Just got windows installed, and one window needs re screening, why would they just leave it like that, now Im wondering what the future hold for these windows. My paint in my bedroom has a big piece missing from the window installation, and we are still cleaning up left over glass up, and also I found two big nail pieces on the ground. You all must do better. And I do not like the free advertisement that is left on every window until inspection that looks very tacky.

Terrible customer service. My wife and I needed a garage door and the Feldco salesman came out to discuss our options. We made a selection and paid the deposit. We were told 8-10 weeks. Another guy came out to get measurements around 4 weeks and said we would hear back soon. I followed up with no response and finally got someone around the 11-12 week time. They informed me that they were unable to install the garage door. If I hadnt called what would have happened? I would have liked a response earlier so my wife and I could have found other options. We received our deposit back and will move forward in a different direction.

Started shopping around for windows in March 2021, signed a contract with Feldco early April. Made a down payment all was well.Due to pandemic, we had some issues obtaining the approval from HoA. Even to this point, it was going somewhat well.All were approved but the door due to color it was denied. Picked out the right color, Feldco resubmitted the paperwork for some reason we had not heard back from the HoA for two months.I did the footwork and found out Feldco had been sending the email to the wrong address but for some reason, no one caught it (ever hear of bounce back?) and just kept informing we are still waiting.Feldco then cancelled my contract and two days later HoA approved the door. I called Feldco and requested a new rep as I was not happy with my original one. It was denied so I wrote to the GM and just played phone tags after explaining to him what had happened.I also visited the showroom in Des Plaines as it was on my way to work, had no one who could process my payment... (its called Square, might want to Google it).I was given a phone number and there was obviously a internal communication break down as she wanted to know if I was paying off the rest of my balance. I explained the situation and stated she couldnt help me.Third failure is enough, Im glad they cancelled the contract.

On Aug 20, we decided to seal a deal with Feldco on home windows. Within that same week, we got hard inquiries on our credit. Activated the loan. Measuring tech came out September 1st. Were now approaching two months and we have yet heard back from absolutely anyone. I emailed the rep that came to our home. The gentlemen has a out of the office email, returning 6 days ago. Who will follow up with our call and email? This is not the type of business, i like to host.

**Updating review from 2 stars to 1 star. Feldco replied to this and stated someone would reach out in 24-48 hours and no one did** Feldco’s communication and follow up after sale is terrible. Ordered four exterior doors in April 2021. Was quoted 12 weeks for manufacturing install. No problem. Get a call to setup install in September. Installer comes, does a great job and installs two of the doors. Two doors were cut too short and need to be remanufactured. I was told the Installation Manager would call me the next day. Never heard from him. Texted my sales rep and explained the situation. He gave me a name and number to call. Never heard back. I called the customer service line - no one has any idea what’s going on with my order and they ask to call me back. They never call back. I try emailing customer support and no one responds. I try emailing again - finally someone calls me with an update that they are waiting to hear from the manufacturer… countless hours of my time just to get a response. And now it’s almost two months later and I still haven’t gotten an update on my two remaining doors. When I call to get an update, I get directed to a service mailbox where I leave a message and they never call me back. I can’t recommend Feldco strictly because of their communication and customer service issues. Installer was 4 stars.

Very pleased with my experience with Feldco. From sales call to install everything went very smooth. Salesman was not pushy and genuinely friendly. Installer was professional and really knew what he was doing. Install and windows themselves look great. Installer trimmed outside of casement and looks better than before. Time will tell if windows hold up - but seem like quality product.

We needed a new garage door and opener. Feldco came out and measured and talked at length about the door. Then we had to schedule a SECOND measurement date about a month later. During these two extensive appointments, they came to the conclusion that we didnt need a new opener/center rail. When the guys finally came out to install months later(apparently they dont have any garage doors in stock...why?) they took one look at the center rail which was severely bent and said whoever came out to measure must have been blind. They got on the phone explaining that we need the opener/rail which they didnt have on the truck and assured us we would get a call soon. A couple weeks later (yesterday) I called Feldco and told them wed been ghosted. The man said they had no record of us needing an opener and said someone would call back later that day. No call back. Today I left a voicemail to please call back. Nothing as of yet. Found a different company with better reviews and less than half the price to come out next week. You snooze, you lose.

