Centrally located, easy to get to from any area; hours are convenient, and the staff have always been courteous and friendly!

I tried to cancel a book order the same day I placed the order and was told I would have to wait to receive the order and then would have to return the book. The bookstore was listed as closed online due to COVID, and now the bookstore will no longer accept my return because it passed the 30 days on the return policy. As a student I am extremely upset to now be out $200 and have to sell the book back at a fraction of the cost I paid for it because of these circumstances. The cost of books here is also way higher than other online retailers, I will not be purchasing any course materials from here again.

Great prices and a large variety of gear.

The store is well organized, but I wish they had a greater selection of fiction. I would really like to support a local book seller employing students and not just further fuel my amazon dependence.
