I bought several products from here in the last few months, always good experiences but last one. Got the third vape from this store (Monday night) and it wont hold a charge, came back to the store after two days (Wednesday after noon) and the person in charge didnt want to exchange the product. I completely understand the No Returns policy for things like I didnt like the color or I prefer something else but is they sell defective products, they have to exchange them at least.

I just recently discovered this smoke shop (w/the help of my Mother) & I wish that I had found out about it waaay before this!The location is pretty good, about a 9 minute drive from where Im residing.Ive only been here a few times but this is now one my go-to choices for a smoke shop when Im in the area! They have good prices on tobacco pouches & they even beat the price of my Moms favorite rolling papers! (Instead of $1.39+tax, its only $0.99+tax!)This smoke shop has a GREAT selection of products! The store is neat & today & well stocked! I had been hunting for a Nectar Collector everywhere - online, in stores, but couldnt find something I either liked or could afford of course! Of course until I stepped inside of SMOKE ONE! They had 3 Nectar Collectors in stock so I purchased one for only $12.99! & Its a silicone one!I highly recommend this smoke shop if you havent already been here!
