This boost Mobile store is always clean. Rosa is super helpful and always with a smile. Every time you go there, it smells like happiness

As a 2 year Boost customer i began having issues getting calls & texts out. After several trips to the boost store i was told i needed a new phone. Bought one. Same issues. Now they wont unlock my newer phone so i can switch companies because my phone was not 1 year old. ..even though i already wasted money on this new phone; which i do not need i will have to buy yet another phone to get service. I went to corporate store but no resolve. Customer service supervisor said sorry. Cant help you. Avoid boost at all costs. They DO NOT CARE about customers...money hungry

Went here because I was having a weird issue with my phone and I was worried because I hadn’t heard of a problem like it, Lupe helped me so so much and worked tirelessly for multiple hours to fix the phone. Really grateful for the wonderful customer service!

Lupe is a very helpful staff. She speaks english and spanish. She makes sure you find/get what you need/want and if its not possible she recommends you to another boost branch that could help. She deserves a raise!!
