of cigars and I love checking out the cigar labels and the unique artwork each one has. They have a diverse selection and a wide price range.

Unfriendly staff. Kind of arrogant actually. You can only smoke in the lounge if you have are a member. Membership fees were terrible price too.

Guy running was kind of rude. Made sure to tell is to wear a mask but made mo mention to another customer. Lot of product was open air and looked dried out and stale.

A friend reintroduced me to cigars recently. We set out on a cold Saturday journey last week. The owner was very knowledgeable on his product. My buddy got a few sticks of his usual liking and a few more to better tune to his tastes. After speaking with the gentleman myself, I have learned that I had a great many misconceptions to cigars. He put 3-4 in my hand to try after a bit of conversation. So far I have not had one that I didnt care for. I will continue to make the hour drive for my sticks. In fact, a friend from Chicago is coming to visit for the weekend and he is stopping to pick me up a few more today. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I walked in wide-eyed clearly with NO idea what I was looking for, and was immediately helped in finding the right cigar for me, without ever experiencing anypushiness that can come along with a first-time experience.They will take the time to educate you and make sure youre purchasing exactly what you need and want, and they do it with a pleasant demeanor.As someone who doesnt smoke a lot of cigars, I felt welcome and had a perfect experience. These guys know their stuff, but theyre not pretentious about it. I will only go here from now on for my cigar needs!

Great walk in humidor with a huge selection of cigars. A great way to try a cigar new to you.

Good to see they stick pipe tobacco a bit high but at least they have it hope they keep stocking it. Nice cigar selection cant have everything I know thats why you would need to shop around dsm area each had different selectionWill go back if they stock tin and bulk tobacco

They had a large selection of cigars. Seemed to have every CAO and RP available. Their prices seemed a bit higher than I expected in comparison to other b&ms in the DSM area. I lit up a cigar just purchased from there and it was a little dry.Pros: Tons of selection. Staff seemed knowledgeable.Cons: Humidor has one path that I dont think more than 3 people can walk around at a time. Higher priced and in order to smoke in their lounge you have to pay $10 a day or pay a monthly fee for membership. Some may consider this a plus, but for someone who doesnt live nearby, i didnt care for it
