This is the only store in desoto came twice during business hours and wasn’t open and was supposed to be open, had sign saying will be back and never showed back up neither time …if not going to go by business hours need to change hours that’s posted

The staff member that helped me yesterday was very informative. So good that I went back to purchase a new phone after he gave me options that suited my needs. Highly recommend location compared to other locations I visited.

Went to boost to to switch services from one phone to another phone. Simple right? So we thought. The woman in the store, I didn’t get her name, was useless. We asked for a SIM card that was compatible for boost and with the new phone and she had us call boosts customer service and they had us on the phone for a whole hour!! Nothing customer service or the woman did was any help! Worst phone provider and customer service. Don’t even waste your time.

Had a phone that I wanted to activate. The boost down the street was very rude. Didn’t want to help. Looked at us and said u need a new phone. Came to this location and Will was ready to help. Although we ended up having to buy a new phone it was his troubleshooting that we appreciated. He was kind and took the time. That’s what mattered. Recommend him if u need genuine help.

I swich to Boost And I Love there Service

I visit this particular Boost Mobile today (02/27/18) around 7 p.m. to obtain an iPhone for me and my son. As soon as I walked in, the worker (which was a man) instantly had an attitude, I asked him about the special, all I got was attitude and he told me I couldnt buy the phone, the offer was for new customer only. I replied okay, how much the regular price, he said 499, I said okay cool Ill take it, he replied oh I didnt say I had that phone!! At this point a confrontation began to take place, as Im leave the store with my son he follows me outside cussing at me when, which was threatening and unprofessionally to say the least, he deserve to get fired!! Its cameras for a reason, the manager needs to watch the film and take action!!

Ok I usually dont write these but I had to express my appreciation. Went there with issues with my phone. They helped me out and kept trying even tho eventually it was a problem that couldnt be fixed. But what was cool was they kept trying. Ill be back to get a phone for my kid its the least i can do

I have had this Zte XL for two weeks hate it cant do anything on it. All Im told is that boost dont support this are that they claim they are better than metro pcs I think not hate the service I guess you get what you pay for.

Terrible customer service! The employee never looked up, never acknowledged I was there. I waited atleast 20 plus minutes and she never said a word 😕
