The business and the people are very professional and pleasant to work with. The quality of work is first class. Prices are reasonable and try to cover everything so their are no surprises. The only drawback is the place is small so the waiting area if you need to stay and wait for your vehicle is cramped if they are very busy at the time. I would definitely use them again.

I was out of town and needed an oil change. I didnt have much time so I didnt expect to actually door it. However, they got me right in and I was back in the road in about 20 minutes. They men were kind and did a little extra at no cost.

I am new to the area, and noticed this Meineke shop near my new home. I was going to stop in for an oil change, but a flat tire beat me to it. I have never received such good service from an auto repair establishment that I did there. Every employee that I encountered was kind, courteous, RESPECTFUL, and professional. Being a single woman, I am used to being taken advantage of and bullied when trying to get repairs done for my car. Meineke was a breath of fresh air, and I will be taking my car, which is a 2003 Toyota, there for EVERYTHING.

Very nice and honest people! They helped me out with my brakes and rotors after another Meineke in the city took advantage of me. The gentleman took me out to my car, showed me what was going on with the brakes and rotors and explained my options. They were very quick and efficient. I will most definitely be bringing my vehicle back to this location for all services. It was well worth the 45 minute drive for me.

Good service done for my car. I replaced my starter, brake pads and rotor. Usual charges but the service is excellent. They diagnosed my car and fixed it on time. Prompt follow ups and customer service is good. I had few hiccups, but everything went fine.

Never coming here again. I should’ve listened to the comments about them ripping customers off because that’s exactly what they tried to do. When we were going to leave to go somewhere else they offered us a different price, (that was still overpriced) and said they will still provide everything they said they would, but they didn’t. Better off going somewhere else.

Our 1990 GMC pick up lost its master cylinder at noon on a Saturday. The crew there at Meineke said they would try to get it done for us since we were going out of town the next day. They worked on it until 8:30 on Saturday night 3 1/2 hours after they closed to get it done. Great customer service

They were were quick, solved my tire problem and were very reasonably priced.

If I could I would give this guy negative rating. He doesnt know what he is doing. He initially told me to change the wheel bearings because my car had a humming noise. After that the problem persisted and I brought it back and he told me that it was an axle joint problem and he had me replace that part again. I spent about $400 in total. He finally told me the noise may be coming from the transmission and I should take it somewhere else. Very mad!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had,i called and asked if they can fix a flat they said “ yea yea just come in”came with the car at first I thought there was a nail but nothing and it was gonna be $20 then there was air coming out close to the rim, so he said it’s gonna be $40, Fine. I came back with the car and next day Thursday 23rd, the tire is flat again, if you can’t fix it just say something instead stealing peoples money, WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!!!! Bunch of thieves if I could I would of gave 0 starts

If I could use negative Ill do it. I went there for a flat tire that could works with air all day, I was expecting one internal patch but they used this one and did it wrong!! The hole was bigger and I just moved my car it was really flat again. As I signed for no warranty I didnt came back. I went to different places and all them told me that they dont repair after a wrong repair and I need a new tire (it only has 11 months, 9k miles)

Been there for replacing 2 tires, i have a nice Bmw. After they done i brought my car home where i saw that my both new looking rims are badly scratched, and the scratches are deep!!What kind of a mechanic did a job !? Blind? Not experienced!?Should customers bring only junk cars for less than 500 so they will not feel sorry for scratches or damages !!??Avoid this place!!! I actually registered gmail to write a review here in google, so other people wont repeat my mistake.if i decide to buy new rims i will have to pay about 400 for two used in very good condition, but for now i have a nice car with scratched rims....

Worst car shop I ever seen. First time i tried to fix my car they tried to overcharge me, then i went to another shop and got that problem fixed 3 times cheaper. Second time I went there with my brothers car they said that crankshaft is broken and that car is garbage then he was ofering me 75$ for the car to tow it to the junkyard, I took that car to another mechanic and he adjusted timing belt for 300$ and now that car is still driving no problem. I dont recommend that shop for anyone.

Dont do it. There is a kid there who started giving me attitude because I didnt understand what he was saying. Turns out the kid has anger issues. He purposely left the oil cap of my car. Brand new Ford Escape now has oil all over my engine compartment and my driveway. The kid is still employed by this company. Take it somewhere else. Take it to a dealership so you dont have to worry about this sorry excuse for a human.

Ok service, price was too high in my opinion. My car broke down and they were the closest stop other wise I would go see my normal mechanic

Thought to get the air filled on tires, but they didnt care and said will take time, after 15 minutes wait, they filled it and still charged $2; charge us fine but for that wait is unacceptable when I was in hurry, I should have done at gas station instead, this was first and last visit.

Meneicki advertise free oil change for Veterans Day. Unfortunately this one is run by nazis they refused to do it.

If you go over there the going to fix the issue but maybe they broke something else !! they fixed my break and they replace exel for front but they broke ABS. My advise to you dont go to this place

Online says they open at 7:30. It let me make an appointment for 7:30. I get there and theyre closed until 8.

I always do oil change at potter n golf Location but this time they changed my oil pan plug and he is telling me that he didnt do it, I have all the receipts of them but that man was not understanding at all.

Don’t come to this place there’s many options. A lot of hassle. go somewhere else!
