This place parked is fine but they are loading very slow and first come first serve am there reach 1pm and leave 6.45pm they loading just two truck ahead of me

The yard gentleman was very pleasant individual I wouldnt mind going there again

Bad experience every time I come back here, not anymore. Drivers and Dispatchers avoid this place, waist of time even the broker give you $$$$$

I had appointment at 9pm, when I came, they said “your load is not ready, come back at 1am at night,” ok no problem, I responded . They knocked in my door at 1 am, ok, and the fun began . For no freaking reason, they said I have to sweep super clean trailer, then I must seat, like an idiot, inside and wear safety vest ( inside the building). Shut the truck off ( outside temperature was 2F ) . And people don’t realize, that after I have to spend a half of day to warm up the freaking engine . By the way, their company’s truck was seating and idling on parking lot with no problem, since I got there at 8.45 pm . That’s discrimination. This super duper company had no restroom. No decent chairs to seat on. And why I have to seat inside at 2 .....ucking o’clock at night. When normal people sleeping. Overall nightmarish company, with no real world regulations . 1 star guys!!!

Dont accept this load! You will waist half your day or more - if you do- they need to pay more... very slow...big lines of trucks ...1.5 hours to get dock... 2+ hours loading (you have to turn off your truck and wait inside the waiting room)... staff is rude... no restrooms...

About 2 h to get loaded. Trailer must be swept. Drop trl or wait inside while loading. Must have vest and 2 straps.

Checked in @1:30pm checked out @ 8:50pmWorst shipper, FCFS facility, no detention. Shipper refused to put In and out times on the Bill.

Its great now that they removed that land and opened up the parking lot. No more back-n-forth to the street for their adjacent lot. Much easier in getting loads.Great staff in S&R office and the yard workers will always go above and beyond to keep it running smoothly outside (even assisting with trailer pulls). Overall...great attitudes show the professionalism that drivers look forward coming to this location and dealing with!!

Very good place to go. Very friendly shipping staff and yard guy is super friendly. Just follow rules and you will be fine. No ovn pk.

Slow slow slow after 2 hours waiting I cancel this load and booked different one nearby and was loaded in 35 minutes.

This place is suck for CDL drivers. They dont let u sit in your truck while they are loading u.they want u to sweep the trailer. U need to ask more money for this place for their inhumane treatment.i would give one star if had other option.

It’s really horrible facility!!! I waited for a dock 2 hours! And slowly, very slowly guys loaded trailer in 2 hours. Just 20 pallets and 4 hours?!!