The only compliment I have is that the installers were GREAT, otherwise I had the WORST service ever:1. Guy came to measure. UponCompletion he ask me for a payment.A. Windows were already paid infull. He didnt belive me. 🤬2. Installer gets to last window Its thewrong sizeA. Although I called several times.No one from this company calledTo apologize and inform me ofwhats to happen next.3. BAIT AND SWITCHA. The window they showed me andtold me I was getting. Is not theQuality window they installed.4. I finally got a new install date for the 1window.A. Took off work and waited all daybut no one ever showed up.B. No one from the company evercalled me.5. There more.....In essence Im totally disappointed in Feldco!👎

The Feldco team is awesome! Sal the sales guy was informative and not pushy, which I appreciated. They kept me posted each step of the process and was able to schedule my windows install one month ahead of time. Although my original install date got rained out, they came the very next day when it was still raining to install. I was pleasantly surprised!I’m very happy with my new windows, which has cut down on noise and also A/C bill. Thank you, Feldco!

We purchased windows for our home in 3 different purchases through Feldco. The first set was 8 windows, the next time was 4 windows and the last set was sliding glass doors. Recently, the gas in between the panes of one of our windows has exploded or leaked. In addition, some of our stops/locks have cracked. I called Feldco to have someone come look at the problems. The rep that answered the phone quoted almost $600 to fix. I questioned the fact that the glass issue is not something we could have done and why would it cost almost $600 to repair the issues. I said Id call her back after I spoke to my husband. In the meantime, another rep called and wanted to discuss the issues. I explained again. She claimed a different amount for charges stating the first rep didnt know what she was talking about. Since I was on my way out, she said she would call me back to schedule. That was September 26. To date, I still do not have a call back to schedule. I have messaged Feldco through facebook who keeps apologizing and stating its been escalated to the corporate level and someone would call me. Twice I have gotten calls from people to schedule a time to come measure us for new windows. Why would I buy new windows when they cant even repair/replace the broken ones. I even referred friends to Feldco for windows because we liked the windows when they were installed. Now that there are issues, Feldco sure doesnt want to deal with that. NEVER AGAIN will I refer anyone to them. Customer service is awful. Im sure Ill get a call from the appropriate person apologizing but still not doing anything about it. Dont keep apologizing. Figure out the problem and fix it. Saying Im sorry does nothing to fix the issue. . . very patronizing and scripted.

The customer service aspect of FELDCO needs work. I called in roughly a month ago, left a message with the service department (as directed) and waited for a return call to discuss the issue and schedule an appointment. No one called back.Two weeks later I called in, got directed to someone not in the service department, who stated they sent an email describing the issue and that someone would be in touch to schedule an appointment. Once again, no one called back.So, two weeks after that I called in, was able to speak to someone in the actual service department who was looking at scheduling a date... in another two weeks. I told her that wasnt good enough, as I had started trying to schedule this a month ago and never heard from anyone.She started looking for an earlier date, and instead of leaving me on hold, she would work with the local technicians to see if something earlier could be done and she would give me a call back. I never received a call back.Now, this morning, I get a call from a technician who is on his way to my house to fix the screens and caulking around my patio doors, but I am not home because no one ever called me back to confirm an appointment today or to check if I was even available.I do not feel that, first, I should have to call three times to get ahold of someone to try and schedule, and that I will have to call in for a fourth time to get this resolved. Not good customer service at all!

I ordered windows in April. When they came to deliver the windows they forgot to order a bathroom window. They came back in July and had the incorrect size and 2 broken windows - which is allegedly common, but of course no one tells you that when you’re ordering them. We are now going into September and I still do not have a window. My husband has had to call them 3 times to finally get a date for this window to allegedly get installed. I cannot add my window treatments because these windows still need to be inspected by the town. What did I get for this hassle ? NOTHING!!! I spent 4K on kitchen appliances and at least received 250 off. My recommendation: use Windows Direct, I know several people who have great experiences with them. This company only cares about getting your money and then they don’t even bother with you.

