They stole 40 dollars from me here. I will never go here again. The lady stopped the computer count have way through my pump. Do not recommend.

I just called this gas station and the lady who picked up the phone gave great customer service was very nice and caring and wanted to know more about the problem I had and how it can be solved. Ive been in this gas station before and the customer service has been really nice. But calling them makes it even a better experience. Great work by speedway.

I am here daily but as of late they are consistently out of stuff. I just don’t get it. Not to mention the bathrooms are gross and never cleaned. Tome for 7-11

Terrible customer service..

Great Speedway Cafe business. Being located on Touhy Avenue in DesPlaines just east of Interstate 294 allows this station a high visibility to many passing motorists. This station also has a large number of Tesla vehicle charging stations. However, when I was there I did not see one vehicle being charged. Never the less, this is still a great station.

Why even bother putting diesel pumps if youre going to have the entrance on the eastbound side only?

Hugeeee line of people. BAD BAD BAD service. So long story short ; I filled up my vehicle with diesel, the pump wouldnt issue a receipt. I walk inside and I sit at this enormous line of people with only one cash register open. My turn came, I asked for my receipt, Ms Leticia tells me that she doesnt have one........ I tell her that I go to my vehicle to grab my card I paid with, in order to look it up after the card number. She tells me that I might have to do the line again when I return. For couple cents cheaper Gas I got what I got.

Beware: BAD E85 here.if you seek higher ethanol reading or anything closer to 80%. ... 59-62% reading on my tests with high knock readings despite no adjustments to car settings for over 8 months. Just a heads up guys.

The system read my speedy card but wouldnt read my credit card. I hit the help button but no one ever asked over the speaker or came out to helpI moved to a different pump & the same thing. I even had my handi-cap card hanging in the window. I called the phone# on the pump for assistance & was told the card readers were down that I would have to come in! Never offered to come out & assist. Poor customer service at best!

Honestly the bathrooms are some of the worst Ive ever been in anywhere. 0 attempt at keeping them clean. Dirty, toilet paper everywhere, toilet paper cover missing, dont touch anything.

Well theres alot to unpack here. Ill make it quick. The pumps will not acknowledge a speeday credit card making you go into the store after trying different pumps, only to be met with i dont know from the employees. Refuse to authorize pump for fill up, and attitude. Store minimally staffed, lies about updating credit systems the story goes on..Either way, the legacy is over, credit card getting canceled and goodbye to speedway which soon wont even be marathon gas. A sad ending to a decent alternative to big gas station chains. No time wasted on hold with corporate for generic response, theres no use there its 2020 and we all know customer service was a 20th century thing. Save your time and go to shell. Sorry to say.

I Love speedway. Its my favorite gas station. But This particular Speedway has an employee by the name of Martha. Who has the worst customer service skills ever. I understand people have issues outside of work but leave them issues away from work dont bring them to work couldnt get a smile out of her she was just rude and nasty. Im still going to stay loyal Speedway customer but Im just not going to go to this one while this certain employees working

Ok every time I go to speedway and for one I see couple people that walk in the store and i see no face mask on and your store said on the front door that mask is required to be in the store now tell if I wrong

The worst Speedway in the chain. The customer service is non-existent. They do not honor any of the corporate offers. Speedway Rewards, Speedway credit card not even honored. Go anywhere else, but here.

This Speedway usually has the best gas prices in the area so its often pretty busy. The only problem I have here is that it isnt always easy to get back on the road, especially if youre turning left (west) across several lanes of traffic. I always pay at the pump so I cant comment on the convenience store.

Fair gas price for location. Decently cleaned. Soap solution for window cleaning smelled nice and was clean. Clerk was preoccupied on a phone call but not rude.

Apparently this Speedway doesnt accept EFS checks or Express codes as way to pay for fuel. Never heard of that before...I think the employee just didnt want to do it or couldnt do it. Shame on you Speedway. Hire better people!!!

The heavy set cashier Jamara I think was her name was very rude and confrontational! Threatened me. Couldn’t believe it! Never been treated this way by a gas station employee. And the other lady there that claimed to be a manager I believe her name was either Jessica or Jennifer didn’t even care. Almost had to call police! Contacted corporate office to file a complaint! Won’t be back at this location and it’s sad because I love the speedy cafe I’m a regular customer but they need to hire better people to work there!

Decent gas prices, has a convenience store with drinks, snacks, beer, sundries. Restrooms available.Accessible from both directions of Touhy Ave, not easily accessible via the tollway (easily).

Clean they have a fuel island for big trucks and great staff

The worst. Lazy employees. Rewards non-existent. Go to another location.

Finally completely done remodeling the property. Much more room and amenities, a must stop before you jump on the highway.

My Fiancee was charged 2 times on his credit card for gas, the first first transaction took place even after no gas was pumped. When he approached the attendant Jay he proceeded to yell and curse at him. He was refused his receipt and the attendant removed his name tag. This was a horrible experience.

Do not go here for E85! Filled my car up with E85 and then I started having problems. Long story short: had to pump out all the E85 and refilled from Shell on Des Plaines River rd and now my car works like normal. Their fuel also had a terrible rotten smell to it after I took it out. Terrible quality fuel, will never go here again. Save yourself the trouble.

The sandwich lady did a really poor job. She squished the sandwich and handled it like a little kid would. I wasnt expecting this, it was gross.

They were closing Im a construction worker and there were people in their on their last day and they wouldnt even let me go to the restroom

While on google it says the regular gas price is 2.80$, the price at the gas station is 3:10.I actually drove an extra mile for nothing.

Disappointed because lack of treating people equally. They are racist for sure. Going somewhere else for my business next time!
