I like the store because usually the employees are respectful and nice and the store usually have everything I need the prices are right or on this particular day they must have some new employees because they did not know how to treat the customers right standing together talking instead of waiting on the customers I thought the customer service was always first and talk later

I frequent this beauty supply often. When I go there, I always find what Im looking for. Before going there the last time, I went to the Beauty Supply store across the street. I wanted to see if they had a better selection of the White color hair I was looking for; they didnt. So, I went to Hayed Beauty Supply, where I found what I was look for.

Best beauty supply on the eastside. All the staff are friendly and you get that warm secure sensation being there cause its always nice gospel music playing.

I absolutely love this beauty supply. Ive been a customer for over 20 years (RIP Sunny). What I appreciate most is the awesome customer service I receive EVERY time I shop. They are very attentive, and Im NEVER left finding my own way through the store. Not to mention I ALWAYS get a GREAT DEAL, they have the BEST DEALS hands down, but dont take my word for it, seeing is believing.

Service, Service quality service is key. Not so much here, at least they dont follow, you.... cameras help police so you dont feel too annoyed.Better interactions with your customers make them feel wanted, after all they do pay your bills.I dont like them, here, past sales.