Would have given ZERO stars had that been an option. Having lived my entire life in the Chicagoland area, Feldco has always been a well-known, respected company as they have been in business 60+ years. Unfortunately, they no longer live up to the standards that made them a reputable company. You do not receive a standard quote for anything - just shown a total amount with half due the day the sales rep shows up. Contrary to what the sales representative will tell you, the contract you receive has nothing in it concerning consumer protection, guarantee of work or warranty of anything (including products and work done). Everything you sign is only to protect them. The sales representative will sell you everything with a lifetime warranty on every product with all their work guaranteed making the high cost seem like you get what you pay for. Upon requesting that actual warranty in writing, you get avoided until after the right to cancel period has expired. Cancelling (even within their 3 day period) becomes a nightmare in itself. Just receiving a refund of the initial deposit of thousands of dollars has now gone on for 3 weeks!! Just like the responses given to these reviews, they give scripted excuses. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. The completely false claims the sales representatives make of being rated 5 stars with the BBB and on Yelp should make anyone run - fast! A quick Google search with the BBB and Yelp concerning this company will make you reconsider any work by them. This company no longer stands by anything they sell and holds your deposit money hostage. Very sad to see a previously great company built on standards get to this point :(

Signed a contract in March 2021 to put siding on my house with a $6500 down payment. It is 9/20/21 and Im still waiting for some kind of update letting me know anything about an installation date. Called my sales rep and he informed me he no longer works there and cant do anything for me. When I am able to get someone to speak to they just give me a stock answer about getting a call back which never happens. Going on 7 months waiting for my siding or some kind of communication from Feldco. HORRIBLE customer service

Excellent experience, professional people. The whole things was smooth and easy. The sales rep explained everything, the installers were awesome. Crew of two men, in and out! They cleaned up their mess completely and were super nice. I have to say that this is a big investment and can be scary, I didn’t feel overwhelmed because they handled everything so well. Best prices by far, we shopped around and Feldco’s deals make it worthwhile. Also super happy with the final project. Have 9 windows to go and will certainly use them again.

I have three brands of windows in my home (two other big brands from Home Depot and then Feldco) and Feldco is far and away the highest quality. Not even a question. I think they are the best windows on the market. I demo them for my house guests. Feldco worked with me through two major remodels. They are incredibly knowledgeable and will make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. Have been a great investment and have already added a ton of value to my home. Would recommend to anyone.

From sales visit to measurements to install, Feldco was a top-notch experience. Chris did a magnificent installation job and left my house and exterior in the same shape as before I dismantled everything. I would highly recommend Feldco.PS the windows are amazing! This was our first foray into replacing windows for a house so we thought wed give them a call for an estimate. Everything was fine until it came time to talk pricing. For 3 regular windows, 3 picture windows and a patio door plus a double window on the second floor they were charging $23K. I had the salesman redo the quote for just the ones we needed - which was 4 - and the price came down to about $5K but with the caveat that the patio door would take upwards of 6 months to deliver as it was a custom size. First off, remember that they will not print you a copy of the price nor will they haggle with you. The worst part of it was the sales pressure when I told him that I wanted to think about it. He told me I had 30 minutes to decide not to mention questioned whether I could afford it. And to add insult to injury tried to guess what i was thinking and feeling which only made my blood boil. I know times are hard but whatever happened to good old fashioned customer service and respect? Ill be thinking twice before calling them again.

When I decided to replace my windows,I went with Feldco,because of the lifetime warranty,but when my widows started to fog in they said that I have to pay for home visit for measurements. These pictures were taken today 06/21/2020 of the widows installed about two years ago! I wonder if they would charge me again if I call them for this!!!! Based on my experience with Feldco,I would consider another company for my projects! Based on Feldco policy,I only have a 20 years partial warranty,and I have to pay a service fee every time they have to replace the window! Only if I knew all these before I made my original deal with them. There are many window companies out there to choose from! Sometimes it is better to pay more for what we want!

We are very happy with the installation of a new bay window by Feldco in April of 2020. The initial meeting was handled professionally and all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. The subsequent installation of the windows were completed in half a day and the installers kept the area clean and put up plastic sheeting to keep themselves and the dust out of our home. We are very pleased with the end product and have received several compliments from friends and neighbors.

