Seems the people only see you as a dollar sign,and dont understand English

This place never closes at the hours they say that they are closing at or whats listed on theyre Google search results.Even the name of the Establishment itself says NINE TO NINE! Not 9to8, 9to730, etc. Yesterday I literally RAN A FEW MILES FROM MY HOUSE TO BE ABLE TO GET THERE BEFORE THEY CLOSED AT9 IT WAS 730.... Every other store was open or close to the time of closing. Just saying if your gouging to decide on closing at a different time then let customers know or at least change the damn name of your business.

I enjoy going to 9 to 9 its well organized and easy to shop. The Kim family are kind people that seem to appreciate their customers.

OMG...Who Took Photo Of This Beauty Supply... Because They Captured My Car In The Photo 😱I ♥️ this Store...Reasonably Priced Merchandise from: hair, makeup, to clothes. They have everything you need & neatly organized. The little guy in the hair / hair care dept. is so helpful, humble and nice for a guy working in womens dept. I give him kudos because he do a better job at assisting than most females who typically work in that dept.

The wigs was on sell 50%off I purchased a 60 dollar wig I got it for 30 the wig lasted 2 days it was tangled and I had to cut some length off cause it was looking tacky after two days! I would not recommend this Beauty supply for wigs I would go somewhere else the only convenient thing about this is that this Beauty supply stays open until 9 PM when majority beauty suppliesCloses.

When the lady is there service is horrible. I went during early morning looking to spend 400$ on hair and products. While trying to get help from the cashier, which i think is the wife off the owner..she was very rude, telling me to wait while she yells at the older guy that helps stock for taking to long to put away his coat. She then went back to her breakfast. I asked if there was anyone else in the store that could help me pick out some hair, she replied no before i could get out the full sentence. I asked if there were any deals or specials she could maybe show me..and she replied no..again before i could get out my complete sentence. Getting frustrated with the service i had been given, i asked the lady when her husband would be in the store because Id rather cone back when hes here, she replied with a very mean look in her face basically to let me know i was asking to many questions, her husband is not here and she doesnt know when, or what day hell be there. I simply said ok and left the store. Ill never go there, or advise anyone in that matter to spend there money obviously that store with such horrible service. She needs to work in the back of the store where she doesnt have to deal with the public as much.

9to9 Beauty Supply is not a friendly place. No one ever speaks or ask if you need any help. Went to buy a wig and the person in the wig dept was not helpful at all. All the wigs are synthetic hair and cost $69.99. I will not patronize 9to9 Beauty Supply.
