Its an OK beauty supply for quick stop for last minute items, but the number one reason id suggest NO ONE black to patronize them is the extreme way theyll hawk over you while shopping in an horrible effort to maximize shoplifting. NO ONE deserves to be profiled while tryn to support any business. SHOP WHERE YOUR RESPECTED ....the black dollar matters!!!!

This is my all time favorite beauty supply store. They have every beauty and cosmetic product you can be looking for. I recently purchased 4 packs of faux locs for $25 total. That is a steal. The store was clean and the employees are polite and quick.

Their prices are always significantly over priced ranging from $.37-$6 They are rude to the majority or their customers, the ones they prejudge. FACTS as I am a mystery shopper and have concluded these findings over a researched period of 2 years. Not even star worthy.

Very Disrespectful by the Employee asking me the question Are you going to Actually buy something? I turn around and say Not Anymore and I just walked out. Oh and that was *NOT* the first time they showed me Disrespect, I could go on for another page. Oh here is another story I bought a few things at that store and it cost 25 dollars and Change so I just gave the guy 30 dollars then I get my receipt I check the receipt before I walk out of the door. According to the receipt I was short a dollar in my change back so just too make sure I count the Money and the receipt was correct. So I confront them about it make a long story short I NEVER got that dollar back.

The staff is not very friendly and the prices are rather high. The floor is uneven with a slope to it.

Very rude the lady argued wirh my friend last week over socks, she did not let this girl get her item because she was 5 cents short. Today at 10 o clock i brought some contant lenses, and they burnt and they were the wrong green, so she made me buy a new pair although i brought them back not for an exchange but to show her it was the wrong green. So to shut both of the sales reps up. I bought a new pair and watched her give me the right green this time. Horrible service. Theres plenty on better beauty supplys here in detroit. Save your money guys. She will piss you off the way they talk to their consumers
