I used to visit this place quite frequently to buy my hair supplies but I was in here the other day it was super duper crowded the line was ridiculous the store is too small with the hundreds of thousands of dollars up or more that you have made you could expand your business this is ridiculous so I went to another Barber and Beauty Supply

I went to purchase a pair of gloves today and there were two price tags on the gloves. Of course I assumed that they would charge me the lower cost but that did not happen. The cashier took the price off and said Im going to charge you this price. I explained to her that was not the correct way and we argued about it. She mentioned that since it was 30% off I should pay the higher price. I asked for the manager and was told that she was not there. The man working in the store yelled loudly for the cashier not to call the manager. I asked for the managers name and the cashier said that she did not know her name. I have been a customer of this store for the past four years and they have lost another customer. Rude and uncaring when it comes to customer service.
