One of the girls needs a lot more training in customer service. The error was mine. I admit. But the way my issue was handled needed a lot more finesse and tact. She lacked both. The products are great.

Not willing to help out. Lady said every Sherwin Williams runs different. They wont let you test stain colors. Stay away from this store! Waste of time waiting in line.

Great advice and a great product!One thing that I noticed that the training that your employee offered myself and your employee was impressive. One employee was unclear of the answer and the other employee used that time to educate both the co-worker and myself without any of us felling less smart. The advice was clear and easy to understand and very helpful to us. Being able to recognize a teaching event is very important and to do it in a manner that leads to learning is something that is very important in great customer service.

Lacked the amount of paint I needed ( 1 quart size). Color codes no longer match the color purchased previously. Specific roller cover no longer available. Gonna be hard to match 3 other walls. 3 staff members debating color codes makes one a bit nervous about which color I actually took home.

Bought paint from this store for years. And before that the store at the intersection of 6th and Euclid Aves. The staff is always gracious and helpful.

Ive had a painting business for 3 years and buy a lot of paint. This is the only store I go to when Im in town. The staff is great and they work their tails off to make sure I dont have to wait a long time for the paint to mix. 5/5 would recommend.Pro tip: on Fridays, the manager brings in Donuts in the morning for contractors.

Sherman-Williams has been a big part of our ongoing he renovation projects. With their freindly help I no longer afraid to use colors throughouty home.

They have most of what you need to paint and the staff is friendly and works quickly to get you your paint. I did purchase a product that was supposed to be on sale but it rung up as the original price. I didnt realize until I got home since I was in a hurry and in the middle of painting.

JONI the store manager recomened the wrong products. Lost almost 400 dollars because of the store manager. I recomend to go to lowes or menard deal with the right bussiness.