On May. 27 Feldco installed 4 windows, the installer was stopped at the point of trim due to the wrong color, he contacted the office and left...Feldco never reached out. Approximately two weeks later, Green Sky( finance company) contacted us to see if the job was completed. We said no and no one ever contacted us. I finally reached out to them and received a call from Richard who was basically passing the buck due to the salesman no longer being with the company, terrible excuse. Finally on June. 15 we were scheduled for the correct trim to be installed only to find that Charlie was here for a second measurement...what? At this point you have to laugh. Charlie immediately tried to rectify the situation and with no luck contacted who he was advised to. Charlie then completely took matters in his own hands and offered to come back the next day after his shift to complete the job,In fact Charlie showed up and did just that. Charlie did an outstanding job (Charlie gets 5+ stars)! After having Feldo replace all of our windows in Illinois years ago, and replace, 4 windows in November 2020 we did not expect this type of service. I do not know what has happened? Management? Not a very good way to keep your name in good standings. Unless Charlie was involved 100% we would not use Feldco again. Again, thank you Charlie for a job well done all around!!!

Unprofessional customer service. Wanted to know all legal owners just to arrange a quote; a husband was not enough. When I refused, as I am not buying a mortgage, they hung up on me. very strange call

Fedco did a great job on my complete window replacement for my house. 16 windows total and the did the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. One of the windows was broken but they quickly replaced it. All for a great price! Highly recommended them!

Worst deal around they claim you have a lifetime warranty on the products and 6 months after install had to come out and adjust which is understandable but also had to fix handles on storm door because they were ready to fall off now 10 months later having same issue nothing different from first time now they want me to pay a $80 service fee tried knocking it down $50 but this is obviously a reoccurring issue don’t think I should have to pay for a service call if this is going to keep happening every few months. Just lost me as a customer will seek someone else for the remaining 20 or so windows I will need in the future thought I was going with the best but I guess not....

Good prices. The employee that came and did a consultation was informative and friendly. I feel as if I need to say however the history of Feldco is not something that I need to know when purchasing windows. I also do not want to be asked if Feldco is a company that I can trust to do the work needed on my home. I’ve brought you into my home already, that should be good enough. I’ll keep Feldco in mine for future projects as the representative who came out was a pleasure to work with, I just wish you guys would drop the theatrics and the word tracks you guys make these representatives use when trying to make a sale. It doesn’t work in 2020.

They installed a new roof on my home and garage and I am very pleased with their work. The price was very fair. The roofers worked very hard and I was quite impressed with how neat they were in handling the waste and debris from the old roof. Very efficient. I am very pleased with the results. Several neighbors commented on how efficient and neat they were during the entire process.

Quality and customer service are seriously lacking here. No one at any level returns calls or provides assistance. They are just hoping the problems with my new garage door will go away. I am really sorry we chose Feldco.Follow up to your response that someone will contact me: have heard that before and i actually laughed out loud.

I contacted Feldco for an estimate for a replacement exterior door and sliding patio door. They scheduled the appointment, then canceled the next day. The person on the phone was rude about it. The first excuse was that my property in on the 4th floor (it isnt). After they found out is on the 3rd, they came up with a new excuse. It seemed they werent interested in such a small project.

I had 4 windows installed about 5 weeks ago. Everything up to then had been fantastic from the sales guy to the installer. 2 of our screens were ripped at the time of installation and we were told they would fix them and the would come and put them back within a couple weeks. I have now called every week to see any sort of progress but all I get told is a manager will call me back. Guess what....I have never received a call back from anyone and I have no idea when or if we are getting our screens back. I never write reviews but since I can’t get anybody’s attention I am forced to. We spent $3000 for everything we ordered and have yet to get the whole product. We have 6-8 more windows we need and this has made me think twice about doing business with feldco again.2 days after the review and still no help from Feldco. We paid a lot of money for new windows so we can open them, more than a month after installation and we still can’t open our windows… this is pathetic service!!!!

We had 2 large patio doors replaced and couldn’t be happy. Our sales rep Tony Pasko helped us make the best selections for our needs. He also followed up after the project was completed to make sure we were happy. We will definitely contact Feldco for all of our window needs!!!

So far so good!! We got all new windows and we were well warned about the wait time.... also had a land hurricane happen which messed with a lot of scheduling and Feldco came through in good time! I have called about a screen issue and they came out right away to take a look. Everyone I have talked to from the Cedar Rapids office has been very helpful! The installation guys were great as well!

Very easy and fast process to get 6 new windows. The installer was amazing, just 1 guy for 6 windows in less than 3 hours. Definitely highly recommend.

