I wasn’t able to find the textbook I needed for class.

They took my money almost 4 months ago and my order is still in process🤦🏽‍♂️ They can’t give me an answer on my $200 dollar order that was so quick to be charged. No item was shipped or even processed. Horrible service.

Dont purchase books new at high prices. The shop should survey students about their most popular amazon purchases and stock up on those items to make more money for the school. I only go here to get school sweatshirts.

Staff is always changing and the ones that do stay are a mixed bag. Nobody is really that friendly and they seem like they hate working there which is sad. For some it is the only way to get required course materials. I suppose many college campus bookstores are similar to this though. I do wish that the bookstore and professors would work together in a more effective way to make sure books that are needed are in stock or at least aware of what is needed for certain classes.

THIS IS NOT A BARNES AND NOBLE. IT ONLY SELLS TEXTBOOKS. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A BOOKSTORE. IT IS ONLY USEFUL IF YOU HAVE CLASSES ON THIS CAMPUS.

I didnt give them 1 star because I have had good experiences with them but I was recently charged $94 for a book that I rented damaged. Since one of our professors wrote the book, I could only get my stats book at the bookstore so I grabbed the last one. Lets not forget that many other people in my class had issues with their book falling apart.
