Im 50 years old, dropped a gorgeous phone on a kitchen floor. Everything seemed fine but then it wouldnt take a charge. Took it to three big name stores they were befuddled. Ray fixed it in 5 days and charged me $10 less than his estimate. Saved all of my photographs. This guy is awesome !

I would definitely not recommend this place . I took my iPhone 11 to get LCD replacement and the owner told me he used all original parts and after a week of being replaced the phone started freezing and acting up. I contacted him and he used as an excuse its been a long time already . I then went to apple and they told me the phone was acting up due to using an aftermarket LCD WHEN HE HAD CLEARLY SAID EVERYTHING IS ORIGINAL.

I broke my iphone screen second time and this time I went to this place on my coworkers recommendation instead of going to Apple store. he put foxconn screen and I believe Apple uses same company for their screens. Ofcource its not OEM but same company which Apple uses. My screen looks and like original, very responsive, he even put screen protector without asking him at no charge. Very honest and trustworthy.

Great experience. I recommend ICell to anyone with phone issues. They did a fantastic job on my iphone (broken screen). I have been to other places that have fixed my screen but then they mess up something else. (In my case, battery and camera). With ICell, my first experience was yesterday, not only did the owner not rip me off but he made my iphone brand new basically. No battery issues or any other issues either!

Never ever visit this store. I went there to buy a card and data plan offered by Ultra. Even though the deal was on official Ultra mobile website, the owner said it was fake deal and tried to sell me regular plan which was double the price of deal. Dont go there if youre not sure about your choice, because this guy will make you take wrong and costly decisions. Worst shop around Des Plaines.

My old s6 edge was told having issues with inside board $200 to replace, This guy took 3 days (which i dont like it) but at the end charge me 35 to replace a flex cable .Yes thats it $35 so i guess he knows how to diagnose and fix problem with cheap labour .highly recomended this store on des plaines for electronic gadgets thanks RAY.
