Went into the store to do an upgrade, waited for about 10 minutes. All of the associates had a customer.Once the associates ended there transactions with other customers, all sudden they disappeared to the back and left about 2 associates sitting doing nothing. The Manager I guess told one them to take me as there next customer and his reply was he has had a customer for the last whatever minutes he said. So I just got up and walked out. Bad customer service! Will never return to this store.

I want come back to this store. In Desoto they dont take customer service seriously we had to wait over 30 to a hour just for a simple fix. I left and went to another at&t store in Mansfield I had better service and I also stay around in that area also.
Wow, the customer service reps Mr Lynnell and Ms Jordan we’re so helpful and courteous to my needs of what I was trying to accomplish in the store upon my arrival. To my amazement the upgraded my iPhone to a 12 Pro Max and gotten me a reimbursement for my none damaged IPhone Se 2nd generation model ..I was assisted by a wonderful friend of mine, and they resolved her billing questions and perks, and gotten her savings and upgrades on her internet service and saved her a whooping 94 dollars a month !!!!!

After 6 days of trying to connect residential service, I was directed to the physical store (yea...unbelievable)! HOWEVER, I am sssooo happy they did! AARON COOK did a phenomenal job of assisting me with resolving the issue!Despite walking in the store @ 7:30p, & him technically being off, he greeted me with a smile and proceeded to joyfully address my very challenging issue. 1 hr & 15 mins later, we’ll after their closing time of 8p, I walked out with the service that had eluded me, cheaper monthly bills and a smile on my face. AND, he offered to assist in completing the install on his off days, if necessary! Hopefully, that won’t be needed - but, so appreciate the offer!It’s rare to find this kind of service in these times. The best service I’ve ever had at this location (or, any other). I switched to At&t with a Representative at Sams Club and I had no guidance after so I came up to this location and they fixed all my problems. The staff is friendly and Marlon specifically was very helpful.

I was very disappointed that when I went to the Att store to do a upgrade the rep didn’t know what he was doing. I spent 4 hours at the store going back and forth. I was finally told to call and ask for The office of President and they never called me. I feel I should at least get my activation fees waived for all the hell I went through and for my time being wasted.I decided to go to a different store the next day and I was there for 30 minutes I did 2 upgrades with no issue. Had I not been with Att for so long I would have switched providers crazy.

Wait wasn’t long.. I was greeted upon arrival and John was very helpful with helping me upgrade my phone. Process went very smooth and quick.
Do not bother looking for something in this store. I had checked online for a product. They said this store had 6 in stock. When i got in every single employee was on the phone. The security was watching football on tv. There wasnt one customer in the store. Then i asked for the product to an employee. He loomed in 1 drawer and found a couple. I asked to see if he could look in another drawer cause i find it hard to believe att has all their product in this one drawer. I asked if he could look at the drawer right next to it and he told me no. Incredible. I dont recommend this place.

So prepare yourself for this interesting story that I am going through right now. So November 30th My spouse and I decided to get internet service with At&T and a sales rep for the wireless dept. contacted us. She asked if we were with them as a phone provider, we said no, and so she said she could get us a great deal. (Now we had to downsize our bills and penny pinch as much as we could due to loosing our jobs because of COVID) We were customers with T mobile for 4 years and never even thought about switching until that moment the sales rep. walked into our home. Long story short the phones weren’t unlocked for a new SIM but our numbers and iPads were switched over to At&T and our phones were not. So for 3 weeks we went without service (we had no “extra phones” and did not want to sell our phones since they were paid off.) We got hit with a bill for almost $400 from At&T but we haven’t used any service. We called and got that disputed and told the At&T customer service that we wanted to end services. We ended up going back to Tmobile under my name this time and found out my spouse got stuck with collections because we were still paying on our iPads, plus the last bill we had. Fast forward to today, we got hit with another bill from At&T. We called, got transferred 5 times, with each time explaining the long story, and are FINALLY on the phone RIGHT NOW about ending wireless services and disputing the charges. We been on the phone for about an hour and a half as I am typing now. I have NEVER had such BAD experience with any company, not like this before and all because of one sales rep. calling us and entering our home because we switched to their internet.
They need more employees. I was trying to get service but i was there for to long so i left

Her eyes looked like they were going to explode of rage. So we decided to walk out. There is a better way to confront customers. I felt so embarrassed.

First off the Store was clean and tidy! Set up an account and the staff was super friendly and patient with making sure everything was set up and I understood everything including what to expect on my bill. I have a location closer to me but the service at this one is worth the drive
