Such a reliable place that is actually willing to help you after a car accident! They ask if you’re in need of a tow or rental car and are quick to take care of business with insurance companies. They keep you updated daily, are very personable and professional. Out of 15 different auto shops we searched for, Gerber was by far the best one we could have went with. Not Gerber it is a garbage! took my car there they estimate the lowest amount of $1200 on paper they printed out for me! after I took my car there to fixed they charge (stolen) my insurance $1500 over estimate amount because I have state farm insurance! and they dont fixed well after 1 month the screw on bumper get out I tooled back to fixed the guy told me you hit the bumper to curb we can not fixed at the time I was on vacation and the car was kept in garage

I found the service here to be excellent. Both Libbie and Brad were very accommodating, patient, and, most importantly, honest in how they handled our insurance claim. They kept us apprised of the status of our vehicle throughout the entire process. Brad also listened to my concerns about the vehicle after the traffic crash and communicated with the insurance company extremely well. I would certainly recommend this place.

After my first car accident I didn’t know what to do. One call to Gerber and they took care of everything. The coordinated the rental to be at their shop when I dropped off the truck. Communicated with my insurance company and kept me in the loop every step of the process. I received updated texts as the repair was taking place and my truck was ready early! The entrance is located on Lee St Manheim Rd which is a one way road. Make sure you enter from that street and not any other or else youll have to turn around and come back from a different route. Gerber is one of the top performers for years now and will also help you arrange a rental car for your use when needed.

I had occasion to bring my vehicle to Gerber following an accident.They submitted the items to be repaired to my insurance.As they started work, they found additional items - including the right headlight assembly.They completed the repairs to the front end in a timely fashion.A month later I realized the left headlight had burned out. They were able to locate a left headlight which matched the right one.They went the extra measure to make sure I was satisfied - very satisfied.

From a professional and expedient point of view, Matt and Libby were the best. Matt broke down the cost and talked me through what the repairs would be since this would be an out-of-pocket task. True to their words, the car was ready 2 days later. I cant complain. And with a lifetime warranty for the parts, I would definitely go back!Thank you so much!

I have unfortunately had to go there three times in the last two years. The great part is they do an amazing job and are always very friendly and professional. Over the years I have been to other repair shops and body shops but Gerber has definitely outperformed the rest.

Have had my truck since Jan. It is mid April now and STILL no truck. They say there is a single part, the grill, that they cannot find. I am co owner with my son, he bought this brand new truck when he got home from deployment to drive from Montana to North Carolina, got t-boned in Indiana, had to fly the rest of the way, This was in Jan. He still has NO truck. They keep giving him excuse after excuse.

Brad saw that my bumper did not need extensive work and was honest with us. He popped it back in place and we did not have to pay for work that was unnecessary. Excellent work ethic! We are return customers and very happy!

Excellent customer service! They were ready for me at my appointment time and even called the rental car service to meet me at the shop. I received updates on the status of my car via text and they also called to update on the details of the repair. When I received my car back it was cleaner than I left it, both on the inside and outside. The red color of my car even seemed brighter!! Cory was excellent throughout the whole process, ask for him.

I picked up my car and found the work to be exemplary. I could not be more satisfied.The team in Des Plaines in Illinois were absolutely fabulous! They were so professional. I am happy with the service, and I will definitely go back to this Gerber collision in future.

Long story short: My car was rear ended while I was at a stop light. Luckily, I was covered for a rental for the duration of the repair, but it was with Hertz (my insurance’s recommended blah, blah, blah). They put me in a Kia Soul with no other options due to a “limited fleet of cars...” Nothing against anyone who owns or likes that car, but it’s not for me. The accident was not my fault and I felt punished for having to drive it. I feel it was a downgrade from my car that’s being repaired. Plain and simple. I couldn’t stand driving it for the 2 days I had it. When I was quoted a time frame for my repair, I was not happy to realize I would be stuck with the Kia for the time being. Cory and Brad immediately took my concern as if it were their own and connected me with Enterprise. Partnering with my insurance, I was immediately change into a car I felt good in and I can say I’m extremely happy with the overall way my particular situation was handled. Kudos to you, Gerber, for having a first class manager and staff at this location. I hope to never need collision repair in the future, but if I ever do, I will ask to come back to this shop just so I can work with Cory and Brad again. I appreciate working with a company that literally took care of me and made sure I was satisfied. Much appreciated.

Fantastic service, everyone was very friendly from the get go and made the dropping off process very easy.They finished the car a few days ahead of schedule, and returned the car in better condition inside and out.Very professional and friendly staff would recommend them to everyone I know in need of glass or body work.

A $2000 repair cost over $5000 to have redone at another shop. The paint color didn’t match, the finish was pitted and bondo was over 1/2 inch thick on the door and the fender Gerber repaired. My truck also has been driven 20 miles and a previously undamaged fender was damaged. If your thinking about having Gerber repair your car think again.

I brought my 2017 Lexus to these folks on a referral and was NOT disappointed!I had several key scratches and a shopping cart ding (thank you person from the Home Depot parking lot!)Cory and Brads team repaired it masterfully.Let me also add here that I havent seen SERVICE like this in quite a long while...from ANY company, anywhere. They either texted, emailed or called me every step of the way telling me where the vehicle was in the process. I received my vehicle back one day ahead of schedule even though they told me it might take another day.I highly recommend GCG DP for your repair.

I was at Gerber Collision and had the worst experience ever. I had a 2:45 appointment time and was not seen until 3:15. I finally met with the State Farm insurance adjuster Ed- (he was wonderful) -- I understand everyone runs late but no one acknowledged me the entire time. Corey was extremely rude and Amanda sat at the front desk eating greasy smelly food. The coffee station was dirty and had crumbs everywhere. I have never been to such and unorganized dirty place. I left so unsatisfied and smelling like greasy take out. I will not visit this location again for any of my vehicles needs.
