Stopped in for an icee. It was a mess by the machine and covers were not stocked

I work nearby and stop in a couple of times a week for lotto tickets. There are 2 younger guys there who are very nice and friendly, and speak excellent English, which is not their first language. They always greet me with a warm Hello, how are you doing?. These horrible reviews must be from a while ago. I have been coming here for almost 2 years now and find everyone very pleasant and professional. Maybe there were some previous employees that I never met. If they were the rude people, they are not there now. I go to 3 or 4 different 7-Elevens and these employees are some of the nicest!

Just wanted to share that the PUFF vape products here are Not Genuine, they show up as counterfeit on the official Puff website, also one of the knockoff puff pens was burnt or dried out when I took the first puff, I doubt they would have exchanged me for a new one had I asked. The 3 for $15 deal I should have known was to good to be true as one device is $15 alone, this is your first warning sign, then the serial numbers shows up as counterfeit. not cool.

Do not buy gas here! They ripped me off! I prepaid $20 but only $9.80 went in and they REFUSE to give me back the difference! Everywhere else I can prepay and only what I actually put in the tank be charged to my debit card! But they took it all and dont speak English so they can just say I dont know! and not pay me back! Stealing from the homeless and disabled!!!!

These people refused service to my son, just because he was disabled, and didnt talk well. I thought I was mistaken, so a week later my son went in again, and they did the same thing to him. This is wrong shame on them. I guess they dont believe in compassion for other different than themselfs. He had good green money to pay with, there loss. Go back to school and learn how to treat someone.

How u run a store and have no bags for customers?

Price of 1 item was 2.29 on the shelf when I went to check out guy scanned it and said its 6$ plus !. Its not about the money, but its not right, the cashier was very rude and disrespectful!!!!.
