Nice staff, clean store what more could you want?

You know whats frustrating? Trying to support whats close and local to you when the business is determined to be unprofessional and not meet basic expectations.The hours are deceptive. They only open at 9am if the staff feels like it. They close when its slow...not 8pm. I have been at 630pm on a weekday and the lights are out and the doors are closed. I have been at 915am, knocked on the door, and watched staff talk about nit opening or unlocking the door.I have called the pharmacy for a very basic prescription (hydrocortisone) and been told to wait days....or call another CVS and have them fill the prescription instead. I have called the pharmacy to be answered with Hello. You know, the same way you answer your personal cell phone.Guys. GET IT TOGETHER. Open on time, close on time, answer the phone professionally, and build some credibility with the neighborhood you serve.

Very well kept. Staff on a Friday evening was so welcoming of all CVS I have been in Detroit area. Have some good collection of dollar items. This place need a improvement from the outside. Loved this store, would visit again!

I needed my flu shot. I called the pharmacy he told me to come on in I was there less then 10 mins. They pharmacist and staff are very friendly.

The pharmacy services have improved greatly since they replaced the pharmacist.

Dana and staff such a sweetheart polite and helpful, all customer service should be like her so the world would be a better place.

The worst CVS Ive ever been too. The pharmacy workers in the back are extremely rude and unhelpful. Theres only one person ever working at the front counter, no matter how busy they are. Its ridiculous. Ive walked out several times from the lack of service in the front. I drive all way across to go to a CVS if need be just to by pass this sorry excuse of a establishment.

I have a problem with this CVS, the pharmacy is the worst, the pharmacist has to get the meds together and answer the phone be the cashier, they call to tell you your meds are ready then you get there for pickup and the meds are not ready after waiting in a very long line, plenty of money is made in this store please hire someone
