My car broke down about a block from them and the Manager actually came to me to help me drive it into the shop bc my power steering stopped working. They were great. They knew exactly what went wrong and were able to fix my car while I waited there and were honest about the issue as well as the price. Not sure what it is about the place but just got a really good feeling about them and I have not been able to find a good honest mechanic in a long time. Ill continue taking my car(s) their until it shuts down or changes owners.

Ive got a troublesome 2008 MINI Clubman that Nick has seen on multiple occasions. Hes always friendly, quick to accurately diagnose and his prices are certainly better than other area shops Ive been too. Top notch shop with a solid crew.

I was in a bind and got new tires and an alignment there. Nick charged prices higher than the bmw dealer for extremely shoddy work. My car left there making noises it didnt have when it arrived and the car was not aligned AT ALLL he refused to address any issues when i notified him of their terrible work. Please do yourself a favor and take your car to your dealer, you will pay way less for far better and professional service.

I went to this place to have my car inspected for someone else as a Pre Purchase Inspection. After meeting Nick, I will now be bringing my all my cars to him to work on. Very honest guy great work and reasonable in price

I have never had such a stress-free experience with car troubles. My brakes had gone mushy on me, so I wanted something close to home. The issue was that I work downtown. But when I called Nick to ask if hed be willing to stay past his 6pm closing time, he said that wasnt an issue.In addition, when I brought the car in, he looked at it immediately, and then invited me back into the shop to see where the brake fluid was leaking from. He showed me the state of all of my brakes, and helped me understand exactly what needed to be done. My car was ready the next day.I would recommend this shop (and Nick himself) to anyone. He really managed to put my mind at ease.

Recommendation retraction:It is with deep regret and sadness that I find it necessary to post a retraction of a previous recommendation. The $3k Fiat 500c pop, that I purchased from you a year ago, now has a defective transmission and oil cooler (trans fluid mixing with coolant), shocks, struts, and oil filter housing at a cost of approx. $1k to repair. In addition, the valve cover gasket that you replaced did not include the leaking tube seal. Now, it will cost me more to redo the original repair.