Our sales rep Tony was fantastic! He was able to answer all of questions and provide us with a fun quote the next day. After the installation of four windows and a sliding glass door our dog ran through the screen of the sliding door. Tony personally came out and made the necessary repair himself. Cant say enough about his customer service!

I had my windows installed the beginning of August 2021. One of them showed up broken and one was missing the grid. They said it will be replace in a couple of weeks it is more late October and still no replacement. Trying to get a hold of anyone at feldco is a joke!

We had our windows done. The installation is horrible. Our bedroom now is colder in the winter and hotter in the summer ever since we put them.

I love my new windows. There are no more drafts coming in and they look great. The sales rep was very professional. The installers were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how to properly take care of windows . I will definitely be using Feldco again.

I got three estimates on Windows. They were the best price and a good window. Ive had them for a year and a half now I am not disappointed and I save money.$$$

Merely satisfactory. Pricey for what you get, even with a sale. The salesman made empty promises- we asked to make sure our window a/c unit would fit the new windows, he measured the unit and said yes- after install, it does not fit. We also only asked for a quote but he pushed us into purchasing to get an actual price. The install calking work is sloppy and rushed and the outside vinyl framing is weak- our screen door handle dented it right away. Theres no storm window, only a screen.

Dear Home Improvement Diary,We bought our home in 2017 and always talked about all the major home projects that the house needed. Well, we are finally doing a big one this April 2021 which involves replacing 11 windows including a large picture window in front of the house. We had the pleasure of meeting Gary Kos who guided us through the process, answered our questions and gave us a great price with financing options. Our window frames will be unique because they will be black on the exterior and white on the interior. We are beyond excited for new windows (who would of thought 🤷🏻‍♀️) as they will add great value and better design to the home. We are also looking forward to a warmer house during blustery cold winters since so much cold air seeps through the old and original windows . We live in the Midwest so this is especially important. Did I mention we are excited for new windows!? 😃The end 😉

2020 Update: 1 Year Later. Still havent fixed the ussues I am having. They came out to do a partial job (replaced the wood trim) and it was the same horrible workmanship. No pride in quality of work whatsoever. Would prefer a partial refund so I can pay someone else to fix their mistakes. Please see pictures I have added for reference.2019: Horrible. I see a lot of positive reviews but unfortunately, I had a horrible experience. I had purchased two new doors and the installation was poorly executed. I had to call numerous times to have them come back because the door was crooked, it didnt close properly, the door hinges rusted, doors werent sealed and cold air was coming in. I got patch jobs for some of the issues and spent a lot of time calling to have them fix the others. The existing trim inside the house was removed and reinstalled like a diy-er with nail gun marks and chipped paint everywhere. Its an eye sore and Im very dissapointed. Time and money wasted. Please see pictures.

We ordered both a new window an a new front door. It took awhile to get them due to Covid. The installation went well when we finally got them. The installers we very professional. The front door is beautiful. I wish I had known the color I picked (Black) was going to be so hot when the weather got warmer. The salesman did not mention that we should take that into consideration when picking a color. We will need to be careful when the grandkids are over on warmer days.

I had my garage service door installed today. I had an appointment scheduled for 8-10am. Wow, the installer was here at 7:45am.Met with him and he explained what he was going to do. 1 hour and 45 minutes later, he was driving down the road. The product and workmanship are excellent. Nothing for me to do, just admire my new door. I plan to have Feldco back, I need a new garage door. I will recommend Feldco to everyone I know.

Professional installation - the process was quick and painless. The guys who installed verified that I understood the process and cleaned up after. The windows look wonderful and the draft is gone!

We had all the old drafty windows replaced in our bungalow in November. We ordered our windows from Feldco that matched the original bungalow windows. Feldco installers were very professional and the house looks great. We are very pleased with the new windows and notice the difference already. The house is warmer with no drafts.

The installers were on time and very professional. He said he had been doing this work for 40 years, so I knew he was experienced.When he was done, the window spaces looked bigger and were beautiful with the cherry wood look, which we chose.It was expensive, but well worth the money. The windows and doors were of good quality and were installed promptly. The price for the windows and door was above market rate, i discovered. One window arrived broken and required a replacement panel which took approximately 4 weeks to arrive. The door was also installed with a minor scratch/defect. However, the service team was nice and responsive to our request to repair a leaky window after the installation. In sum, we are satisfied with the final quality of the windows and door, but had several issues related to the installation.

