Came in for auxiliary battery replacement. They were both fast and courteous in there service. Theyve definitely won my business.

I had some body damage repaired there a few years back and recently it started to rust. The repair area is the only place on the vehicle with any ruting at all. I brought it out there, showed them the rust and for over 3+ weeks they have continued to not return calls and give me the run around.They do not warranty their work. I would suggest you seek other options for your repair as they clearly are not standing by their work.

Asked for transmission diagnosis for my car then they replaced the filters without my permission. They said filters were dirty. $50 for filter where you can get them $10 for local Auto zone. Replacing parts without customers consent? Very Dishonest shop and dont recommend. Stay away and look elsewhere

Im happy with the service, nice people quick response, not overcharging, however I have to wait little bit longer because they have lots of cars, but thats fine when I compared to other body shops near by. I just cant understand why its so many negative reviews and most of them similar with the Russian names, looks to me very scary like mafia style. Do they have been paid for that. I recommend this place so other people may get good experience with them.

The new management is great! I got into a car accident this past week while I was in college up at Marquette University. Kalin Towing drove up from Chicago to Milwaukee and picked up my car, and Elite Auto had it all fixed and done for me when I came home yesterday for Easter Break. I have accident couple of months ago and I bring it to the shop witches they do buddy work for My car in my car stay at the shop over 6 weeks For small accident which is too much time to fix it they called me when I go pick up the car then I take a look at the car they don’t do pretty good job after when I pick up the car two weeks later I got the front bumper start falling apart and I went back to the shop and I asked them to fix it for me they said you hit it somewhere which is I don’t Even they do inspection on my car they don’t find nor even scratch on the front bumper and they told me somebody hit your Front bumper that’s why I came like that which is I think basically a game And I don’t like this

Great place! It was Friday night 5pm and I needed front brake pads for my Honda and I called about eight places within the area and they all said they couldnt help me even though they were still open and then I called Elite and they said come on in and they stayed late and got it done for me and for a lot less then everybody else. Then they have the cleanest and classiest facility Ive ever seen.

Gregg and Roddick arent your average mechanics. They give an honest diagnosis and various pricing options to fix. Theyve never tried to scam me or claim something needs to be fixed that doesnt. Can some times take a bit to get fixed because they get busy but worth it to get the job done right.

They used to be a great shop. Maybe the best in Chicagoland. Very expensive, but great.Nowadays, theyre just average, all the mechanics change every couple of years. Still very expensive.What I have major problem with, is they became dishonest. Taking advantage on their customers (I was one for unteen years) and playing dirty games. Delaying service, but noone is available to speak to you. Once you manage to reach someone, you will get different answers, depending whom you speak to. Greedy, will always take advantage on your rental: dont take their cars, they old and ruined, no AC or heating, make 12 miles out of gallon!I will now take my business elsewhere.

Just had my rear brakes done today and was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. The price for the service was the lowest that I was able to find after calling several area Lexus dealerships, NTB, a couple Firestones and other independent auto repair/service shops. The owner and employees were friendly and I would definitely take my car back there in the future.

I am visiting elite auto for change oil . After 3 weeks at my speedometer I have 2 mistakes “check engine “ and red color “oil” I bring car to my mechanic .. And after diagnostic he said, “ you need change engine oil !! I have things that this people’s just charge me, but they DONT CHENGE ENGINE OIL..!

Worst mechanics, they charge twice then dealer. Asked to do not touch anything else, but get charged even for their mistakes. On the end was asked to do not come there again. That is how they treat people who give them their cars with thrust.

Very pricey, they cash the insurance check before they saw the car, Didnt wont to return check to insurance, it took weeks before they did, horrible customer service. Do NOT recommend, worst place I ever been

Terrible customer service. I highly recommend you dont stop here. Service was delayed and they didnt say anything instead of keeping customers up to date. I sat around for over four hours instead of two like they said. Also very pricey