Great all around experience. Steve our sales men was very professional and followed Covid precautions. Received great follow up when checking on status of windows after placing order.Very reasonable price and windows were installed in 1 day. Installers did a great job and they kept the area very clean and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Will definitely use again!

WORST COMPANY you would ever encounter in your life.Their company name listed on their website and IL dept of business services is wrong, they are trying to hide themselves for a reason.We paid them $14K to change bunch of windows, and they have been breaking one after another, starting 3rd week of installation, as if they are paper windows. VERY poor quality. They are nice till they get paid, after that you talk to their lawyer.

Signed up for 3 windows in October and have been waiting for them to be installed. Now we are going on over 3 months to get them installed. My install date was 1/20/2021 and was waiting as I need these replaced to get my two rooms done. Now I received a call my installer has a sinus infection and cant be here till the 1/27. Really a big company like Feldco cant find another installer. Please be aware of a big company like this that charges you a good amount and feel they can do what ever they want. Contacted me and they came back and fixed the window. Itlooks good now. Thanks.

Very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson . The window installation was very professional and quick. Replaced 22 windows in 1 day. (Correctly) I would use them again.

Window technician was prompt, professional and left the jobsite spotless. The new windows are air tight and our lower heat bills reflect that. The cost was very reasonable.

I am in need of building work but after checking BBB profile and talking to former employee I decided not only to look elsewhere but to post this review. Why would I give business to company that has F rating at BBB(better business burea) and treats its own employees unfair. My real estate broker and construction contractor both rolled their eyes when heard Feldco name and told me its shady and expensive company. After one phone call with Feldco call center I was reassured all those things are true!

I had Feldco replace all the windows in my house. It was immediately warmer and I didnt have the annoying drafts in every room. Plus I got a letter from ComEd stating I use less energy than my neighbors. I also got a new Feldco garage door and it made the front of my house look so much better than the old, dented, standard one I had before. Thanks, Feldco!!

The owner responds to all poor reviews with a pre-written statement…we will pass your comments on to our management team. Then what? Negative responses are basically acknowledged without resolutions. Poor customer service.

Feldco completed their second project with us, this past fall. Because of their excellent windows, were now able to enjoy our west-facing sunroom all winter long, rather than closing it as in past years. My Feldco windows have been an investment that has increased the value of my home as well as elevating the exterior appearance of my house. The windows have also improved my indoor comfort regardless of outside weather conditions.

My wife and I purchased two windows from Feldco about ten years ago. The windows werent cheap - probably the most expensive bid we got. But Feldco was the most responsive and had the best customer service. The windows were tailor-made to our house and have held up well. A few years later, we needed to upgrade the rest of the windows in the house. Again, they werent cheap but we had Feldco put them in and they did a great job and those have held up well. A few years later, when we were having a deck built, we had the contractor put in a sliding door. While it worked out okay, it wasnt completed to the same standards that Feldco had. He didnt finish the trim around the door and the caulking work was pretty shoddy. I think its worth paying a little more and getting it done right.

After we did the windows at our house we came back to Feldco for a storm door. Amazing how the draft disappeared. When we are ready for our next project and a new roof we will be calling Feldco for sure.

We have been very happy with the doors and windows from Feldco.However we recently had a window develop a crack in August. We called and set up a service call. Beyond 2 years there is a $99 fee for the call. I was offered a discount of $20 if I paid in advance. The technician came out 9/15/2020.We were told the window would be replaced in two to three weeks.Its now November and the window has still not been replaced.We have partially frosted windows. Those are no longer available. The window will be replaced with clear glass. The window also has an internal grid. We have been told that their new supplier may not be able to match that grid.The window that is cracked is in the middle of a three window set and will not match the originals.We have also had to call to get updates and have had trouble getting call backs from them.We are expecting a new service call tommorow. I have called three times in the last week trying to get confirmation, left messages and have not received a call back.We were very happy with the original sale and installation but service on the lifetime guarantee is turning into a nightmare.***************************************Update: 11/21/2020A technician showed up for the second visit and were told again that it would be 2-3 weeksI also responded to the email from the owner below with the info requested. So far, Ive had no reply.******************************************

Great experience. Easy to order exactly what we needed and the doors are beautiful. We put our home for sale just after changing the front door and got many positive compliments. The salesman was so involved in the entire process and checked with us regularly to be sure all was going smoothly. I am looking to change some things in our new home. Feldco will be the first company I call.

I placed and paid for my order. I waited the 9 weeks. Not a word. I called them to see when they would install. they said I had not provided needed paperwork. I had. I proved it. They said my windows had never been ordered & it would de another 12 weeks. They never apologized or took ownership of the mistake. each person blamed someone else. I canceled order - got a refund and went to a different company and got the SAME windows for half the cost

I chose Feldco for numerous upgrades to my house because of their reputation, quality and price. Im glad I used them for my siding, windows, & doors. I highly recommend them.

From the very first contact, only the highest level of professionalism was maintained. When we decided, our sales person came back late in the evening just to make sure our order was wtitten with everything we discussed. We were notified a week before installation. The day before installation we were notified of the early arrival of the installers.Once on-site the large picture window and two side windows were all installed before 11:00 AM. The crew was very professional, helpful and very aware of cleaning up when they were finished. Due to shavings in a flower bed they vacuumed it.Five stars all the way, right from the start!

I cant tell you how pleased i am with my new windows and doors!! i can already see a difference as far as heat use and i look forward to next summer to see how well it works with the AC. everyone we have dealt with has been very nice and professional. the windows were an all day job and i sense that your guys understood that it was very stressful for me to have my house in such disarray. when they were finished, they cleaned up and everything was fine. i love my new door!! it is just beautiful!!

Our experience with Feldco was excellant. The workers showed up at the scheduled time and worked hard throughout the day and completed the installation of eleven windows in one day. The installers cleaned up the area completely when they were finished. The windows themselves have been great and have helped us save on energy costs. Blew 3 of 3 jobs with my family at 2 homes. hack siding job at 1 site, installed two storm doors, both with manufacture defects. 7 months later not resolved and blew off my last november appointment that took a month to get from being informed replacement parts were in. essentially, once they get your money, their is no insensitive to back up their warranties or no concern of expediting it either. you’re back burner material that should just go away to them.

Overall good experience. Small hiccup with the manufacturer due to Covid delays, but the service was excellent and the process was easy. Everything was explained thoroughly and I actually LEARNED a lot about windows in the process. Ordering was easy, communication was excellent, service members were very friendly, product looks fabulous, and overall I would recommend Feldco to a friend.

I could not be more pleased. Feldco did everything they said they would do! The windows are fabulous! The installer was fantastic! No mess, no fuss, put in a large multiple window bay and when he was finished, beautiful new windows and left my home spotless.

After a decent experience getting a garage door years ago from feldco, now this company will not leave me alone. They want to sell us more - unsolicited. The sales reps call me at least once or twice a month and email me constantly. I block their phone numbers and they use new ones. Ive asked to be removed from their list and they do not respect that. So I give them one star.

We ordered replacement windows and sliding back door for our home . When we placed the order, we were told it would be 5-8 weeks for delivery. It was approx. 4 weeks before Feldco came back to remeasure the windows. All of the windows in the home were to be replaced Now 1 month into waiting for them to remeasure, Feldco realizes that the salesman forgot to include 1 window. We had to pay an additional $850 to then complete the original order. Once we agreed to the extra $s being charged, we were told that the sliding doors that were ordered would be additional 4-8 weeks for delivery. The order was placed Sept 19th and expected delivery date now EARLY FEBRUARY! Every phone call has had a different response. Working with the company to try and resolve this matter in a more timely manner.

I purchased a home a couple years back, and many of the windows had seal failure. After months of high energy bills, my wife and I decided to explore purchasing new windows. We selected Feldco due to some positive feedback ion the company received from friends/family, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The technician that met with us walked my wife and I through our contract and what to expect on the day of install. His feedback was incredibly helpful, as it made us realize that we would have to take certain steps the day before install to ensure everything ran smoothly (move furniture, cover fixtures in the kitchen, etc). He also gave us a great overview of lead safe renovation, which we we learned was important based on the year our home was built. We have an 18 month old at home, so we were glad that the installers would be taking the necessary precautions to keep him safe. We had four gentlemen complete our install a few weeks after the technician came to our home. They showed up on-time, 8am sharp, and began the install process. They worked consistently throughout the day, only stopping for about 30 minutes when a thunderstorm came through. At around 5pm, they wrapped and began cleaning up. I didnt expect the huge mess from the install, but really appreciated the guys spending the extra time to clean up the entire yard before they left. I did a walk around the next morning and found very little evidence of an install taking place (other than the beautiful new windows, of course). We had 18 total windows installed. Unfortunately, one of the sashes on the sliding window had a crack in it, but I was both surprised and impressed when I received a voicemail and an email from the Feldco team the next day to inform me that they had ordered a replacement and were ready to schedule a service appointment. A few weeks later, the new sash came in, and Feldco came out to complete the service, which took no more than 15 minutes. I was incredibly impressed with the frequent communication and professionalism from the Feldco team. I may purchase a new roof next year as mine is over 15 years old and is starting to wear out.. I will definitely consider Feldco for the roofing project given my past experience with the window install.

I have a very strict budget and do not want to spend an hour in a sales presentation to find out that theyre going to be over my budget. I couldnt even get a base price over the phone, literally nothing. Dont recommend them for garage doors unless you have unlimited money and time.

The Feldco installers were on time and immediately began removing the old windows. The two installers worked without bumping any walls or furniture. They were very careful and neat considering what they were doing.Im pleased with the results and after two years the windows still receive compliments. And, I purchased them during a buy one get one free promotion. I recommend Feldco to anyone looking to replace their windows.

We are not happy with this company right now. We had six windows and a door installed about 2 months ago. The windows were installed perfectly, however, the door was installed incorrectly. The casing for the door was crooked and there was damage to the window pane. We called Feldco and haggle with them for a month before an inspector was sent out who confirmed the shoddy work. The inspector never sent in the pictures or the paperwork. We were told not to pay until the doors were fixed to our satisfaction, guess what, our credit was threated by the finance company so we started payment for a door that is still messed up. They then stopped answering our calls after promises to contact us.Long story short, we paid 8K for work that was poorly installed and they refuse to do anything about it other than give us the run around and be rude.

I had my two car garage doors replaced along with the interior garage door to my house. Feldco was able to schedule both installs the same day which was great! The work was done professionally and I am super happy with the end result! The doors are high quality and my sales person really did a good job explaining my options and choices. Would definitely recommend to others !

Our windows were not installed properly. We live in the Chicago area, and it gets very cold in the winter. In the fall of 2018 we bought several double-hung windows and one large picture window from Feldco. a) Most of the double-hung window get frost near the top of the lower portion, and b) at least one window has daylight showing through. c) Several of the windows have to be locked or air will come through the middle portion. The tops of a couple of the windows slide down when the bottom section is opened, and you have to actually lock the window to get it to close properly. d) The picture window is very flexible and visibly bends when my toddler leans against it.When we called Feldco to come out and fix the problems, they sent someone who insisted that a) the frost was because the humidity was set too high on our furnace. No, that would cause liquid condensation. Frost is because the condensation is freezing, which shouldnt happen with good windows. b) It was cloudy on the day he came out, so he couldnt see the sun shining through the edge of the window and refused to believe it was happening. c) He said thats just now the windows are, and you have to lock them to close them. I have had double-hung windows all of my adult life and have never had windows that couldnt close unless locked until I bought Feldco windows. I tried calling back, but got nowhere with them. I would not buy windows from Feldco.

This companys computer system has been hacked for the last 7 days they have been unable to access it all of the financial information from any customer to ever use this company has been compromised period instead of alerting their customers to what is going on theyre trying to hide the fact that they wanted to cheap out when it came to encrypting their security so unfortunately if youve used this company your financial information is now being obtained by God knows who . What kind of company doesnt protect their customers financial information credit cards birth dates if you finance your social security numbers in there...jus FYI to those to think about before they hand over their financial information to anybody.. Im wondering why the company wont respond to this they wont deny or acknowledge that this is going on you need to cancel your credit cards.. this has been reported to Fox 32 Chicago for an investigation I think the company needs to either tell people whats going on or shut their doors for good.. NOT FALSE U ARE LIARS AND CHEATSS
